When the retainer was to come out while we were out of town the front office staff was even kind to drop it off at our front door-this probably depends on proximity to the office. Because of Dr Andrey, I would have given 5 stars. His new accounting team however, ruined the entire place. If it went back to Dr Andrey and his ppl, I would recommend his practice to everyone I speak to. However, that is not the case anymore. I had my Invisalign treatment done 70% in Texas for $5,000.00. That practice in good faith returned $1.5k to me to continue treatment since I moved to California. I trusted Dr Andrey and still do, and gave him that full amount to continue care. He couldn't continue the treatment since I needed cavities filled and because of medical- the process was taking forever. Now I have to fork out $4k to get 2 teeth pulled and place implants, so I asked Dr Andrey for the funds I prepaid him, so that I could get tang treatment done. He agreed and referred me to his accountant -Maria Jimenez "practice manager". She decided out of the $1,500.00 I prepaid, she could only refund $800 and that I had to sign a paper stating that even if I didn't agree with the amount, It was too bad. And she gave me the itemized statement. Online- their website clearly states that first consultation is free- so why am I the special one being charged $150 for it? And 2/2, 5/2, I came in to pick up top retainer only, yet she's charging me for seeing the dr and retainers. I didn't see Dr Andrey Both days, it took me 2 sec to come in, grab the tray from the front desk and leave . And here she is, trying to charge me $1,050 for one free exam, 3 top retainer pick ups. Does that seem fair?? It makes me so angry I honestly want to take them to court, and simply leave Dr Andreys name out of it. He is amazing. His front desk staff is amazing. His accountant however, will rip you off the maximum. read more

BEWARE - Lori will misquote the cost on the phone and then act like it's your fault for the "misunderstanding". I was quoted $125 on the phone then when I got in the chair it was going to be about $500. Then when I asked for a minute to process, the entire staff acted like it was me being at fault. The "doctor" said "We misquoted you - this is actually a consultation; it's up to me and what I feel comfortable doing"...... You 100% lied to me. Disgraceful especially in this economy - I took time off work for this and I feel completely cheated and scammed. read more

I started treatment for braces here, but ended up continuing with a different orthodontist. The front desk and assistant staff were nice. Dr.Nollie wasn't very detail-oriented, and seemed like she only cared about getting my bite corrected, but not necessarily getting my teeth straight. We made numerous appointments to get my braces off, only for me to tell her that I didn't want them off since some of my teeth still weren't straight. During my appointments, I would get very little face-time with Dr.Nollie, and when I did, she would never stop to ask for concerns I had. We ended up having to put in a bite bump when I started treatment. When Nollie drilled it away, she ended up drilling a lot of my sealant away too - such a bummer since my insurance doesn't cover sealants for my age. While she was in my mouth with the drill, she was looking away from my mouth chatting away with staff as usual, and ended up grinding my tongue. Instead of apologizing, she told me that I need to watch where I put my tongue -__- I told Laurie, the office manager, that I'm considering switching orthodontists, and she insisted on communicating my concerns to Dr.Nollie instead of having to pay for a whole treatment again with a different orthodontist. I got so much attitude from Nollie to the point that she was talking to Laurie like I wasn't in the room, and saying "I DID do that adjustment on her". That was the last time I went here. I switched orthodontists. Since I paid for a whole treatment with Nollie, I asked if I could get a refund for the retainers which were a few hundred dollars. They said that I wouldn't be able to get anything refunded since I had already paid my whole balance off. I had braces on for another year after switching orthodontists. Dr. Andrey and his Team are exceptional! I noticed that my teeth were different in elementary school. Dr. Nollie and her team have been great to me! I found her on yelp and I'm so glad I did! My first visit was comfortable, I had all my questions answered including price, length of treatment and details of that treatment. Second visit we started with a panoramic x-ray, pictures of my teeth and Jaw from all sides and placement of my bracket and wires. I was given directions on how to care for my teeth and also a goodie bag (tooth brush, floss, proxies brushes and mouth wash) Laurie does the insurance and can help with any question you have. Gabby is the front counter receptionist/DA who is always there to greet you with a smile and all the RDA's are super friendly and nice. It's like going seeing friends ever few weeks... conversation is great, they have cookies and water in the waiting area, and did I mention all the sports memorabilia everywhere! Dr. Nollie really gets to know you and cares about how your feeling (nice change from what I'm use too) and my treatment has been a very smooth and easy thus far. Dr. Nollie and her staff are amazing! We have been seeing her for correction to an underbite on my 7 year old for 6 months. Everyone is the office has always been thoughtful and efficient and very good with their youngest patients. My daughter says "I love my dentist" after each appointment. However, now in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, they have outdone themselves once again. We were 6 weeks overdue for an adjustment and decided we finally had to go in. They were so attentive to new concerns about safety and have implemented all kinds of procedures and policies to assure social distancing in the office and protective measures for patients' health. They skipped our appointment, then said we missed it. No call, email, text or anything. The fact is the appointment wasn't made, we are calling in to check, the owner gave a past date. Amazingly a staff before her said it was no appointment for the month before. Kid started to feel uncomfortable and mentioned it's been too long since the last brace replacement. Now we simply don't have trust on them as I used to. You paid full price, you should get regular treatment. read more
