Unfortunately, I'm not super regular about getting my nails done here otherwise what happened maybe wouldn't have. I got my nails done and all was well. The next day I received a call that from a gentleman from Citron saying I had "denied" the charge with my credit card company and I needed to come back in and pay for my nails. Of course I DENIED that I had denied the charge and the gentleman, understandably, seemed annoyed. I told him I'd call my CC company and figure it out what was going on. I called my CC company and sure enough, they had no record that I denied the charge and, in fact, the charge had already successfully gone thru. So I called Citron back. I spoke with another gentleman who adamantly denied calling me. I explained what happened and he said "oh well I don't see any issues now the charge is fine." ZERO apologies from anyone, they all just seemed annoyed and defensive. I hate nothing more than being accused of something I didn't do and then given NO apology. Unfortunately, there a several other salons just as good that will get my business now.

I came in for a spray tan and unfortunately ended up with noticeably orange hands. It's been 10+…read moreyears since I got a spray tan, so when the tan was on my hands at the salon, I assumed that was how it was supposed to be until I got home and saw it was getting way too dark, and some parts of my hands were still pale where the tanner didn't go. The employee never had me clean/wipe my hands off during or after the procedure. Additionally, the inside of my calves appears to be missed but that is much easier to fix at home than other areas that were too dark. I called the salon the next day for advice, and was told someone would call me back, but no one ever did. I ended up having to spend more money than the original service just trying to fix it on my own (Both in tanning my calves and in trying to erase the tan on my hands), all while preparing to be part of a wedding party the next day. I understand that mistakes can happen, no service is perfect. But how a business responds to those mistakes is what really matters. Being ignored after reaching out for help was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. A simple call back could have gone a long way in making me feel appreciated and less alone in the situation.

My usual, Nail Salon did not open until 10 and with me having to go to an event later, I wanted to get in as soon as possible, so I stopped at this salon. Cons: although the staff seem pretty nice and professional, the gentleman that worked on my pedicure and fall sad did not appease me. He was very quiet, not that friendly, and very rough! When going to a nail salon and spa, do you want to feel pampered and relaxed and I was on the edge the entire time because of how rough he handled my hands. I also feel he did not pay attention to detail because he did not give me what I asked for at the end, although they looked decent. My nails were a little bulky, and instead of clipping my cuticles with the cuticle nipper, he used the electric file which can be rough on a woman's nails. He kept asking me if I was sensitive. No! But you're a little rough lol, I'm not sure I will return to the salon, but if I do, I will just ask for another staff member. The other clients in the salon seemed very satisfied with their service. I got the same tech twice who didn't speak a single word to me and would just grab my hands when she needed them. My nails/nail beds hurt from over drilling and my manicure SUCKS. They are no where near professional level with gel paint flooded throughout my cuticles. I left with glue and paint all over my hands. I also left with gross white stuff stuck to the underneath of my nails because the tech put nail glue on the underside (I've never had anyone do this before, I have no clue why she did this). Each nail has some type of dent in it or uneven filling/shaping. I'm so disappointed as my family and I have loved going here in the past. I get a gift certificate every Christmas but I will not be coming back. I paid $52 with tip for this fill
