Steven did all the communicating with Southern California Edison and I was never cced on emails or looped in despite requesting to be. As replacement date neared I contacted steven a few days before to discuss details. He informed me the need to reschedule as too close to labor day. I said ok no problem. A few days before second replacement date Steven dropped by looked over the panel again and told me everything was on for 9/16/25 at 8am with SCE scheduled to come disconnect power with him completing the job same day and SCE to reconnect. Sounded great I made arrangement for the family to be out of the house all day. Long story short no one showed up, not steven not SCE. I called and texted steven multiple times, left voicemail with no response. I gave him 24 hours benefit of the doubt just in case something unforeseen occurred. Nothing. I finally reached out to SCE to see if I was ever on their schedule. I was told that I was scheduled both times and the electrician cancelled last minute both times . Most recently I was told that the electrician told SCE that he is not rescheduling and simply canceling with no intention of doing the job. Where was that communication with me? Steven, this has been one of the most unprofessional interactions I have been involved in. If the job was too big , too small, too medium, too complex, not complex enough, you are too busy, not busy enough all you had to do was say so. Instead you wasted my time for over one month and I am left having to do this all over again with a different company. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I have never spent the time leaving a bad review on yelp but this one was warranted.

Marco damaged windows and when we withheld his final payment until the claim was complete, he or one of his crew (there were many different unknown crew at our house over the 5 weeks of work) shoved paper in the drain! I should have known not to work with the when he asked us if WE had a contract! We have used Marco for small jobs over the years and he has been reliable and helpful. This exterior painting job showed he and his unstable son are not to be trusted! Marco consistently avoided blame claiming it's so very difficult to fine good help and he kept firing workers so there was a new crew each week. The refusal to use scaffolding for a 3 story house was yet another clue. Never again and do NOT let his emotionally unstable son anywhere near your property! We have filed a police report for the water heated sabotage and we will filed one now with his licensing board.

Clean public restrooms were between Starbucks and Los Agaves Restaurant, towards the back. Interestingly, as I was walking towards Starbucks, I noticed a few rows of brand new Tesla Superchargers in the parking lot, and only one car was charging there. I wonder when these chargers would show up in the Tesla supercharger navigator inside the car, as we only saw the original 12 stalls there. Anyway, this was a pretty good location with lots of shops and restaurants. Our daughter did some shopping at Ultra Beauty and we got smoothies from Blender's while charging. There's plenty of space to walk our dog. If we arrived a little early, we would have caught the Sunday Farmers' Market, too.
