We had never had an active dog before and were lost and having a hard time adjusting. I contacted Stacy because I had used her pet sitting/walking services before and was very satisfied. Stacy was so responsive and helpful. We started the 6 week basic obedience training right away. She came to our home and sat with our whole family and thoroughly went over what to expect over the 6 weeks, listened to our questions and concerns, and gave us homework to do each week. She demonstrated first then let each family member interact with our pup, which made us comfortable knowing we were doing it right especially after Stacy would cheer us on. She is very knowledgeable and if she didn't know an answer right away, she would jot it down and get back to me usually within the same day. I was so impressed! Our relationship with the puppy improved sooo much after starting the training. We were all so much happier and I loved the bonding time! Unfortunately, we couldn't keep our pup since we were moving back in with my parents for longer than expected and had to rehome her about 6 months after we got her. I was very nervous and felt really guilty. I didn't know where to start so I reached out to Stacy again, and she made me feel one million times better! She was not judgmental at all, she was the exact opposite. She comforted and reassured me that I wasn't a bad person, I'm actually getting teary eyed as I write this review because Stacy was so kind when I needed it most. She sent me resources and contact info to rescues in my area, but suggested that I try my local Facebook groups first and gave me helpful tips for screening and how to find the right family for my baby girl. I ended up finding a really great family through Facebook who still send me updates and pictures. I cried for days and Stacy was there for me during the grieving period as well. I never expected Stacy to do everything she did for us, it's not her job to be my therapist but I am so grateful to have found her. I doubt any other trainer would have been even half as helpful and caring as Stacy has been. I will recommend her business one million times over. My Bassett Hound Roxy is pretty shy, she doesn't like going with strangers, and to be honest I was a little nervous the first time leaving her. But the staff at Temecula Tail were great! The growling, territorialism, lead pulling, and lack of discipline had me ripping my hair out and my nerves on end. After 2.5 weeks (unfortunately it took longer because I came down with Covid around the pick up date. Lee and his amazing crew were kind enough to keep him for me while I got better) I picked up a completely new dog and new set of tools and skills to both manage and train my baby boy. I came out of our pick up session after being trained how to manage my Ozzy. Our first night home he's completely changed into what I needed him to be all along. I'm tearing up writing this because Armor k9 gave my dog the chance to be with me when I move next month. Something that wasn't even an option last month. Because of this I didn't want to go on the trip. My dog was obviously struggling and the gazillion meds did not seem to be as effective as I hoped. I was super discombobulated after his two night stint at the Prescott ER Vet. I screwed up the return date and Julie's helper had a prior obligation so could not stay an additional night. Needless to say I was in a panic. Thank goodness Julie funds a professional operation and stepped up for us. She personally stayed at our home even with a totally full schedule. Somehow she made it work and I am eternally grateful. Had it not been for her it could have been a very bad situation. I must say I don't post many reviews, but when someone handles a crisis the way Julie did for us warrants sharing that experience with anyone looking for a pet sitter or someone to walk their dog. Julie had been walking our Catahoula for awhile when this happened so our animals knew her. It's an amazing feeling to actually trust the person looking out for all of our pets and to make sure our sick little man gets his medication on time. There's a reason we drive an hour each way up and back from Phoenix EVERY time we need to board a dog. We've had dogs our whole lives and have been faithful clients of Angelo's since we our new blended family found him in 2016. Our last 2 dogs have been working K9s with specific needs. Angelo is very familiar with these dogs as well, and Ares and Hades have always returned home happy and healthy. The facility is fully climate controlled with individual indoor/outdoor runs and is very clean. You won't find 20 dogs rolling around in unsupervised chaos while a bored attendant scrolls through a cell phone here. It's also not a place where your dog returns to you nervous wreck; but fluffy and smelling of baby powder with a ribbon on its head after being confined in a tiny crate for 2 weeks. All things to consider when entrusting your pup to someone else. Angelo knows and understands dogs and is beyond competent with all manner of breeds. I believe he also offers training services if you're in need of things like rattlesnake avoidance (yikes!) You may have to check the website for office hours as they are limited.

One is a giant schnauzer (2.5 yrs) and the other is a golden retriever (1.5 yrs)…read more Both have been to basic obedience classes in the past but apparently I failed them in maintaining the lessons they had learned. As a result, the boys became restless, jealous, no longer listened (well) and taking them on a walk became a chore we dreaded. I wanted a better life for them and me. I discovered TopLineK9 when a St. Bernard was dumped in the Village. When I heard where and how he was being prepared for his forever home, I googled the business and reached out to Stephanie. Wow. Is she just a burning ray of sunshine and joy! We met and the boys and I were hooked. The boys went to school for the 2 week board and train. We met a few times during training to; first ease my fear that my boys would forget me, and to begin to train ME on being a better leader. Once the boys came home the change was palpable. They were actually calm in the mornings when they used to brawl at our feet while we drank coffee. Walk became something to look forward to and we were able to get out to some trails without the dogs barking and lunging at other people and dogs. They are actually listening and looking to me for direction instead of doing whatever they want to do. We are still in the process of doing a few follow ups to make sure that everything "stuck". I think the boys really benefited by being away from me for a few weeks because (I believe) they needed a break from me and my frustrations. I feel blessed to have found Stephanie and her team, they really perform miracles!
