She is the first person either on the phone or face to face that you encounter when going to the practice. She called me on Tuesday 1225pm, after my dentures had been dropped off to office at 1030am. She called not to tell me to come pick up the body part made SPECIFICALLY for me, mouth. No she called me to taunt and harass me that it wld need to be a discussion between them and my counselor regarding how I acted and I was ungrateful/ yea this demented psychopath called me to taunt harass reprimand chastise me while saying lies. The 5 visits I had never had an issue I said what I wanted and what I didn't which is my right I'm the one wearing them. And then when I was told by the dentist they'd be ready that following Wed 9/20. I was asking him due to an upcoming event with myself my children my partner that we had pushed back because of the dental treatment and awaiting the outcome. When I called while stating what I was told she began to get smart and irritated of me asking so I hung up on her I wasn't gonna continue trying to talk to her smart demeaning self. From that when I called the lab and the nice gentleman informed me that they dropped off my case, the dentures and my personal top denture off to the office at 1030am. But again the psychopath never called to tell me that she called to taunt me. I called the Wilmington police aa a civil matter asked them for assistance because the dental office was refusing to give me, the patient, my made for me body part. The officer was in awe and they LIED to the officer and told him the department of labor Voc Rehabilitation had cancelled IT. Cancelled what after I've had this treatment extractions and now the finished product what was cancelled? It was a LIE their psychopath receptionist and whomever else in that office blatantly LIED. And the dentist office had already been paid for the authorization for the treatment and product for me This matter is disgusting to say the least, a professional dentist Dr, Daniels employs such a demented evil unprofessional LIAR. So the police officer said ma'am I'm sorry but you need to escalate this matter especially since they had been paid. And that's exactly what I did the following day. From the governors office to the leadership of the agency that sends patients there , the board of professional regulation the question was asked, what in the world is wrong with them refusing to give a patient their pad for body part made especially for them? I wait she knew how important what they meant to me and because she thinks she runs something maybe at the front desk she does, she means nothing at all to me Don't like me oh well, could care less. Then said when she called to taunt me that I was a problem every visit, well the video on my phone of each visit says that's a lie. And If I was then why did the dentist continue treatment then? Why did she fake speak and say goodbye with my name at each visit? Something I should be so excited about I am not and because of this fiasco, when my husband called asked if he could pick them up, she told him NO, bc I was ungrateful. This psychopath really taunted and withheld my dentures because she could. So if anyone reading this is considering there proceed with caution. I find it interesting that the google and YELP reviews with low ratings all have in common "the rude light brown" lady at the front desk. Some reviews go back 2 years, so nearly 8,9 different patients said the same thing, need I say more.

For starters, let me just say that he was a very patient man. I called early that day, maybe even an hour earlier, and immediately got an appointment, which I was grateful for because my dental insurance was expiring the very next day. Dr. Fort took the time to sit with me and explain what he thought the problem, and the solution, was. He tried several different tests just to be sure he was making the right move since I was STILL insisting it wasn't that tooth!! Needless to say, he was right and fixed the problem. I am so happy with the results and very grateful that he accommodated me. Since then, I have taken my daughter there and again, was very pleased. He listens to your questions and concerns very thoroughly. He referred my daughter and I to an orthodontist that is a perfect fit. Very very pleased!!
