Brought my car here for tires and alignment, excellent service staff is very friendly and prices are very fair, I called around and they definitely had the best prices. Very clean office and waiting room while you wait to get your car done highly recommend them.

I have consistently chosen Legacy Auto Care to get my oil change along with additional car services, and I have always received excellent service. Anthony ensures that his customers are well taken care of, and the staff is both friendly and provides superb service. I highly recommend this place for all your auto service needs.

Anthony has been helping me with my BMW auto repairs and maintenance since 2018. Always provides quality service , very thorough on the repairs , and always gives the best prices in San Diego County. Recently , he helped my girlfriend with her Ford Fusion and it drove like it was brand new. I have been recommending any friends with BMW's and all manufacturers to go to Legacy Auto Care as their preferred mechanic. Never stepping foot anywhere else !!

Front of business. Can be kind of hidden a bit.

Mo and his brother were very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. They'll welcome you and make you feel like that it's their goal to provide great service for you. If you've never been fortunate enough to experience this type of auto care service, please try them!!!

We used to use this place exclusively because they worked with us on payments. Come to find out…read more(though we cannot prove it) it's extremely likely that they were not only using salvaged parts on our cars, they were overcharging us too. We have had our current vehicle for two years. We had our brake master cylinder replaced by them which was well over $800. On my drive home from picking the car up the brakes failed. I had it towed back there and let my husband deal with them. They blamed it on the car computer not reprogramming correctly. Two weeks later our brake light came on again. My husband took it back in and was told by Wilson, who had just returned, that it had a problem with the master cylinder. But once my husband informed him that they were the ones that had just weeks before supposedly replaced it, suddenly it was just something that needed to be tightened up, no big deal. Funny how that works, eh. The other thing we had replaced there since we got this car was the radiator. Now, again, we've only had this vehicle for two years. So then why are we having to replace both the brake master cylinder and the radiator again this weekend? And why is the new mechanic at a name brand car repair chain absolutely horrified at the condition of both parts? He said they were obviously not brand new parts in the past two years given the condition and wear, and that's why we're having issues so soon. And he's charging us $200 less for the brand new master cylinder installed, too. When we had our brakes done and a control arm replaced in Escondido at the end of July, that other mechanic there actually asked my husband if he was positive that it was the brake master cylinder that we'd had replaced because it looked much older than two years old. Hmmmm... All I'm saying is if two different mechanics in two different cities are both skeptical about the parts used in repairs where we were led to believe were being replaced with new parts, and both repairs should have lasted well beyond two years but are now having to be replaced again, I'm gonna go ahead and conclude that we were ripped off. These guys pretend to be helpful, but they're crooked as a dogs hind leg. CAVEAT EMPTOR! Also, by law you're supposed to receive a service record of all repairs done, but we never received anything from them besides the debit card receipts. Why is that? Perhaps the Bureau of Auto Repair would be interested in this.
