If you need things like arch support, he goes over the options from inexpensive inserts that you can pick up at a pharmacy to slightly better ones that he has available at a low cost (I think it was $75) to more expensive custom inserts, but he told me to save my money as the lower cost inserts were sufficient for my issues.
