Met Kaylor w/ Legendary Plumbing during a recent master shower remodel. This company was subcontracted to complete the plumbing (obviously) work during this project. Although the overall remodel through the restoration company was a disaster (separate review needed for that story), Kaylor was awesome. The job required Kaylor to respond to our house 4-5 times due to initial install then minor issues and each time he was professional, polite/courteous, helpful, and efficient. He went above and beyond by contacting the manufacturer when a defect was noted in the shower head we had purchased. He also responded on one of his days off after having just left the dentist. He reminded me numerous times his company stands behind their work and will respond day or night. He also informed me I could reach out to him directly which is a HUGE relief knowing I don't have to deal with the restoration company again (I hope). Hi. My name is Michael Cowan and my wife and I had a piping problem behind our refridgerator which was cause by a technician that was sent out to replace a fan that had stopped working, the pipe was broken because he pushed our fridge back against the wall so hard that he broke the pipe!! Teo and brinden was sent out to repair his mess! They were more than professional, kind , and courteous, very helpful and informative! My not even 2 year old hot water heater had a slow leak. My friend provided recommendation for Kaylor at Legendary Plumbing because of the great job he had done at their home. Kaylor fit me into his schedule for the same day to review situation and provide a plan. The leak was slow enough, and water heater in outside storage room, so we decided he'd do the work a double days later. Kaylor was right on time, removed heater, showed me the defect and transported the heater to Lowes. He represented me well at Lowes and negotiated for a replacement. He left the job site very clean. He made a recommendation for the next time I needed a new water heater but suggestion or pressure to replace now which I greatly appreciated. Carl, the technician for Legendary has completed (2) plumbing projects at our residence in Scottsdale. Our master bathroom was a total demo of existing, along with our plumbing (shower, bathtub and two sinks). Carl's work was over and above normal plumbing (relocating bathtub drain, faucet and our shower water supply and drain). Carl was professional, cleaned up and without one complaint. The client is always right! Hence, it was easy for us to reach out to Legendary and Carl when it was time to replace (4) shutoff valves and utility sink in our laundry room. Kyle from legendary has done several shower valves, drains, toilets and sink hookups for me in the past. He just installed two delta shower valves for me on a remodel in Florence. And he is going to be doing the free standing tub this weekend. He is super reliable and always there when I need him. He came out to a project and worked until 11:30 at night because he knew it had to get done for the guys arriving in the morning. Kyle left with a smile on his face. Teo, was on point. After dealing with a different plumbing company that was completely horrific, my home warranty company then set me up with this company. Teo was at my home within an hour of me making the call. He was extremely polite, helpful, and resolved the issue right away. He even stayed after hours until 830pm to ensure the new pipe was installed inside my wall the same day restoring the water to my house. This is how service should be. Legendary Plumbing gets a 5-star rating from me. I called mid-day for help with my toilet being plugged up and flooding on the floor. After talking to them for a couple minutes they had help out to my house within a short period of time. they looked into the issue and told what needed to be done and what the cost would be. Just had my 1st experience with (Teo the Technician) from Legendary Plumbing. I am giving him a thumbs up. Showed up on time, was professional and courteous and right away helped me with my kitchen sink issue. The part was covered by a lifetime warranty so I had know problem waiting a few extra days for the part to come in. I was glad to wait a few days then pay extra money. Teo will be back to install the new part once I get it. From what I have seen I have no doubt he will do a good job. I called my home warranty company in the morning and about half hour later I received a call from Legendary Plumbing and they were able to come out that morning. Teo and his assistant arrived, they were very professional, friendly and fixed my plumbing problem correctly and reviewed with me what my problem was and what they did to fix it. They also explained if any more problems with the repair in next 60 days to call them not the warranty company so I would not get charged another fee. Very thorough and professional. We have used Legendary Plumbing EVERY TIME we have a plumbing issue. Both times were emergencies and Teo came out without a second thought. When our kitchen sink sprung a leak he stayed and spoke with the insurance company so nothing was lost in translation, he even called the water mitigation company to get them over on the quick. Dion was the plumber assigned to a restoration project in my home, which entailed removing the kitchen sink and drain system to enable cabinet replacement, and then reinstalling everything. He did a terrific job. Very professional, personable, neat and patient. He wrapped the parts in heavy plastic to ensure no drips or smells while they were disassembled, and he took time to make a few adjustments that were needed to make the sink fit within the new cabinet perfectly. Called my home warranty company at 2:30 PM to notify them that my garbage disposal was leaking. Legendary contacted me within maybe 10 minutes to set up an appointment to replace the garbage disposal. They had 2 guys over to my house to replace the disposal by 4:30 PM the same day! Hot water tank died. Teo with Legendary Plumbing came out and gave us an honest assessment of what needed to be done. We had some drywall damage that needed to be repaired before the new tank could be put back in. Kyle was referred to us to fix a shower valve that was not working properly. I had tried to fix it but not being a plumber was not successful.
