If your child is on the spectrum or seems the tiniest of bit out of the ordinary I wouldn't recommend you come here. Mikey the manager lets his employees discriminate and bully special needs kids. He had no issue with how Jessie or the lady with the purple/blue hair treated our special needs five year old son. They went out of their way to treat him as an inconvenience. We ended up leaving as he was perfectly happy to let it continue. Corporate should really look into this location they are just asking to be sued for discrimination and violating the ADA. This place has been going down hill for awhile now. We have been members for 2 years, but are seriously considering canceling. Last time we were here, we could only get then to open/monitor the trampoline once (it costs about $8 above our membership). They said it was because they had to many birthday parties and not enough staff. We'll, they knew all those parties were scheduled, so they should have hired more staff that day. Then today, 3-18-26, a Thursday afternoon, we checked in and were told we would have to wait for other person to come off their lunch break to use the trampoline, which is fine. But some kid spilled a large amount of big red grapes all over my granddaughter and all over the carousel ride. I found a guy lounging in the kitchen, and asked if he could clean up the ride. He proceeded to wipe all the grapes onto the carpet near the ride. Slippery, half squished grapes for kids to slip on. Disgusting! I grabbed some napkins and cleaned it up myself. This particular male employee obviously doesn't care at all about the safety or fun of the children who visit Chuck E Cheese. Im now going to cancel my membership. Came here with Sis because for some reason she was aching to have pizza and play games. We bought a timed card so we could play just enough games, but then we didn't even do that for some reason. The staff was nice enough to convert it to a credit card so we could use at a later date. The staff was helpful but not really friendly, which was okay by me. They weren't mean or anything, but they kinda had that look on them that says they're just clock watching and that's fine since we were there on a weekday and the only people there were one kid and a handful of adults. I ordered a large cheese pizza, it was fresh and it was nice and hot as soon as I took that first bite it tasted amazing super cheesy, not to much cheese or sauce just the perfect amount of sauce and cheese. The fries were golden brown nice and salted and extremely crispy like a normal fry should be. I also got two play pass cards, and most of the games worked the only games that didn't work was skeeball, and one the games took the points but didn't let us play. At the kid check system the people were friendly this woman who stamped our hand was very sweet, she was kind. The people at the counter were also very friendly smiling while placing orders. The inside of the restaurant was clean the tables were clean the floor clean the counter clean the games clean. We will be back! I recommend this chuck e cheese read more

My family and I went to Chuck E. Cheese recently and it was not that great. Definitely geared for children 4-8. The pricing was overly expensive for what the packages included. There was not that great of a selection of games and the prizes were even more lame. The service was mediocre and lacked any personality. Which I found strange for a place geared for small children. We did not eat there, but it looked like they had a salad bar and pizza. Personally, I would not recommend to friends. read more

I love this location. First it's at the mall. Second the staff is amazing (especially Ryan). Finally third they have stayed open during the Covid-19 pandemic and even went so far as to lower their prices. At the time of this review you can get a large pizza and wings for around $10 (a tiny bit more if you want pepperoni). They also have tons of merch and other stuff on sale right now so even though your little ones can't go and play you can still bring home a nice treat for them. So my family and I have been going here for a few years since we moved to Washington. It's a hit or miss with the service honestly. More than half of the time they can't pour a beer because there's no staff member of age and I think the manager has to do it. Anyway, that's not the staffs fault and it's mostly a job for young people so I get it. Sometimes the kids that work there are just messing around a lot, but again, they're young so I expect it. I've been to several different Chuck E. Cheese's in different states and I gotta say, this one has almost all the games working consistently more than other locations. It's pretty clean, and if you go on the weekdays it's not busy at all which is nice. And the manager Chris (or Christopher) is awesome. He's definitely their best staff member that I've seen and he went out of his way to provide great service. My kids love Chucky but are kind of afraid of him lol, but he got them to give him a high five and they were excited. It's the Halloween boo bash thing in October and the kids get to dress up and they get candy and stuff and they just love it. We're going again tonight. My kids also love the music that plays and the little dance floor thing. If you get the passes per month, it's so much cheaper. We pay like $12 a month for unlimited visits and my kids split the 100 credits and it works out great. My kids are 3 and 6 so if you have older kids you might have to pay more since they'd play more/faster, but still. If you go even once a month it's worth it. This place has gotten better over the last couple years cause I don't know that I would have given a great review when we first moved here. Came here a few times and I'll have to say the customer service is great compared to other locations. The employees are helpful when the games aren't working or the tickets are not dispensing because they ran out in the game. Surprisingly, the pizza is great at this place. It's a smaller location than the other places since it's connected to the Capitol Mall. The wife and I like how you can now purchase arcade cards by the minutes and not just by points/tokens. For example, we bought 45 mins for $15 and put it one card and we shared between the two kids. You get your money's worth by playing more games with the minutes purchased. Cleanliness is good with the arcade games and with the salad bar. Chuck E. Cheese comes out to dance with the kids on the hour or every other hour consistently and throws up tickets for the kids to grab. Then he poses for pictures with the kids and gives high fives. The service here is terrible! We booked a $144 birthday package for my son, we showed up and our table wasn't even all the way set up. Our host told us several times that he's still in the middle of setting it up. Every other birthday table was set up but ours. My son didn't even have birthday balloons at the table like all the other kids had. He never came back to finish setting up our table. We also waited about 40 minutes for French fries we ordered, he said he burnt the first batch. You would think for all the money we paid we would've had better service. This place gets 5 stars from me - YES Chuck E. Cheese! The Olympia store is not like your typical Chuck E Cheese. This store is clean, well managed, and not crowded (at least not during the week). My daughter recently begged to have her 4th birthday party at Chuck E Cheese. I tried to dissuade her to no avail. I was resigned to a horrible experience. However, my mind was quickly changed when I called and spoke to Gabriella, the manager. She told me all of the options in an honest, sincere, and helpful way. She was so friendly. She even told me how to find coupons for the best deal! We did a "walk in" party and were able to bring our own decorations and set up the table the way we wanted. It was awesome! We had plenty of space (Tuesday evening) and my daughter loved that she could have a themed party at Chuck E Cheese. When we walked in, Gabriella greeted us and made it very clear that every employee would do everything possible to help us have a great time and make the party a success. EVERY SINGLE employee we encountered was pleasant and helpful. I honestly felt like I was at the Nordstroms of Pizza places! They offered to put our ice cream and cake away, asked if we needed candles, or forgot anything. I then ordered and Gabriela took the time to check out different options to get me the best deal. I never felt rushed or pressure, I felt like she was helping me get the best bang for my buck! The whole party for 19 people was 107.00. Not bad! That included 250 tokens and 4 pizzas. Chuck E. Cheese came over and sang Happy Birthday to my daughter and posed for pictures. He was very attentive and not rushed. Set up, clean up, and everything in between was a breeze. For 107.00 I felt this party was awesome. We didnt have a rushed time frame - we were there for 2 1/2 hours and it was a very easy relaxed time. Pizza was ok - honestly not my favorite, but not too bad. Kids were pumped to play with all the tokens and they were so patient with all of the kids at the prize counter and seemed to enjoy their job instead of a lot of employees at like counters who are grump and impatient with kids. The place was clean, all of the machines working, just a great environment. It felt safe, and relaxed. One of the small details that made a huge difference? My daughter saw the pretend blow up microphones that come with the parties you book through Chuck E Cheeses and really wanted one even though we didnt have that birthday package. One of the employees saw my daughter becoming sad and got her one. That is customer service. Again, everyone in tune with what was going on and so very helpful. I dont know how it is on the weekends but during the week - have your party here - awesome time! Doesn't really matter with CEC you go to - they always seem to be understaffed - one person running the food counter and the ticket booth... at this location they had one gal doing all that AND checking people in and out... Salad bar was pretty scarce - there wasn't much salad left only toppings and despite a request for refill twice, nobody topped off the salad. But who really comes here for the food right? I mean... two salad bar tickets, a soda, and a personal pan pizza ran me $32 so it's definitely not a cheap place to visit - however my 2 year old daughter adores this place with all the lights and sounds she runs around for hours scanning her card every where trying to play everything she can reach. Which does suck that a game can be in the process of playing/riding and a child can scan again and again and just add credits to the game with no end. So caution to parents that you can waste a lot of money if you let them hold the card. The only saving grace to this place is that it is connected to Capitol Mall so parking is a breeze and you can get other things done before/after a trip into here. Otherwise - it's really over priced mediocre food with reasonably priced games (it's cheaper than traditional arcades which now charge $1+ to play one game). My last complaint is the ticket redemption requires a TON of tickets to get anything of value - so if you plan on coming back just save your tickets for something better than a temporary tattoo or a lollipop. read more

I'm one of those parents that has avoided Chuck E Cheese at all costs. I've done pretty good considering I have three kids and my youngest turns 6yrs old soon. This year though, my son had been begging me to go to Chuck E Cheese for his 7th birthday. He's at the age where he really knows what he wants and it seemed to be the biggest thing on his wish list so I begrudgingly made it happen. A month ago I made an RSVP for 4 kids and 2 adults (I originally wanted to throw a bigger party there but my budget wouldn't allow. Just to give you heads up, I only have 3 kids but 4 is the absolute minimum you can RSVP a party for. You can either split the extra tokens amongst your kids or like I did, I just invited one of his buddies to join us). Reserving a party requires a $30 NON REFUNDABLE (Even if you cancel the party all together) down payment. I was nervous it would be a crowded, chaotic and stressful mess at the venue but it wasn't bad at all. Pros: *Everyone who works there is beyond nice. From the minute we walked in, we were greeted by either the owner or manager of the place. Not sure but he was very nice and thanked us for making this particular Chuck E Cheese our choice for a birthday party. Our hostess (Sorry if I butcher your name) I think her name was Kayhlee was amazing! She could have passed as my son's mother, that's how attentive and caring she was to him. I wanted to take her home with me and use her as a live in nanny. She was amazing. There was another young man working there, I think his name was Jackson or Jayson, he was so sweet to my daughter at the prize counter. Really everyone working there that night (Sept 27th at 530pm) was AMAZING. They seemed trained to deal with kids with the most upbeat and sweetest demeanor. * Safety! Another concern of mine was I'd loose a kid in Chuck E Cheese but for starters, it wasn't as crowded as I had expected. Another thing is, as we were trying to leave that night, employee Jackson or Jayson IDK Sorry...noticed my stamp was smudged and no one could really make out whether or not my number matched my kids's number so he pretty much interrogated him. Not in a mean way but you could tell he really wanted to be sure they knew who I was before he let them leave with me. He apologized to me for the hold up but I said No, I'm actually very glad you did that. It made me feel even better about the place knowing the stamps weren't just for show and that they actually take the safety of the children seriously. * Customer service, our hostess Kayhlee?? said to let her know what I wanted and she'd make it happen. Well I had a fairly long list: 2 medium pizzas, one cheese with no tomato sauce, one with all the meat toppings you have, 3 salad bars, 3 adult cups, extra plates and a sampler platter. I was worried it would be too much since she wasn't writing any of this down. I even spoke slowly giving her ample time to pull out a note pad and write it all down but she never did so I thought "Good luck remembering all that." Well she did remember it all! Also, at the end of the night I wanted to buy my son a Chuck E Cheese tshirt but they were all out. One of the ladies there said "Take down the display shirt and see if she likes it. Which I did, so I bought the display for my son LOL. *Cleanliness, The place was fairly clean and attendants were pretty good and clearing the tables off in a timely manner. Bathrooms were decent. Salad bar wasn't messy. I honestly could go on and on about the Pros. Let's just say, yes it was expensive (I spend about $85 that night, over $100 if you include the down payment I made earlier) but the service was amazing and they really did made my son's wishes come true. I've never seen him so happy. He danced with Chuck E. He got in the ticket blaster, He played, He loved the food, He loved the people working there. I'm glad I was able to give him this memory before he was too old for it. I think making him wait for a Chuck E Cheese party was worth it. I don't know how other Chuck E Cheese restaurants are but this one will be the one I recommend everyone go to, and it will be the one I take my kids to. BTW We had enough birthday cake and pizza and sampler platter to pack into 4 take home boxes. I was worried it wouldn't be enough but it turned out to be MORE than enough. I didn't even have to ask for the take home boxes, they offered it to me. I don't think I had to ask for a single thing that night. The attendants are offering you help all the time. read more

So decided to take my son to Chuck E. Cheese's for a fun night out. Been here plenty of times and experience has always been fairly good. Today while playing a game, my son accidentally put his game card in the back of the machine, and then it fell in. I notified a manager who came over and tried to "help" while telling me multiple times there is no way that it could fall behind there. Her own employee, Corey I think was his name, kept assuring her that he's seen it many times. Instead of continuing to try and get the card, she was okay with resorting to just get me another card for 15 points when she knew that I had more than that. Typical corporate crap. Take your money and run. Thankfully Corey (I hope that's his name) actually works at a kids place and CARES about the kids becuase he dug in the machine a little further and was able to retrieve my sons card (he must be a magician, because he got it from the same machine that was "impossible" to lose one in". At least one diligent worker was working that day so I didn't get ousted 35 games of play. read more

The games are usually always out of tickets, out of order, dirty, or the most annoying thing you scan your card and doesn't let you play the game. So I just wasted a coin. One of the dirtiest and smallest Chuck E Cheeses I've been too. Customer service is a hit or miss. The guys are usually nice so are the older gals. The female teenagers are hating life. This has to be the worst Chuck E. Cheese ever! Every time we go 90% of the games are either broken or the ticket part is broken! We went yesterday and we were there for about 3 hours, took over an hour to get one pizza and it came burnt, "chuckie" never came out the whole 3 hours we were there, most of the games didn't work, the employees were mostly very rude I even over heard one employee making fun of a child who's special needs and when I said something to her she had major attitude! Did not have a good experience here recently. I've been here before and they have allowed strollers even during covid at 25% capacity. Today we forgot our stroller so we rented one and apparently normal strollers are ok but the mall ones are not. Of course my daughter was devastated we had to leave. Love the salad bar and stuffed crust pizza. The new games are a hit and we love the newer concept of the wristbands versus coins! It can be hectic during peak hours, but for a state that always rains it's to be expected especially during holidays or weekends...Definitely has improved tremendously over the years between games and the cost to play games that actually work! The staff are helpful and kind especially for being younger teenagers. They have always exuded extreme patience when we have gone. My daughter loves this place! I've taken her here many times now to play the games with tokens and she always has a blast. She loves giving Chuck E Cheese a hug and play the kid themed games. Only problem is she's 17 years old :( Just Kidding, she'd actually 3 :) This time we came we actually had some food too with a couple of beers. The pizza was actually pretty good. Not quite comparable to a main-stream pizza place, but much better than the cardboard pizza I remember from 2-3 decades ago. Was here for 7yr old's birthday party. It wasn't very busy at lunchtime on a weekday. The entire place was pretty clean, with the occasional stray coin bucket. I only spotted one dirty table, it had a some pieces of lettuce on it but was easy to miss with the table's pattern. Our party attendant was very helpful and cheerful. The games all worked and were in good condition. Ticket readers worked and the prize counter was well stocked, attendant was helpful as well. I was impressed with their position on child safety in public. Each family is given a black light reactive stamp on their hand. All members of a family are stamped with the same number. If you don't want your baby/toddler stamped (they lick everything!) they provide cards with the date and matching stamp on it, that you just keep in your pocket. When it's time to leave an employee will check the stamps to make sure you're leaving with your own children. read more

Got there and the kids had to use the bathroom, the women's restroom had run out of toilet paper so people had resorted to paper towels which made the toilets clog. When I mentioned this to the staff, they only commented that they were to busy to assist us with this situation at the time. This prompted us to leave due to health issues. read more

The staff at this location are always helpful and never give you a hard time about asking for replacements if a game takes credits and then doesn't function. It's also definitely one of the cleanest and the traffic is low often so kids get plenty of play time. The minutes option is the best value for sure on the game cards. read more

For over $7 per person, I would expect way better quality and maybe a plate that held more than a couple pieces of lettuce and a single baby carrot before breaking and spilling over the sides of the baby sized styrofoam plate! This is a kid's place. Kids know about it, it's gonna be crowded, but in the end it is about the kids. So if you are an adult who can't handle this type of atmosphere then heaven help you when you start having kids and the word gets out among their friends about places to go for their birthday as Chuck E Cheese is probably a common topic discussed during recess. Service has always been great here. They open a bit earlier than the mall which makes it useful if you want to maximize your time doing kids things before going to whatever shop you need to go to in the mall (example: REI). My son loves it here!! There are a ton of games for the kids to play. They stamp your hand with a matching stamp with your kid and always check when you leave, and I like that it does make me feel safe with my son. I think some parents take that as an okay to let there kids run wild, cause I have had several instances where kids came up to my son and tried to take his coins or tickets. The only downfall about the place, is the smell. It has a funky odor that is always there. Besides that, they have coupons online for some good meal deals or extra coins. read more
