Two years ago I had a pain in my right should and Through X-Rays and analysis he was able to take care of my pain. Just yesterday I stopped in again because I had the same pain in my left shoulder and again he has helped me tremendously. The office is run well with plenty of precautions to ensure you are not too long in the waiting room. The staff was very professional and took care of me immediately. I highly recommend this practice for anyone suffering from any shoulder ailments.

I did the Walk In. The experience was pretty bad. First off this place gets packed but the way it's run..people hearded in and out, everyone jammed around, etc..it is hectic and impersonal to the point of utter chaos but I get that and that isn't really my number one complaint much as I was so turned off by it. So my injury was a broken knee and a torn ACL. But I did not know that when I went in. They ARE supposed to be Sports Medicine Doctors. The verdict after they saw me? Go home and be careful for a day or two, nothing serious. I requested an X-Ray. Or an MRI. I was told one was not needed. So I did go home. And two days later I fell when my knee, which had been broken though I was not aware of it, buckled causing me to crash to thew floor. Went to another doctor who did an X-ray. When he saw nothing, he did an MRI and there the broken Knee and torn ACL were found. I am not trying to scare anyone, just warn them. If you come here and they dismiss your concerns, do not just accept it. Get a second opinion or if you really feel something is off insist on additional tests. It maybe nothing but then again it maybe something as it was for me. I will say it isn't that the doctor wasn't nice. In fact he was pleasant and I do not even remember the name of who I saw. But these people..to me anyway..gave the impression of being overworked in a crowded office and I am glad I got a second opinion otherwise it could have been even worse for me. So do your due diligence and trust your gut.

The good- it allows walk-ins; Since you wait a long time- their waiting area is pretty nice. the building has a very big parking lot. My nurse was nice and good bedside manners. Don't be surprised if an agent or a rep hangs up on you. And, They don't call back. No one apologies about not notifying you about the long wait or after you wait that long- even if you're seen few hours after the set up time. They come up with reasons to say- basically your fault. Billing department- everyone plays 'I don't know that' game. I called about billing- no one calls back. And no one is at the desk. I also want to add my comments about the doctors/PA's who talked to me very rude but I only met one each. So I am hoping the others are not. The walls are thin! I took my 14 year old daughter to see Dr Spak because her knee cap constantly popped out of place. After continuous therapy didn't work he performed a MPFL reconstructive surgery. We researched the surgery for months and all the personal videos and journals indicated an extremely painful recovery. Dr Spak must have angel light, laser hands because my daughter did NOT endure that level of painful recovery AT ALL. She's still healing. Some days are harder than others, but no where near what we saw video after video from random patients around the US. I HIGHLY recommend him!

Both times I have been here I have been treated very professionally. The check in process is quick and efficient. The physical therapist who has been assigned to me is excellent. Matt take the time to listen and explain what is going on. My shoulder has improved since I have been taking therapy. He has stretched and massaged my shoulder and it feels better. In addition he has shown me a series of exercises and stretches which work my shoulder at different angles. I look forward to my next appointment.
