We scheduled a mutually agreed-upon date. They showed up on time at 9:30 a.m. worked all day until 10:00 p.m. that night. In advance, they warned that the project may take 2 days depending upon how the first day went. So I wasn't surprised that the project required a second day to complete. They showed up the next day as agreed at 8:30 a.m. and completed the outside portion of the project and the inside portion of the project by 3:30 p.m. the second day. They actually care about the work they are doing and making sure that we are satisfied. They took care of little issues along the way, and completely cleaned up before they left, including pressure washing the sidewalk from the front door and the entire driveway because red clay was everywhere. We are extremely pleased and highly recommend Request The Best Plumber. We will be using them if we ever have plumbing issues in the future.

WELL THAT WAS A LIED!!!!! They came to my house without talking to me about how much it was gonna cost. And He just started replacing 2 screws and charge me $150. And then when he left the problem didn't go away, the water was leaking again. So I called back and then he claimed that there must be something else that caused it and he would charge me almost $300 to fix it. The whole thing was just so messed up. I even talked to the owner he didn't even do a damn thing about it. What a way to do business huh? Needless to say my problem wasn't solved by them. so I had to call another plumbing company to come and fix my problem. Don't ever do business with this company they are terrible. They just want to take your hard earned money. They think we must have a money tree in our back yard.

That was 200 plus dollars more than what they did it for 2 years ago and $200 more than most of the competition. So bye bye armour and rapid rooter. My advice shop around before you call these guys.
