Always professional, and goes the extra mile to give you a fresh looking cut. Cool little shop, clean and friendly...

First class operation, from start to finish... I'll be back, for sure...Thanks for a great cut, Brett...

One of the best barbershops I've been to in a long time, I will definitely be coming back whenever I'm visiting Maui. The vibes are chill and rustic. read more

Clean shop & beautifully decorated! Excellent owners. Highly recommend this place. Make an appointment online

Made an appointment two weeks before my trip. Very easy to book through booksy. The barbershop was immaculate, got there early so I was able to take in all the unique decorations. Had to park a block away from the shop because of construction, but I left early and it was free. As far as the haircut, Mrs. Amanda was very easy to work with and she absolutely knocked it outta the ballpark! This place is amazing and will deliver if you're used to old school barbershops. Veteran friendly as well! read more

Legacy Barber Shop - Razor fade - Barbers Near Me - Kihei, Hawaii

Flew into Maui needing a cut before my trip but couldn't find the time beforehand. So I started Yelping a few days before the trip in search for a good barber. Read all the great reviews and booked an appointment through Booksy (which was super easy). Time came for my appointment and I couldn't be happier with the service and the cut from Shadrack. Now I'm ready for my dinner date with the wife; feeling fresh and clean. read more

I am a huge fan of Collin, and the staff at Legacy Barber Shop. The high quality service and professionalism is unrivaled, & the are all very friendly and welcoming. They really make sure your cut is as fresh as can be, and they are truly dedicated to their craft. The interior design and decorations are pretty awesome as well, and definitely contribute to that barbershop feel. The vintage Oster Lather machine was one of the neatest pieces of history that I've seen in a while. I went 3 months without a haircut and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! Legacy is definitely my go-to barbershop on Maui, & I highly recommend you book an appointment asap if you're in need of a fresh cut! read more

Been coming here for years and they've consistently provided great cuts and excellent customer service, every visit is quality, clean shop and welcoming. Easy online booking via booksey and they're gracious when need to rebook. Very professional! read more

Love the haircut! I didn't have time to get a cut before I left CA and was searching around for a Barber in Kihei and was very impressed by the professionalism, positive vibes and perfect cut done by Kayla. I showed up a little late and still came in to a big smile and was in and out of there in 30 minutes. Highly recommend Legacy Barber Shop read more

Walking into Legacy Barber shop is like transporting back in time. To a time where tradition and attention to detail mattered. To a place where mastering one's craft was of the upmost importance. read more

Had a cut and beard trim during a vacation in Wailea. Colin was absolutely top-notch. Attendant to every detail and took his time to create a great experience. This is not your 5 minute in/out clipper cut. Colin takes his time and it's evident in the result. And he's cool as hell so that helps.... read more

I drive 45 minutes to get my haircut from Colin or Kayla. Great technicians with down to earth personalities. Prices are fantastic for the quality you will realize and they are a wonderful, local, family business. I will never go anywhere else! read more

Hands down LEGACY is the BEST barber shop on island and it's not even close!!! The actual shop, the decor, the chairs (restored originals), the historical artifacts, the music, the ac (other places take notes), the cleanliness and the overall ambiance is unmatched. Then you got Kayla and Colin. They're super professional, polite, engaged, hilarious, real and unbelievably TALENTED!!! I used to fly home to Oahu just to get a trim, but since meeting Kayla and Colin that has changed. They're the real deal. The gap between them and every other shop on island is substantial. I always leave satisfied. Mic drop. read more

Booked with Collin a couple days ago. Very easy booking online. The shop was clean and had the classic barbershop look/feel. He took his time with each step in the process and ensured I was happy with my haircut and beard trim. He was very personable and friendly and is clearly a pillar in the Kihei community calling all of his clients and other barbers clients by name. Overall 5 star experience and the only place I'll be getting my hair/beard cut when in Maui read more

My new favorite barbershop in Kihei! The space is always clean and fresh and the owners are awesome!! And it's the best cut I've gotten in Maui. read more

I get my haircut every other week and really struggled finding a reliable barber when I moved to Maui a few months ago! Kayla and Collin have been a damn godsend since I found them though! Fantastic barbers and some of the nicest people you'll meet. I'm fairly OCD (hence the haircuts every other week) so I love how meticulous they are... pretty sure they both are OCD as well lol. They are also very efficient. Long story short... super grateful for the service they provide on the Kihei area!! read more

I love Legacy - Collin is such a talented barber and also such a nice guy, an absolute legend! He absolutely crushed the fade I wanted with such a high level of attention to detail. I was lucky enough to get a walk in but 100% book in advance. So stoked this is in Kihei! read more

Collin really listened to me. He made me feel comfortable right away. I was very happy with the cut he gave me. The shave to the back of my neck was a pleasant surprise I wasn't expecting. I felt super taken care of, and the old fashioned barbershop ambience added charm and nostalgia to my experience. Lastly, Collin's definitely skilled with the scissors. My hair was pretty long and unmanageable and the scissor cut he did was top-notch! Thank you Collin! read more

I've been getting fades from Collin since 2016. Always a great cut. Great to see them open a place of their own. New shop same great fade.

Amanda knew exactly what I wanted when I described it and she did it perfectly. My hair is very thick and wavy so most places can't do it the way I like it but she did amazing the first time. Will continue to go back. read more

Flew in from San Diego for my honeymoon with a horrible haircut from another barber. I called three different barber shops trying to find someone who could fix my fade and give me a good haircut too, so I could look presentable for a very important date with my wife the next day. Despite the bad luck I was having, Colin answered, and delivered one of the best haircuts I've ever seen. Great job Colin, God bless you, and congratulations. read more

Collin is The man! The shop and utensils are very clean. Hands-down the best cut I have gotten on Maui.

Great haircut by Kayla. Even my wife approved. You always are kinda concerned to get a haircut while on the road. No fear. Great result. Need a shop like this at home. read more

We just moved to the island of Maui a month ago and are so thankful to have found Collin at Legacy Barbershop! My son is 4 years old and he was so good with him. Collin not only did an amazing job on my son's hair, he also talked to him while he was cutting his hair, making the entire experience fun and relaxing! We will definitely be back and highly recommend coming here! read more
