I told her I didn't like it but she could just stop. I paid for it and even gave her a tip. But please know I'll never come back. Just be honest and pass up on that one haircut. It's better to not have made that $35 than to get it and a bad review.

Common trait in these overpriced hair salons, your barber will most likely try to start a conversation with you, which is probably the reason for the extra price you are paying for. My barber didn't really seem to care so much about what I was saying and was seemingly acting out of protocol. Honestly, I would've rather have a 30 min of silence and a reduced price then that blatant example of a forced conversation. As for the haircut itself. She messed up. She tried to hide it by slathering on gel to adjust it, but it was obvious at that point. Didn't want to start an argument so I paid and went about my day. I won't be coming back though.

Pretty disappointed. Was sure I found the place to take my son to get hos hair cut each time he will need it but it seems like I will never be back here. Tried to convince my 5 years old to get a hair cut today for 30 min! Until he agreed going to the barber I called and ask if I can come and they'll cut his hair not matter for me who will do it, she said yes I told her okay I'll be there in 10 min, she said fine. We walked in, there was only 1 customer who got a hair cut , other than him no one was in the shop except 3 employees!! He asked if I have an appointment, I said no, I just called and the lady who answered the phone told me to come over and it's fine, he wasn't seems to be optimistic or happy at all, Went to talk with her in the back room , came back and told me they can't get my son hair cut now and I will have to wait for about a good hour because they have another customer in line . I looked around and told him where ?!??!? I was the only one in the shop except the other client that was already in the chair and he was available and also the other 2 barbers that one them was cleaning the floor ! He said "since you called (8 min ago) There was another 3 client after you that scheduled an appointment so I'm sorry. I told him but they called after me, she said to come and it's fine. I asked again, please, until I convinced him to come. He really a good boy and it shouldn't take long . He said no. I'm sorry I'm waiting for the other 3 clients that called after you scheduled your appointment I can't do it . To be honest ?!? I'm sure he didn't want to handle my son which is fine but my son not even moving while he get a hair cut . Nothing ! I think he didn't want to get us in because the other guy who took care of us last time wasn't there today and he didn't want to "steal" he's client. But man, if I'm coming from now to now and calling on my was and asking if you will be able to get me in and you say yes, and I'm saying I'm 10 minutes away, don't let me drive alllll the way from Plano and reject me at the entrance. I went for a partial shave and beard trim and Jasmine was absolutely amazing. The shop theme is really cool as well. They have old school arcade games like frogger and complimentary drinks. There were TVs at every station and the staff is extremely friendly and the customer service was amazing. Best face shave and beard trim I've found in the area. Well worth the price. This place is really cool inside and you get a free beverage and they definitely take more time on you than supercuts or sportsclips. I'd even put it above a Floyd's or boardroom. It's a cool version of a traditional barbershop and they provide more of a traditional experience than other places I have been. They do great work on beards, shaves, and haircuts.
