If you're not a fan of that, then this bacon is for you!The biggest surprise was their sourdough toast. It had a crunchy crust, a fluffy inside, and great taste--you can definitely tell it's made from scratch every day! Overall, the staff was great. One thing to keep in mind is that there isn't much room; I'd say it holds about 40 to 50 people. Most dishes are around the $15-$20 mark, but for the generous portions and great taste, Hilltop Cafe Bistro is a 9.1/10!
