Unfortunately, I'm not super regular about getting my nails done here otherwise what happened maybe wouldn't have. I got my nails done and all was well. The next day I received a call that from a gentleman from Citron saying I had "denied" the charge with my credit card company and I needed to come back in and pay for my nails. Of course I DENIED that I had denied the charge and the gentleman, understandably, seemed annoyed. I told him I'd call my CC company and figure it out what was going on. I called my CC company and sure enough, they had no record that I denied the charge and, in fact, the charge had already successfully gone thru. So I called Citron back. I spoke with another gentleman who adamantly denied calling me. I explained what happened and he said "oh well I don't see any issues now the charge is fine." ZERO apologies from anyone, they all just seemed annoyed and defensive. I hate nothing more than being accused of something I didn't do and then given NO apology. Unfortunately, there a several other salons just as good that will get my business now.

The place was very clean and it was very relaxing - even though my massage chair didn't work, I felt great! It was very calming and peaceful with a great ambiance. The prices were similar to other places around, but this was the best experience I've had getting my nails done. Very kind staff, easy to schedule appointments, and all around a great experience. The last two very rushed pedicures she got lasted 2 days before chipping and they cut her toenails uneven and crooked. The prices online do not reflect the real prices in salon so we were surprised at price. Her last dip manicure with tips lifted after less than a week. When she came back to let them know, they treated her as if it were her fault and a one time courtesy to fix. They recently received a small remodel inside which benefited the technicians mostly with better organization of their products etc. and was done by owners husband. Of course after this remodel all prices went up again another $5. I feel customers shouldn't have to pay for their upgrades especially when service stays the same. They tried to say it was the first time they raised the prices in 20 years but that was false information because the prices have gone up before in that time as regular manis used to be $10 then $12 then $15 and now $20 or even more. Now I have to pay $55 with tip for her to get a regular gel polish on her own nails which does not add strength and lasted a week and a half last time and is easier with UV cure imo. That's like paying $4-$5 everyday you wake up just to look at your nails with color and nothing special. She used to come here for the decent prices and because the girls working here have great personality and are good people, but we have to look elsewhere now and they have lost our service. Girlfriend is not happy about that.

My nails are gorgeous, not bulky, shaped perfectly and I don't think they have ever looked better. I opted for the deluxe pedicure ($80) which didn't quite feel "deluxe" the massage was hard and fast (going through the process instead of giving an actual short massage for a $80 pedicure), there was no candle wax (I can't think of the proper name but you know what I mean) and I wear the same polish every time but I was given 2 coats and it shows my imperfections - I should've checked before I left but for $80 you know when it looks off so at least ask. All in all, I would absolutely go back for hands but not feet.
