You're effectively paying for a technician who has virtually zero experience to hang out with your kid, and play videos on their cell phone for him while they bill your insurance $100+ an hour. When it comes time for them to do anything in any sort of useful capacity for the best interest of your child, they will tuck tail and run. The BCBAs (especially Anika) are not really involved in your kids treatment so when they say they're getting 1:1 support, they're basically getting a BCBA every so often (but not the lady who actually owns the facility), and then mainly hanging out with someone MAYBE potentially aspiring to be a BCBA (or just someone who needs a job it seems half the time). This place used to be a good thing before they moved to Draper. Now it has turned into basically a way of milking insurance money from families looking for support. This place has some of the worst attrition I've ever seen at a workplace. Your child will have a new "therapist" (these are just college kids who need a job tbh) almost every week (and not necessarily cause they're rotating, it's because people quit). There are plenty of other places to take your child here in Utah, I would not recommend this place unless you have no other options. I've met some of the nicest people I've ever met here, but they all pretty much quit and leave for whatever reason.

They tried to over dose her with morphine and other drugs and tell us that she was at end stage of life.
