LeeDazzle nails is a new business in the WF shopping center. My mom had given me a coupon which had expired but I decided to stop in anyway and get a manicure. Lee, the owner, is a darling woman who did my nails. Opening a business in the winter is tough and I think she's hoping the warmer weather will bring more customers. She was the only person working though she told me she's looking for experienced nail technicians. She has an abundance of top quality nail polishes as well as amenities such as bottled water, keurig, and even champagne. There wasn't a chemical smell like most nail salons, and she had pop music playing in the background. There are several nail stations, including one adjacent to the front desk which was different placement than most but perhaps a good tactic to show that the place is open as a wall obscures some of the other stations. She was extremely meticulous and went over one of my nails several times until the polish was just so. They offer a variety of services including: Meridian Facials, Gentleman's Facials, High Frequency Facials. Waxing (eyebrows, lip, chin, cheeks, full face, underarm, arms half or full, bikini line, semi Brazilian, half legs or full legs, waxing for men (brow clean up, neck/nape, hands, underarms, arms half or full, chest, stomach, back half or full, half or full legs, therapeutic body massage, foot/shoulder/therapeutic massage, spa manicures, pedicures, seasonal spa manicure and pedicures including various scrubs, masques, paraffin dips, ozone hot steam with aromatic oil, foot logix pedicure, and elements naturopathic pain management for muscle tension, neck and back pain, high blood pressure, inflammation, etc. The website is www.leedazzle.com I purchased a tiny bottle of rose oil with convenient nail polish like brush for my dry cuticles-she sells lotions and other things up front be sure and ask what's available. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I usually go to 2 local luxury nail salons in the area. I purchased a Groupon for a gel mani and pedi & scheduled the appointment the day I purchased. The man in the front room wouldn't even stand up, literally sitting with his back turned to me and told me to sign in.....but there was no sign in. He did get up, & told me to wait because my nail tech wasn't ready. Once she was, she immediately told me that I was going to incur an additional fee for polish removal. I was not told that I would need to pay a $10 service charge for being a new customer & having gel on my nails already. When I asked to speak with the owner, I was told that Groupon customers are bad customers who are cheap and looking to get things for free. Wow! Groupon is supposed to be a way to attract new clientele & an opportunity to treat people well so that they will be return customers. The owner talk over me and raised her voice. I asked her to stpp and she said ahe wasn't interrupting me she was "talking to me." Maybe if yelling, berating, & talking down to me is her only form of communication. I respect myself too much to be treated that way. The owner would make a better jail warden than owner of a "spa." If you like being disrespected & overcharged for being a new customer....this is your spot. If you have any self-respect, travel a few extra miles to the other amazing area salons who will treat you well and try to keep your business. read more

LeeDazzle is truly one of a kind and stands above your average nail salon for a variety of reasons: their EXCEPTIONAL customer service, the variety of services/packages, products and add ons offered, the talent an expertise of their technicians, the competitive and fair pricing, their clean, warm, cozy and inviting store space and all the little extras they offer their clients. I have received facials, massages, gel manicures and pedicures as well as eyebrow waxing here. Grace did my facial and she is the sweetest and most talented massage therapist ever! She also does nails and hair here too. Lee, the owner, is such a beautiful and kind person. She's done my manicures and is a perfectionist. She takes her time and is always friendly and personable. Ive been pleased with all services Ive ever received here. I get gel nails every two weeks and have come at the end of the night after I'm off from my job and am their last client. Instead of rushing thru my manicure and acting hurried and/or annoyed, Lee took her time and perfected my manicure while Grace gave me a 15 min shoulder massage during it before she left for the day. So relaxing...and the massage wasn't tacked onto my final price or anything shady like that, rather it was just a little extra on the house that I both throughly enjoyed and appreciated. Bottom line is that LeeDazzle is simply unlike any other nail salon/spa Ive ever been to in this area. I really appreciate how accomodating and friendly Lee and all the technicians are and how Im always welcomed and pampered during my visits. I won't go anywhere else now! They are remodelling the front of the strip mall where LeeDazzle is located right now so it's a little hard to see right now. It sits back behind the Royal farm gas station right off 32 on 144. They have a lighted sign in the front window that reads "opened" so look for that. The new face lift is going to look awesome once it's complete. The first time I went the manicurist took her time and did an amazing job. I felt so relaxed and calm afterwards, I could not wait to go back. This time I used a Groupon and was treated so differently. It was quite a disappointment; I felt so rushed and unwelcome. There was a clinician working on my feet, and another on my fingernails, so that at one point my arms were criss-crossed. It was not comfortable or relaxing. Neither spent time actually trimming my cuticles, filing my nails, or massaging my hands or feet. I hope that they treat their regular customers in a different manner, and that unfortunately, this was just a one-time disappointment. read more

I went to LeeDazzle nails on 12-29-16. Let me just say, I will never go back there. I made an appointment for 1 pm but she did not take me till 1:25, then a manicure and a pedicure took 2 hours probably because she double booked people. The way she put the gel polish was bad and I was not happy with the service either. I did not feel she provided a good customer service. read more
