I was... a mess. On New Year's Eve, I stumbled on something, blew out a flip flop, and ripped off half of a toenail. Yes, like the song but twice as painful. Less than 3 weeks later, I decided to hike the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Needless to say, the dogs needed some loving. I called around and this was the only place that answered and had, fortuitously, had a walk in available. I had noticed the rating, but I have long since earned my Maverick badge so I drove right over. Whether it was due t o my recent trauma, or truly the skill used, this was the best pedicure I've ever had in my life. The gentleman who went to work on me (I wish I had got his name) really dug in and tried his best to salvage and remove the remnants of the broken nail, as well as Dremel it to a point where I no longer felt any discomfort from the injury. He gave the same level of attention to all my toes and had them looking tip top by the time we were done. By the time he was wrapping up, he had pounded 3 days' worth of heaving hiking out of my feet. I was feeling like a million bucks. 60% tip? Yep, worth every penny. If I had that kind of coin, I'd want to head back to Knoxville just to have him take care of my feet the next time I stumble and take a tumble in some flip flops. read more

I do not like this place, I would not really recommend and won't be coming again. Some we're very nice but the man I had wasn't the best... Me, my sister, and my friend went out for a little girls day at the mall and got our nails done here. with the colors they did good with my sisters, my friend's but I couldn't say with mine. He was very rough and afterwards my cuticles weren't it. The woman with my friend made her bleed and the man cracked my nail a bit off the center. He did not cover my whole nail with nail polish as if he just did it if he was in a rush, there was barely anybody in the shop. Maybe two other people but one was being attended. But they had a movie on, an hallmark movie and it was very nice in there. I liked the surroundings but the experience wasn't it. They did an amazing job! We walked in and were immediately seated and served. The staff was very friendly and asked lots of questions to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. I got an acrylic set with cute little foxes on them and they ended up exactly like the picture I showed. They even had the Hallmark channel on so we watched a Halloween movie while they worked. read more

LeAnn is incredibly good at her job. It's the only place I go for fills and Pedi with Gels on both. Some days (especially Fri-Sun they get very busy and the wait time might be long, but it's worth it to me. My husband joins me for the Pedi too and glad they take great care of him, so he keeps coming back with me, willingly. Even after moving from Maryville to Knoxville, we make the drive because their service is dependable. read more

My pedicure was pretty good. But my gel manicure was awful. The girl didn't file my nails straight and mixed two polishes together to get the color I requested without asking me. The paint is uneven and she missed spots with the top coat which seals and makes them shiny. Then she got the gel all over my cuticles- I could have done a better job. I asked her to fix how she had gotten the paint outside the lines and on my cuticles but she didn't. I finally said its fine and paid and left. I went here rather than my regular place bc I was out of town. Lesson learned and a waste of money. read more

A little Before I got there I made a appointment for me and 3 of my friends.When I got there we waited for about 40 minutes which I didn't mind because I had nothing to do and they had a lot of people. Me and my friend got matching nails just different colors and I think that they turned out ok. I go to Lee Nails every 2 or 3 weeks for a pedicure, and I am very happy with the results. Lee Ann and Henry both do a quick, but thorough, job of trimming my nails. The nail polish easily lasts between visits without chipping or wearing off. I especially look forward to sitting in the massage chair and having steamed towels wrapped around my legs. Man who did my pedicure was on his cell looking at photos. Seemed disinterested in giving me a pedicure. Had to make him speak. Cut my toenails way too short and made my big toe bleed digging in to it so hard. Put hot towels on my legs with a tossing motion. One came open and he didn't bother to rewrap it. Smeared one of my nails when putting my sandals on and when I pointed it out he did fix it after grunting about it. Pedicure lasted 21 minutes. Far friendlier and better nail salons to spend my money. Gave them a try because I happened to be in the mall and they weren't busy. I understand why now. Extremely dissatisfied but learned my lesson . Never again. read more

Lee Ann and get husband Henry are wonderful! Very accommodating and excellent at their jobs. They have added quite a few Spa treatments. But the waxing is the most convenient. All of the staff is wonderful and kind and well-trained. Your nails are perfect when you leave. read more

WORST NAIL SALON EVER. My normal salon was closed due to renovations and went here Bc I needed my nails done last minute. I went in and asked for ombré nails and asked if they could do it. I made it clear that if they couldn't I would be fine with a French tip (only kind of nails I'm allowed to have for my job is skin pink ombré or French tip) they told me yes yes they could do it but it would be an upcharge (which is fine) anyways the lady started doing my nails and from the START they looked bad, she put the wrong size acrylics on like 3 of my nails, she filed them terribly. Anyways she started to do the ombré and she was dipping my nails in a powder, they looked cloudy and thick and lumpy. I didn't say anything because I have never had a dip nail done so I was just hoping they would get better the closer she was done. They didn't by the time she finished she CUT ME with the nail drill scratched my skin with a file and had my nails looking absolutely awful. The ombré is cloudy and she got pieces of glitter in them from her station. This isn't even the worst part. I WAS CHARGED 60$ FOR THESE NAILS. 60$!? It is very disappointing to me that NO reviews in the area mention a thing about how clean the salon is, and this review will be the first to change that! This salon is not clean enough. Upon arriving we looked and it looked clean, but that turns out to only be on the surface! My mother in law asked if they were easy to understand (she has hearing loss) and if they did a good job and the girls asked, "do you want easy to understand or a good job?" My mother in law thought they were joking, I'm questioning that now. I should have left when I asked for a clean nail file and the technician responded with "this is new, I took it out yesterday". Nail instruments should be changed and cleaned with EVERY customer. Nail files are to be disposable and single use. When it was time to remove calluses, they used a tool that should only be used by a doctor. I've had MANY manicures and pedicures in my life and never had someone use this tool on me, so I had to look it up after. Now I know why I've never seen it. Please hold your manicurists to a higher standard and don't only expect good service, expect CLEAN service! read more

I got a pedicure and the man was rough. My daughter got acrylics and the man did a terrible job. He did not match up the acrylics with her size nails. He then filed them down and was cutting in to her skin. She now has a sore. The nail polish was done by a woman and she did a terrible job. read more
