Awesome arcade with a great mix of classic games, pinball machines, racing games and a few odd ducks that are worth the tokens. Friendly staff. Serves beer and candy. Easy access to the cafe around the corner (via bathroom hallway) for coffee and small bites. Offers party packages and a private room.

On a recent trip to Seattle, I drove down to Olympia just to check out Legends Arcade. This place is a game changer (no pun intended). It totally took me back to my childhood and won me over, seeing the joy experienced by such a diverse community of game lovers. The place drew people cross-generationally from different ethnicities, gender identities, and socio-economic backgrounds. It was literally "fun for everyone". They have an array of standup game consoles, pinball machines, machine carnival games, first-person seated games, and a few competitive table games. Such variety to choose from. And most of the games were two token games, which you can purchase at the exchange machine using cash or by making a credit card purchase at the bar counter. There are also a variety of drinks (adult beverages and soft drinks) and candy to purchase. I know this place just opened, but I hope they expand. With a buildout, I can totally see upping their snack game, serving drinks from tap, adding more cocktail table arcade games, and even hosting tournaments. The possibilities are endless.

Oly dog

Oly dog is good. They were out of a lot of items and the Photo Booth was a disappointment. They have a ton of games though and I had a blast! The vibe there is very cool with great decor.

Mindcraft game was a hit!

Amazing spot with great games, beer and allows kids inside. Friendly staff and I got a neat little coin bag for free with tokens.

Perfect for all ages really, but our crew of ages 5+ loved it and we could've stayed much longer than we did. When we parked we didn't expect this place to be so big but it's absolutely massive. They have a full bar, a restaurant space, the arcade area, axe throwing lanes, and even party rooms. It's huge! There's a tonnnn of games to choose from. Modern day ones, old arcade machines, claw machines, you name it! My son who is the gamer of the family was in heaven here. We ended up grabbing a couple drinks from the bar and it was so cool! They have fun themed cocktails plus a you-pour-it tap wall. And they have a ROBOT BARTENDER! I got a drink made by the robot and it was pretty good albeit very sweet. I got the Princess Peach one. My husband used the you-pour-it wall for cider and they had awesome local selections. We ended up eating at the restaurant too and their menu is pretty extensive! We got a couple different types of pizzas and for an arcade, it was pretty dang solid. We got a chicken pesto pizza as well as a cheese pizza. The kids loved their cheese pizza (hard to mess that up) and we scarfed down the chicken pesto! Also, did I mention your food is also delivered by robots?! Such a fun touch for the kids! They also have tables with game consoles and tvs on the wall which is a great way to keep hungry kiddos distracted. Definitely suggest checking this spot out, with or without the kids!

You add money to a plastic playing card and then scan the readers at games you want to play. Just like the casino. Where you try to do the math in your head.. how much is 20 points costing me? We were excited to try out the robot bartender. It made us giggle, but mostly just a novelty. The robots make limited drinks, the drinks are pretty sugary, and a real person still finishes it off. So honestly, do it once for kicks, then switch back to the actual bartenders to get a drink you want. It's just kind of for show. Did not try the pizza or any food.

We spent $50ish to have our PS4 fixed after the console stopped charging the controllers. Before we…read morecame here we bought new controllers and new charging wires (cords, whatever) to try to see if those were the problems before seeking out a repair on the device. I called the company and briefly explained the problem, they said to bring it in that next Tuesday to have their specialist look at it. We did. Left the console there for a total of about five days... got a call that it was done and to come pick up. While picking up the console from them they told us they tested the console and it worked fine...that they cleaned the inside of the system and everything was working great...we were not confident in this answer at all but went home to test it out. Lo and behold when we plugged it in, the controllers still did not work at all with the console and were not charging as before either. Called them the next day and reported the problem. They told us to come in at a specific time to see the store manager and to bring the unit in with us... we showed up and he wasnt there. Was told he had an emergency... ok, fine. Then the guy on duty had us plug the PS4 ON OUR OWN into one of his many tv setup stations... we finally got it hooked up (in almost pitch black darkness) and showed him it wasnt working.. he then seemed irritated as more customers kept coming in as we were trying to get to the bottom of our problem... Essentially after this we were told that we would have to come in again to see the manager about the issue and was told that most likely it was the charging port and they would have to ship it to Arizona or California or some outrageous place... no offer to refund our money and no apologies for wasting our time. Might be a good place to drop in to play some games but I dont trust their abilities to fix a gaming system.

The restaurant is quite small, in an area leading into the kitchen. At first glance it seems rather -- bleak. Four tables, a pair of pool tables, a large video golf game. A small counter that once had some seating but now doesn't. It may be necessary to get the server's attention because they are pretty busy in the lounge. Yeah, ambience-wise this place leaves a lot to be desired. But this little place has some of the best diner food in town. The portions are large. Substitutions are not a problem. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their burgers and sandwiches are burly and always fresh, I am not exaggerating, some of the best burgers in Olympia. Hot food is served really hot, straight off the grill. Fries have to take a minute to be cool enuf to eat. Salads tend to be iceberg lettuce based but are always crisp and fresh. To be clear, this is all pub/diner fare, nothing fancy. The coffee, alas, is the same weak stuff everybody else serves. But for food that will tame the meanest hangover or Jumpstart a miserable rainy day, this is one of the best places.in town.

The food is greasy (and what I mean by that is that the fries tasted like old oil and the onion rings were a little mushy because they weren't thoroughly fried), the staff is checked out, and the mosquitoes come out at night, but it's still glorious. I went to the concession stand and they had a nice mix of foods and a full condiment bar. They sell posters for previously screened movies for $5, so go ahead and sift through the box. They rent FM radios for $5 and you have to leave your ID, but that's fair if you don't want to run your battery down watching the double feature. There are a few tables around the concession stand which was perfect for us and most tables weren't used anyway because people preferred to eat in their cars. The restrooms are pristine, so good job Skyline Staff!

This was their first drive-in theater experience. At home the nearest two drive-in theaters is easily over an hour drive, dealing with traffic, so as a family we have not been to one in some 15 years. I was looking forward to this for the novelty of it, as well as the more important aspect of the kids. The price for entry was fantastic, compared to the average brick & mortar theater, especially in SoCal. I purchased them on-line; easy peasy. I appreciated the method for parking, with smaller vehicles to the front and trucks and larger SUVs towards the rear. Although we were to the rear, near the snack bar, the sight lines and viewing turned out to be okay. They open the snack bar upon opening the gates and by the time we set up the kids bedding / seating area in the back of the truck the line was pretty long. This snack bar has stations as you move along, to purchase various food/snack items, with the cashier at the end of the counter. I purchased drinks, popcorn, candies, pretzels and a single kid's hot dog meal. I was provide with a buzzer to return for the hot dog and curly fries, which never went off. I returned after about 20+ minutes to inquire and it was waiting for me in the back. Both items were cold, with the curly fries droopy, but the wee one did not seem to mind (I did, but oh well I suppose). When I paid for the above noted items I did not think twice about the overall price, as everything is reasonably priced as far as I am concerned. However, upon preparing to write this review I discovered I was over-charged by $8. So be it. The snack bar CLOSED mid way through the first movie, which I thought was BS for anyone wanting to purchase items. So be it. Based on the above my/our overall experience was okay. Shelton is fortunate to have a place like this. I recommend this drive-in and would return on our next visit if the movies are little kid friendly.
