At the risk of letting the secret out, I have to say that TJ is the most honest and reliable electrician I have encountered. He helped me install a chandelier in the past when I was concerned about the safety of the wiring and it looks and works great. Months later I called for an emergency service on a kitchen circuit. He walked me through the steps to trouble-shoot the issue before coming out and was able to help me solve the problem without a service call. I will be calling him when we need to move some outlets in the future and upgrade our wiring when it is time. I just wish I could find a plumber with the same integrity. read more

What a knowledgeable, honest electrician! I came across this company as it was in Goleta and had glowing Yelp reviews - I can now see why this man has a 5 star average. I hired TJ to complete a few neglected issues on my parents' older home: fix a broken doorbell, and check out a ceiling light my dad had never finished installing back in the '90s. He's a nice guy, and was surprisingly able to fix both issues in a short period of time. He went to great lengths in testing the doorbell's wiring, eventually finding the root of the cause. TJ provided me with a good explanation of each issue as well as the work he performed. Pricing was on par with other local electricians. He left the premises clean which I also appreciated. My parents will be just as thrilled when they find out that their doorbell now works - well, at least until the next solicitor comes by! ;-) Thanks for the excellent service, TJ! Called TJ on a Friday after Thanksgiving late in afternoon, he called back on Saturday and came right out....fixed a light switch that had shorted and was burnt with some wire damage, while he was here I had him fix another (3) way switch that was damaged. TJ was recommend to me from a company that was installing an air conditioning unit in my home. When I first contacted him he said that could do the job, I had to wait for SCE to come out to approve the Main box replacement. I asked him to come out and look at the job and give me a price and he said to get back to him after SEC ok'ed the project and he would come out and look at the job and then schedule it. Well it took SEC 6 weeks to give me the ok for the panel replacement. When I contacted TJ to let him know that I got the ok to move forward to do the project from SEC, He told me that he was to busy now to do the job and that I should maybe get somebody else to do the job. He gave me his word when we last talked that he would do the job and now he backed out, if he would have told me that business had picked up since the last time we talked and that it would take X amount of time to get to my project I could understand that, but to just tell me that he didn't have time for me now and to just get somebody else to do the job was not right. I guess in todays business a mans word is not worth much. This has set me back in trying to find somebody else to do the work, so thank you TJ read more

We purchased a 1960's condo and had to do a complete remodel. We moved here from out of state so we did not have a list of quality building support. After a couple of bad starts we were referred to TJ. He was a God send. TJ is highly skilled, efficient, punctual, fairly priced, and a really nice guy. He won't do the work if he can't do it to code and correctly. He corrected many problems left by less skilled electricians, reworked our entire kitchen, moved our washer/dryer to another part of the condo, relocated the hot water heater power, upgraded our circuits/breakers, provided power for all new appliances (including one's that weren't there before), replaced poor outlets, installed new light fixtures, and much more.
