I had a little bit of trouble booking online but when I called the salon, everyone was super friendly and really accommodating. Though she did say that if you want a coloring service and haircut done at the same time to call in and schedule to make sure there's enough time allotted. She massages your scalp super good, and you can feel stress melt away. She always remembers how I like my hair cut, but can also make adjustments if I want to try a new look. I always get lots of compliments for my haircuts when I go to Luxe. Carmen is also a stylist here, and she does a great job too. They seem to always have a steady stream of business, so I do recommend booking ahead. They have an easy to navigate website, and I can usually get an appointment within 24 hours. Luxe salon is the only place I will go to for a haircut.
