When owner was confronted with this he argued and hung up on me. Plumber did travel to exchange the faucet from store less than a mile away. It took less than l- 1/2 hours to exchange and install. After having an unfortunate experience with Keep Smiling PEHC during my most recent service, I had some misgivings about the company and whether I would return as a customer. In regards to their customer service, everyone that I've engaged with (technicians, onsite supervisor, receptionist) has always been professional and courteous which goes a long way with me. The issue that I had was technical in nature and left me with some dissatisfaction regarding the quality of work. After speaking with leadership of this organization, I believe that they hold the highest standards and expectations for their employees and ensure that any work-related issues are duly resolved. I can sincerely say that they have regained my confidence and trust in contacting them in the future for my future HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing home needs.

Unfortunately, I feel gouged and taken advantage of by Keep Smiling and won't be using them again…read more Short version: they charged me over $400 to cap an already exposed PVC line. I had a water line burst during the recent storm. I shut the water off and located the line break in my garage. I removed the drywall to expose the pipe and cut it above the break. I would have capped it myself but I had to leave town for work, so I had a friend meet the tech so that he could simply cap the line off and I would address replacing the line at a later time. The tech called and told me their book price was $615 for external line repair, but this was internal PVC pipe and not really a repair, so he would call his manager and get a more appropriate price. Unfortunately, he proceeded to do the work without clearing the new price with me, which was still $515. I called around and checked with two other plumbing companies on their rates for the same work of capping a line and they quoted ~$200. I called Keep Smiling and was able to get an additional $100 off the rate, but it was still quite high. I paid over $400 for someone to cap a line that was already exposed. The tech was at my house for 40 minutes and spent less than 15 minutes capping the pipe. He was very friendly, as was Amy at the call center (why I gave two stars instead of one), but this just wasn't handled appropriately. I don't appreciate getting gouged. I still need to have the line repaired, but they lost out on that work and any future work.
