Brandon came to our house to fix a 50-year-old bathroom heat lamp and fan fixture in the ceiling of our bathroom. We had tried and quit. Brandon had a busy schedule, but we got on his wait list. Very soon thereafter, on a Friday afternoon at 3:30 p.m., he called to say he could come by to look at the problem. In he came, rigged with his tools and ladder, headed upstairs and was soon assessing the problem. He asked where the access was to the attic and I suggested he would have a tough time in the attic, speaking from my own experience working there. It is small, difficult to navigate and the place he would need to work was in the narrowest of places. Brandon is a big guy. He said he would look harder to see if he could locate the problem from his ladder, but in a few minutes he was in the attic. I don't know how he managed to fix the problem from that vantage point, but he did, and in short order. Had a main Service Shutoff Breaker fail at my Father-in-laws house fail on a Friday afternoon. I called Brandon to find out when he was available for a service call. He responded immediately and told me he would be over after he got off of another job. This was Friday evening at around 6:30pm. He let me know he was on the way and showed up and quickly diagnosed the issue. The breaker was old and not readily available from the usual suspects. He went home and found it on amazon, ordered it. He had it delivered to his place and showed up the next day (saturday) and got the house powered up and online. He also quickly fixed a couple of replaced outlets and diagnosed the circuit that the instant on water heater was part of. Without question his response was amazing and above and beyond. To top it off my father-ln-law has health issues and the partial power failure was really hard on him. Brandon's quick response saved the day and a difficult situation. We've had Brandon handle our electric problems for a few years now. He is very smart and meticulous when it comes to solving problems big or small. He figured out how to hang a chandelier for us in our entryway which is 25' tall with no chance of using a ladder. His solution was clever and economical. A few days ago while we were coping with the Covid nightmare, the power went out on the circuit to the oven. If it would have been anything less important, I would have waited until later to fix it, but we're eating in a lot. I called him and he came by that day. He called from his truck and told me he'd come in wearing a mask, booties and gloves and would be careful not to touch anything he didn't have to. I'm older, with underlying conditions so that eased my concerns. I put on a mask for his safety and he solved the problem in less than and hour. We had some serious power outages in our house, the last of which really concerned us. Upon a recommendation from a friend we called Bartlette Electric and explained the problem. He sounded concerned after hearing the problems we were having and he came directly over. After two hours of investigating the problem he concluded that the problem was very serious and not originating in the house but something bigger so he called the emergency line for our electric company. After further research from the electric company they fixed the problem which originated in the neighborhood electric box in the neighbors yard. The electric company said I should thank Bartlette Electric for doing excellent investigating and knowing to call the emergency line as the problem could have resulted in fire. Awesome guy to work with! We had our meter panel break on us and wanted to get it replaced ASAP, Brandon made himself available for the work we had despite his busy schedule. He was excellent at staying in contact through all the approval and permit processes, and tried to make things as easy, quick and cost-effective as possible so we could get power back on without breaking the bank.
