They then offered to send out a more senior technician but the day of the appointment (an hour before the technician was supposed to arrive) said it would cost me $120 to have them get on the phone with the water heater vendor to troubleshoot. If they had said this upfront I could have evaluated the cost but they did it last minute. Very unprofessional business practices.

Then we found Mike. He does great work and I feel was very reasonably priced. He was there the same day we called to quote us at no charge and started working the next day on our septic tank. Needless to say our septic tank was so so old and huge roots had grown into the field drain so it was an extensive job. He stayed until after midnight to fix the problem and not make us be without water for more than a day. I am very grateful to him and will use him from now on with any plumbing issues we may have.

I checked the Fossett, then stuck my hand down on the ground and found that the water pipe and busted against the foundation and water was flowing freely out into the yard underground. I grabbed my phone and went to my maps and typed in plumber and Neighborhood Plumber came up first and closest to my house so I called them. and to my surprise it 2:30 in the afternoon they answered the phone. I spoke with the girl about my problem she noted it was an emergency or the water would run All night busted, but she got my information and said she would let me know as soon as they could find someone to help. I needed to run an errand so I got in my car and was about to run to the store when I noticed a truck pulled up. Mind you this is five minutes after I made a phone call. It was The Neighborhood plumber.! I didn't even make it out of my driveway or get a phone call, but Blake was nearby. Saw the order come in and immediately drove to my address. I backed up and went back down. The driveway showed him what was going on and we got to work looking for the water line coming into the yard being that this is a new house for me. I did not know where it was and it was buried under brush upfront. We got the water turned off and he got to work. Long story short. Blake got to work had to run and get some parts come back and he worked his butt off inside the house and outside the house replacing the waterline going through the foundation of the house and stayed until around 9 o'clock. I would say? Nonstop work, courteous, professional, and a company, vehicle company shirt just what I want to see as well as all there certifications stamped onto their truck. This was not a cheap fix. I knew it when I saw it he prepared me gave me the estimate and it came out to be the same but from what I thought was going to be a long night of no water no toilet, no bath no cooking... he was packed up and gone by 9:30 tired but I was very appreciative! I love it when I pick a vendor out of the blue, and they turned out to be the best of the best. I have not had this kind of service that I can remember and I want to thank them and thank Blake for his efforts to make sure I was up and running Tonight and not waiting a day or two for a fix. Sure enough, a few hours later I got a call from one of their plumbers, Josh, who said he was on his way. Josh and Brandon were very nice young men who did an outstanding job, very quickly and in a clean manner. We couldn't have been happier with their service and the experience. These guys are incredible, from quality of and pride in their work to chivalry in emergencies.
