Couldn't comment on the service and ambiance since I wasn't there during the purchase. My family thought the donuts were good overall but my light filled donut was a disappointment. Value wise between $3-4 each it was reasonable. I'm hoping the inconsistency with my donut is only a small blip so I'm giving this shop the benefit of the doubt.
