What paperwork did you submit for HOA approval for dog boarding?

Hi Mark! We actually no longer offer dog boarding. Our focus is shifting to pack walks during mid day Monday-Friday so dogs can fulfill their daily needs for socialization, mental, and physical stimulation. That way, busy parents can come home to a… Read more

As a dog owner you always want to have a well behaved dog…read more I can't thank Taylor and Off Leash enough!!! We have a German Shepherd, named Eva and she is about a year and nine months old. We got her at eight weeks old and I trained her in English, German, and sign language myself and she knew all her basic commands by 12 weeks old. I took her everywhere and socialized her with everyone and with lots of animals. Unfortunately, she stopped following the commands I taught her after about six months old...it's as if she became a cat and only listened when she wanted. She barked at dogs. She barked at people, jumped up on them, sometimes nipped... I started looking at dog training places and was not impressed with what I was finding in the Prescott area UNTIL I came across Off Leash!!! I watched many videos of Before & After. I read all the reviews online. I'm a big believer if it works for many, it should work for us too. We went with the 21 day top dog program. I felt if we were going to spend the money. We should go all in to allow Eva to be set up for success. WOW!!! Off Leash not only met our expectations but they went above and beyond and we owe it all to Taylor!!! Taylor not only was able to work with Eva on all the basic commands (ones I taught her and some others I hadn't thought about). However, she was also able to teach Eva, a few special commands as well. Please know our dog already had a lot of the foundational basic commands which allowed Taylor to train her on a few extra special ones. Taylor did a great job with correcting Eva's "cat like" behavior AND she doesn't get startled by loud noises any longer. It's amazing the transformation she has gone through and she's even calmer too. It's incredible the night and day difference. No more barking at people or other animals. Dogs bark at her and she just looks at them, it's amazing. I'll I have to do is keep reinforcing her commands which is so easy. Eva has been home for 9 days now and doing an incredible job still. Thank you Taylor and Off Leash!!! I now have the girl I always wanted.

Gunner and Tiffany were amazing. They were honest and forthright about what to expect with training our 3 furbabies at the same time. I have to say we were blown away with the behavior improvements, following of commands and how much the dogs love to continue the program after returning home. It was as if they were totally different dogs! They provided daily communication, videos to educate us and videos showing the dogs progress In the program. We are so happy to have found Gunner and Tiffany and the Off Leash Training program. We will definitely continue with future trainings with them and trust them completely in caring for and training our dogs.

Instead of calling me right away and/or getting him prompt medical attention, she waited approximately 18 hours. My vet says she may have been able to save his eye had Lucy taken him in right away. While she finally paid for the vet expenses, it was a fight and I endured her use of unprofessional, foul language in my direction while I remained calm and professional towards her. To my shock and disbelief, she thought that I should be grateful to her for resolving the payment issue! I felt no compassion from her. Instead, she called me names. In hindsight, I should have known it wasn't going to work out. I was desperate to get my puppies trained and overlooked red flags. She talked endlessly about herself and could not stay focused. It seemed I couldn't ask a single question without her getting sidetracked on some story about how great she is. She often spoke about how the other trainers in town were horrible. Lots of bragging and very little action. Please think twice about using this "dog trainer." I wish I had.

She told my mom that she brought the dogs to the dog park and while the injured dog was attacked. Instead of bringing the attacked dog immediately to the vet, she brought him home and did not seek medical attention for approximately 18-20 hours. Our vet told us she could have likely saved the eye if Ms. Reynolds had sought medical attention right away. Following the attack it felt like Ms. Reynolds was doing anything and everything to avoid taking responsibility. She insisted she was an amazing dog trainer, that she would not give the full amount back for training because my mom had gotten "some benefits" from the 24 hours of training prior to the attack. She cursed my mom out, and acted very unprofessional. It took weeks to finally settle the matter.

My Malinois was unmanageable and had already fractured my knee cap while I was attempting to get any form of control I could. I was at my wits end. The growling, territorialism, lead pulling, and lack of discipline had me ripping my hair out and my nerves on end. After 2.5 weeks (unfortunately it took longer because I came down with Covid around the pick up date. Lee and his amazing crew were kind enough to keep him for me while I got better) I picked up a completely new dog and new set of tools and skills to both manage and train my baby boy. I came out of our pick up session after being trained how to manage my Ozzy. Our first night home he's completely changed into what I needed him to be all along. I'm tearing up writing this because Armor k9 gave my dog the chance to be with me when I move next month. Something that wasn't even an option last month. Now I speak directly to Lee and his amazing Crew: thank you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You gave me the tools I didn't know I needed with this breed. You guys are beyond amazing. Fights would erupt out of nowhere (or so we thought). We were living with them separated. Two different trainers we worked with were biased regarding mixed breed/rescue dogs and left us with little hope. The rescue we adopted Joey from recommended Monique with Elite K9 Training Ranch. Our evaluation was unlike anything I have ever experienced. SHE KNOWS DOGS!!! Like, really knows dogs. Truly, she is a dog whisperer. Joey had a 4 week board and train. She gave us homework to work on with Morgan at home. I was apprehensive at first about leaving my 'kid' for 4 weeks but now she is the one we board our pups with when we go away. She cares about them like they are her own and she provides a secure, protected and balanced environment. We have now worked with Monique for over a year. Board and train for Joey in 2023 then weekly group classes in Prescott with the occasional get away boarding. Every time I am around her I learn something new and my relationship with my dogs has never been better. Looking back on the past year I can now say that I am glad our dogs fought and led us to Monique. I am a better leader and advocate for my dogs. I am a better human too. Monique's real ability is teaching us, the humans, how to be better for our dogs and how to listen to what they are telling us and be the leader they need. It takes work, dedication and patience but, wow, is it worth it! Thank you Monique for everything. Our home, ourselves and our 'kids' are so much better because of you.

As a result, the boys became restless, jealous, no longer listened (well) and taking them on a walk became a chore we dreaded. I wanted a better life for them and me. I discovered TopLineK9 when a St. Bernard was dumped in the Village. When I heard where and how he was being prepared for his forever home, I googled the business and reached out to Stephanie. Wow. Is she just a burning ray of sunshine and joy! We met and the boys and I were hooked. The boys went to school for the 2 week board and train. We met a few times during training to; first ease my fear that my boys would forget me, and to begin to train ME on being a better leader. Once the boys came home the change was palpable. They were actually calm in the mornings when they used to brawl at our feet while we drank coffee. Walk became something to look forward to and we were able to get out to some trails without the dogs barking and lunging at other people and dogs. They are actually listening and looking to me for direction instead of doing whatever they want to do. We are still in the process of doing a few follow ups to make sure that everything "stuck". I think the boys really benefited by being away from me for a few weeks because (I believe) they needed a break from me and my frustrations. I feel blessed to have found Stephanie and her team, they really perform miracles!
