He created a modified menu for our group, had dedicated servers for our section and the food & beverages flowed so easy through the evening. The vibe was amazing and a few students said this dinner was way better than the previous year. While I was floating throughout the event I was unable to eat the breakfast burger during the event but goodness! I devoured it at my hotel after the event along with my waffle fries and chipotle ranch for dipping. The chipotle ranch!!! I will stop by again just for a breakfast burger! What happened? How is a dive charging downtown prices for average? Two of my friends still go for the chicken sandwich but that's it. Alas for the brunch it was an area essential back in the day, what's happened? A bowl of chili is now double digits? The trivia nights are obnoxiously loud and impossible without cheating. Thankfully Digbys, Boomerangs, AJs, Chaparitos, and El Nopal have easily replaced the once corona dive!

Our server, Kiera, was friendly, helpful in making recommendations, and efficient. The food was delicious! I loved the shrimp tacos--"chili-dusted shrimp" was flavorful without being spicy. My friend enjoyed the Asian Chicken Lettuce Cups. She completed her meal with the Southwest Veggie Egg Rolls she took some home.) We were celebrating, so we both tried desert! I had the Tres Leches Bread Pudding. It was melt-in-your mouth good. My friend had the deconstructed Key Lime Pie. She enjoyed it, but was full from lunch. There were eleven of us this visit which were eight adults (one in a wheelchair), and three children. A table was set for us and was comfortable, plus we could converse. It's a perfect place for families or just adults. Our server was SO ATTENTIVE. He even boxed up what we wanted to take with us himself. He checked in regularly and let us decide if we wanted to get beverages first, desired appetizers, and if so, should he turn in our dinner choices right away, etc. etc. He was super friendly and did a lot of details, like bringing extra napkins without us asking (needed when kids are present). We also had Ribeye Cheesesteak Egg Rolls and other selections..risotto, pork chop, but didn't get photos of everything. See photos.
