Bought a used car here, specifically a 2013 Honda Civic Si (strange I know, hah). The experience…read moreoverall was definitely above expectations. Broken down below. Initial Contact: Was recommended this dealership from a family friend and was given the name of their used car director John. Called him early one morning about a car I was interested in (not on their lot, but another David McDavid), he was kind enough to personally move the vehicle to their lot for me to test drive. Super, super nice guy. The Car: Car had JUST gotten dropped off from the pervious owner and hadn't been detailed or fixed up yet. Totally understandable. I guess once cars hit the dealership they're immediately washed and put up on the website before they're ready to go so they can move them as fast as possible. Car otherwise was in good shape with some scuffs and dings here and there but I was assured that they'd be gone once they got the car ready to go. No problems wth the car at all otherwise and I decided that it was the car for me after the test drive. The Deal: I was passed on from John to their top saleswoman Susan. Susan was friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I had all my paperwork ready to go in case I needed to negotiate price. KBB value, other cars of similar mileage and year from the area, etc. Got the offer and it was spot on right at KBB, so I accepted. Finance: Once the deal was signed, I was passed over the Finance. Did have to wait a bit in order to get processed, but that's understandable with all the paperwork and previous buyers already in queue. Nice waiting area with WiFi, cable, snacks, and drinks. One of the initial finance guys who was processing my paperwork came out to verify a few things and exclaim his excitement over me buying what was his dream car when he was younger. Real, real friendly and personable. Susan and John both checked in multiple times to see how I was doing. Finally got moved back to another finance guy James. James had all my paperwork ready to go and made the signing process move quickly. He took into account my driving habits and financial situation and tailored the deal to match. No frills. What's even better. About a week later, he called me and told me that he'd gotten me a better deal with lower APR and I came back in to resign the day after. Definitely looked out for me! Customer Service: Every single person I interacted with at this dealership was nothing, but kind. Not the over the top, want to sell you this car now kind, just genuine good people. They went above and beyond to get me in the car I wanted at a great price. Final Car Delivery: Got the car a few days later ready to go looking brand new. They even put all new tires on! This dealership files the DMV paperwork for you also, so I didn't have to deal with tags and registration. I had to do it all on my own when I bought a new car from another dealership. Nice plus and they said they'll have everything ready to go in a few weeks and they'll call and install the plates and everything for me when they come in. Great people here!

I had been trying to get a GAP insurance cancellation and refund processed since September, experiencing significant delays and poor communication from the standard support channels. However, once I escalated the issue to the General Manager, Chris Hogan, the situation completely turned around. Chris was incredibly professional, transparent, and resolved my issue within days. He even offered complimentary vehicle maintenance to apologize for the inconvenience. While the dealership's initial administrative processes need serious work, I highly commend Chris Hogan for his exceptional customer service and for personally making sure the situation was made right.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent service experience at this dealership…read more I brought my 2024 Mazda CX-90 Hybrid in for a scheduled service appointment and was told the service department would perform a diagnostic evaluation and contact me with the results. I later received a call from John, the Service Manager, who informed me that my vehicle required a repair that should be covered under warranty. When I explained that I purchased both the vehicle and an extended warranty from this dealership, he stated he needed to verify the warranty information and would call me back. Unfortunately, that call never came. Despite leaving multiple messages requesting an update on my vehicle, I received no response. I also contacted the General Manager, Tyler Mitchell, regarding the lack of communication, the status of my vehicle, and an estimated completion time, but I have yet to receive a response. It has now been three days with little to no communication. Since I purchased this vehicle, the extended warranty, and have had all service performed at this dealership, I expected my warranty information to be readily available in their records. I even offered to provide my warranty documentation if needed, but no one contacted me to discuss it. Adding to the frustration, I was never informed that this repair would require multiple days. The dealership had no loaner vehicles available, no shuttle service at the time, and instead sent me home in an Uber. This experience has highlighted significant issues with communication, customer service, and record management. While delays can happen, keeping customers informed should be a basic expectation. At this point, I plan to retrieve my vehicle and seek service elsewhere. I can no longer trust this dealership to provide the level of customer care I expect after purchasing my vehicle and warranties from them. If you choose to have your vehicle serviced here, I strongly recommend asking detailed questions about expected timelines, transportation options, and how updates will be communicated before leaving your vehicle.

Unfortunately, the service department has declined so dramatically that I can no longer recommend them. Over the past year, I've had constant issues with appointments not being honored. I show up for scheduled service only to be told I don't have an appointment. When I ask for a loaner car, they say one will be available, but when I arrive, there's suddenly nothing for me. This has happened repeatedly. My most recent experience was the final straw. I scheduled an appointment a full month in advance specifically to ensure a loaner car because the repair and oil change were expected to take more than a day. I also asked them to fix my glove box. They confirmed everything and assured me a loaner would be ready. Then, as I'm driving to the appointment, they call to tell me the part isn't available--after having a month's notice. They said it was "still on the way from Germany." Fine. I told them to call me when the part arrived so we could reschedule. It has now been two months, and I still haven't received a single follow‑up call. Not one. At this point, I'm done with Porsche Plano. I'll gladly drive all the way to the airport to use another Porsche dealership that actually values its customers. After years of loyalty and significant business, it's disappointing to see how far this location has fallen. I won't be servicing or purchasing vehicles from Porsche Plano again.

BEST buying experience EVER!!…read more I'm in my 50's so I have had plenty of buying experiences and this was hands down THE BEST, easiest, fastest, and most professional experience I have ever had. It was actually fun. And, after tons of research and nonsense from other dealerships, we KNOW we got a great deal. Frank E. (Internet sales) was an absolute pleasure to deal with. His communication, professionalism, and customer service is top notch. Please call him and give him an opportunity to help you find your next vehicle. You won't regret it!

This afternoon, I visited Sam's Ford dealership and met with Caleb Hendrix regarding a vehicle I…read morewas interested in purchasing. Upon my arrival, I saw that Caleb had taken the vehicle off the lot to go to Chipotle and had just returned. Rather than having the vehicle cleaned and properly prepared for a scheduled customer, he chose to use it for a personal lunch. When I inspected the vehicle, it was absolutely filthy and had extensive paint damage, including deep scratches and heavy swirl marks. None of this damage was disclosed in the online listing, and the photos on the dealership's website did not accurately represent the vehicle's condition. Naturally, I was very disappointed. When I brought the damage to Caleb's attention, he attempted to claim that it had been disclosed on the Carfax report. That was simply not true. The damage was neither reflected in the listing photos nor disclosed in any meaningful way before my visit. I then spoke with Isaac Lopez, hoping for a more professional response. Instead, he dismissed my concerns and made an inappropriate comment, saying, "You look like you drive fast, so I don't know what the value of your trade-in is," before even looking at my vehicle. This was especially frustrating because I had already made it clear that I was not trading in my car and had secured financing through my credit union. From the lack of transparency about the vehicle's condition to the unprofessional behavior of the staff, this was one of the worst dealership experiences I've had. I would strongly encourage anyone considering doing business with Sam's Ford to be cautious. I will not be returning, and I will be sharing my experience with others. Pictures of the vehicles tire damage is posted I should have taken some of the vehicles paint but I left in frustration.

My husband and I stopped at International Motor Productions without actually looking up their…read moreinventory online first nor researched about their reputation. We were just actually driving around the area headed to a different dealership but my husband asked me if I want to check them out since it's almost right in front of us so might as well. Upon entering the warehouse Kristin greeted us promptly. We looked at some of their vehicles, found some candidates that day but we have decided to check the other dealerships first before deciding. Kristin asked our preferences and told us that she'll keep in touch with us which I think is good specially if you are a busy person and in a certain timeframe. I am a little bit picky, and I really do my research specially when it comes to big investments like this and sure asked a lot of questions and Kristin never fails to answer all those and even did her own research for me and this is even before telling them that we are going to purchase one of their vehicle which again is good because i know whether or not you are buying from them, they will answer your question or any doubts you have and that I know they make time to all customer whether or not you are buying from them. When my husband and I finally decided to get a vehicle from them, of course, I asked for the vehicle history and all that after the test drive. Kristin provided me the Carfax only which most of the local dealers has as well and nothing else so that's understandable. But like what I've said I did my own research on the vehicle's VIN already beforehand and just want to make sure if I got the same thing or if they have more information. Found some issues about the record but it was answered accordingly. Now to the financing part, we usually go to our credit union but for some reason, they said they can't help us finance the vehicle because of the dealership and that they only work with bigger dealerships which I didn't know that not all financial institution can finance and work with all dealerships which make sense. So my heart fell a little bit, we were in a certain timeframe and my husband and I are so exhausted already. We decided to go back to International Motor Productions and told them what happened. Justin, introduced by Kristin from their financing and warranty department helped us get financing. While he was doing all this for us, our credit union actually called me back and told me that they can now work with the dealership. So we had to go back there at credit union but ending up they can only offer shorter term. So we had to go back again to Justin and get us financed if not the same but for almost the same rate our credit union is offering us for longer term. Process was quick compared to what we have experienced from our credit union that afternoon. Our credit union actually send me an email stating they will now be okay with longer term the next day which we specifically told them we want to close the deal that Friday afternoon and not the next day nor Monday. We did add the exclusionary warranty and GAP with our purchase thru Justin as well. Yes it is expensive but at least there's peace of mind. Hopefully if something happens this warranty and GAP actually pays but we trust them and they told us if we need anything or have any question just call or text them. Kristin actually just followed up with me on how the vehicle is doing after couple of days from the date of purchase. So far so good but we will see. MY VERDICT: * We will be coming back to this dealership *Customer service is excellent and above *Financing is fast *Pricing is fair TIP TO USED VEHICLE BUYERS IN GENERAL: *Most dealership will only provide you Carfax and probably nothing or else you are ready to pay for it *Do your own research, if you find something you don't like about the vehicle history either ask the dealer or just don't buy it. You can use www.nhtsa.gov for checking recalls too or other sites where you can find the vehicle history aside from Carfax. *Financing rates will always be different according to each individual's situation. How much money you can put for down payment, what's your income and debt to income ratio, credit score, loan terms, etc. *Since we are buying used vehicle, most of these are sold "as-is" so better inspect everything first, do your research and not just test drive it for 10 minutes. It is recommended to add vehicle warranty if possible specially if the vehicle has high mileage and a little bit old already but make sure to read all fine prints and coverage because it might just end up worthless to you.

Very frustrating and nonexistent aftersales service, I would not recommend this company. My…read moresalesperson, Kirsten was more interested in letting me know that her personal life was far more important than a client's legitimate complaints and concerns. My woes started literally leaving the dealership with my 2015 Range Rover Evoque and driving home navigating busy 5 pm traffic, not even 3 miles out and the fuel light comes on. On the highway with my new vehicle and International Motor Productions cannot even give the standard thank you for your purchase - a full tank of gas. Another couple of miles the car's breaks start squeaking, approximately a 1 mile from home ( After a 23-mile drive to collect the vehicle) it starts raining the automatic windscreen wipers turn on and one of the wiper blades is missing! I arrive home with an empty vehicle, squeaking breaks, and a scratched windscreen! For the windscreen, they did assist me but told me there is no issue with the breaks and that they do not squeak. Fast forward to almost exactly 1 month later - My service light comes on after Kirsten had told me the car had just been serviced, a further 2 days later my tire pressure light comes on, I pop into Discount Tire, I ask them to check all my tires and make sure they're all ok. They measured my tires and I was told a maximum of 1 month left of safe tread so now I am in for 2 new front tires. ( Just for reference here, I walked around the car and looked at the measurements and they showed me on the chart what my measurements meant.) I emailed Kirsten explaining what was going on, this email was ignored, 2 weeks later, I sent a follow-up and 2 texts. Email ignored and over text I was told she would look at this but she was so busy and the only person in the office, home life was also very busy! I spoke to John and he came across as less than interested in my issues and told me that Discount Tire just wants to sell me tires ( Even though I saw the measurements and proof.) This kind of service is not what one expects I have never received this kind of service from any dealership, if you are going to nickel and dime your clients on every turn you don't deserve them! One never expects that within 1 month of a new vehicle purchase that this is what you're sold Issues No complimentary Full tank of gas - Even if supposedly you are not allowed to store a vehicle with more than a ¼ tank of fuel. You surely would fill up on the day of collection or let the client know this fact ( A common courtesy, or give them a fuel voucher! ) Missing windscreen blade - Vehicle was not checked before handover Cleaning - this vehicle was not given the once over and readied for collection Breaks squeaking - I was told they are not and there is nothing wrong with them! ( They still squeak ) 2 front tires have less than 1 month's safe tread left The service indicator light has come on - I was told to take it in for an oil change. Suffice to say, I won't be back nor recommend them, an awful experience!
