Then we found Mike. He does great work and I feel was very reasonably priced. He was there the same day we called to quote us at no charge and started working the next day on our septic tank. They then offered to send out a more senior technician but the day of the appointment (an hour before the technician was supposed to arrive) said it would cost me $120 to have them get on the phone with the water heater vendor to troubleshoot.
