The good- it allows walk-ins; Since you wait a long time- their waiting area is pretty nice. the building has a very big parking lot. My nurse was nice and good bedside manners. The bad.. here they go. Don't even bother making an appointment, the wait period is about the same as the walk-ins if not worse since you'd already spent time trying to make an appointment. Don't be surprised if an agent or a rep hangs up on you. And, They don't call back. No one apologies about not notifying you about the long wait or after you wait that long- even if you're seen few hours after the set up time. They come up with reasons to say- basically your fault. Billing department- everyone plays 'I don't know that' game. I called about billing- no one calls back. And no one is at the desk. I also want to add my comments about the doctors/PA's who talked to me very rude but I only met one each. So I am hoping the others are not. The walls are thin! You hear everything that's happening in the next door! Where is the privacy? Not here! Hope you feel better quickly! And Good luck on your recovery. Save yourselves time and money- don't go here.

I had to always make sure to tell him to spray my knee with numbing medication,which should be the patients choice not the doctors Encouraged me to buy a knee brace that out of pocket besides insurance was 200 dollars and only wore it a few times because it would not stay in place which he told me after I said something about that yes that happens. I felt he was disinterested in my care and without going into further detail was not compassionate or professional and have since found a professional and caring doctor.

Beginning with scheduling my appointments, they do not overbook, the experience was completely positive.  The waiting room is clean, and light and airy. The PAs who initially see you are competent, and friendly and caring.  Dr. Lynch was sensitive to my concerns. He answered my questions completely and clearly, in a manner that I could easily understand. The surgeries (total replacement of both knees, three months apart) couldn't have gone better. There was minimal pain for surgeries of this kind. I was up and using a walker the day after surgery. I graduated to a cane within 2 weeks and discarded the cane after 2 months. I am now walking around better than I have in 20 years. I cannot recommend Dr. Lynch highly enough.

Both times I have been here I have been treated very professionally. The check in process is quick and efficient. The physical therapist who has been assigned to me is excellent. Matt take the time to listen and explain what is going on. My shoulder has improved since I have been taking therapy. He has stretched and massaged my shoulder and it feels better. In addition he has shown me a series of exercises and stretches which work my shoulder at different angles. I look forward to my next appointment.

I love Dr. Cavallo's office…read more I came here for an evaluation after I hurt my knee and went to Stamford Hospital ER and they told me I sprained my knee. A week and a half later my knee still didn't feel right. I made an appointment to go to Dr. Cavallo. He was real thorough. After he did the test. He diagnosed me with a torn meniscus in my right knee, he even said you can get a second opinion if I would like. He does a lot of them, he him self has even had the surgery. I was very surprised since Stamford hospital was so off with my diagnosis. Dr. Cavallo actually did my surgery and I was very nervous because this was my first surgery. He put me at ease and did my surgery perfectly. Recovery was long and one of the toughest things I've had to do through no fault of his. I also started physical therapy in the same office with James Caroleo and he and his team who have also been wonderful. I would highly recommended Dr. Cavallo office for your orthopedic needs.

I took my 14 year old daughter to see Dr Spak because her knee cap constantly popped out of place. After continuous therapy didn't work he performed a MPFL reconstructive surgery. We researched the surgery for months and all the personal videos and journals indicated an extremely painful recovery. Dr Spak must have angel light, laser hands because my daughter did NOT endure that level of painful recovery AT ALL. She's still healing. Some days are harder than others, but no where near what we saw video after video from random patients around the US. I HIGHLY recommend him!

Several minutes into the check-in process, was told they would not see her because it was past the 15 minute grace period allowed for appointment times. My mother is 86 years old and is having terrible lower back and leg pain making it very difficult to walk or sit. The receptionist tried to help and put me on the phone with his manager Michael who then said there was nothing he could do other than reschedule the appointment to several hours later because there was only one provider and one room available and that provider had a meeting to attend at 11 or 11:30am. In the time it took to wait to speak to someone and have that conversation they could have been well into the appointment seeing her. But more importantly it is disgusting and disgraceful they would turn away an 86 year old in terrible pain and struggling to walk over a few minutes and a meeting. And maybe Michael the manager was constrained by policies enforced by his superiors, I am not necessarily blaming him, thoughI was told it was up to him. Even in our system where healthcare is a business, I've never come across that kind of total disregard for an elderly patient's care and well being. Total lack of decency. Never going back there again.
