I relied on what these people told me about Kinetico water softener systems 2 years ago and have…read morehad nothing but problems, expensive service calls and equipment breakdowns. I am on well water and prefilter it down to 5 microns (Huemann recommended 50 microns which would foul in about a day)and it still fouls the mechanism that runs the system. The internals are far too small to pass even 5 micron, dissolved solids. It makes one wonder what it was designed for. All wells have dissolved solids! The idea is great, the design sucks. Not at all practical This system is not good for well water and the manufacturer does not stand behind it nor do they answer technical questions. Lots of money for this boat anchor of a system. Do yourself a favor, go to Costco or somewhere and buy a much less expensive and more reliable "cheap" system. Just like an Audi is elegantly engineered, it won't cross the dessert but a cheap Jeep will. Total crap and disgusted.

Bathroom redo was a big job, they worked with the various family members handling different parts - couldn't have been easy for them! We've been doing business with Water Wagon since we moved into this house with well water - 2008…read more When we moved in, the water was horrible. It smelled and the toilets and washing machine were stained orange. Water Wagon recommended sanitizing our well and adding a carbon filter in addition to the water softener. It took a bit of tweaking - flushing the water heater, removing the anode rod and then adding a chlorinator to backwash the carbon filter but we finally got the water cleaned up. Since then, we have had them service the carbon filter and put in a new water softener. They were out today to do a little repair on the carbon filter. They are always pleasant, honest, and have very reasonable charges. There are so many companies out there that give bad or dishonest service - or they never show up! Water Wagon is not like that. If you need help with your water, I totally recommend them.
