Alex, the tech at Absolute Comfort Air I delt with first was friendly, professional and above that he went the extra 2 miles as it were, to determine the issue with my system. Previous companies came out and, in essence, put a band-aid on the problem. Ultimately I had the entire system replaced and again the techs and reps that I delt with were friendly, professional, and up-front regarding both my choices and costs. Once the new system was installed you would not have known both a compressor and an air handler had been replaced the clean up the techs did was so through. Would I recommend them to my friends? I knew the problem, just awkward and challenging for me to do alone...the technician sent was extremely proficient and even replaced a t-joint which is why the clog was happening. Over 4 years no one else had taken that next step...PREVENTION! I called the following week and signed up for the two annual visits contract. I'm so impressed with this company. excellent service. they showed up on time for the estimate, and were very thorough on their evaluation and quote. when it was time for the job they showed up on time, reviewed the scope of the quote and got to work. they took extra care to put down protective paper to protect the hardwood floors as well. the work was high quality and the followed up after to ensure everything was operating as expected. highly recommend. We have used this company for many years and we have always had excellent service from them. The techs they send out twice a year to get our units ready for summer and winter are extremely knowledgeable and cordial. They answer all of our questions and keep our units in optimum working condition so we always have the heat or air we need. They also replaced our units years ago and we have efficient working units and our monthly charges are much less than we hear about from other folks. The unit went down last summer the came quickly and found the problem. The got a quote worked fast. After I accepted the quote the came out quickly and installed a new heat pump. They finished in a couple of days and had the new unit installed. They gave me a decent price. The next winter the propane back up didn't start the came free of charge and fixed the problem.
