This office is fantastic. I am new to the area and begin having sudden severe pain in one of my teeth. I called the office at about 11 o'clock on a Thursday and they got me in within an hour. The front office staff is exceptional and made me feel very welcome to the practice. The dental assistant was personable and also very concerned about hurting me. The fee was very reasonable. Dr. Muller Explained everything incredibly well and gave me an option on who to see next and advised me as to what my expectation should be going forward I am certainly going to make Dr. Mueller my dentist. I certainly agree that the office is impressive, the staff excellent, and Amy, the hygienist I had, among the best I have ever experienced. But in this review, I'm going to focus on the most important person in any medical office -- the doctor himself. And I think I should preface what I have to say with this: I've been going to dentists for over fifty years by now, and in that time I've seen some good ones, a number of competent ones and a few who would have done us all a great favor by choosing another profession. In my opinion Dr. Muller appears to be among the very best I've ever encountered. It's still a bit early to render a definitive judgment, but at this point I can say that he is certainly the most considerate and compassionate I have ever run across and in his field, that is saying a great deal indeed. read more

This is an update to my first review from earlier in the year. This write up is just further support of the 5 star rating. I was traveling on business and one of my teeth broke and the filling fell out. I called the office and they were on vacation. I left a voice message as requested and within minutes I got a call back from Karen who was amazing...she was on vacation and still worked to calm me down and understand how bad the break was. She was amazing- have I said that a few times :). After sending iPhone pictures (yes thats a sight to see a phone in my mouth) Karen really talked me off the ledge...and that was after multiple discussions. The thing I kept telling myself was, what other business would ever have someone work with me while they are on vacation.. none that I know of. Anyway, I had a crown put in similar to my experience earlier in the year and the same exact experience. Really nice to deal with, no pain and the entire staff was/is amazing. Special thanks to Karen for helping me through the crazy parts, for finding me an appointment as soon as one came open, Bridget for helping me with the temp crown, the person at the front desk who helps with all the insurance stuff and of course Dr Muller who really has done a great job with this team and me :-) Thank you to all! read more

Five star treatment! Dr. Muller and his team have always been amazing but they have kicked it up several notches because of COVID-19. It is obvious how much they care about there patients. I scheduled my first appointment with Dr. Muller after previously going to a dentist outside of the area. I had multiple bad experiences with this past dentist, so going to Dr. Muller was a breath of fresh air. We are in the market for a new dentist since ours retired after over 30 years. My husband called around for prices in the area and was offered an initial consultation at this practice. When completed speaking with the dentist he was told that it was 80 dollars. He complained to the office manager that he thought this was a no charge item and was told no, it was 80 dollars. It was a ten minute consultation and he was never told there was a charge. There is no way we would switch to that dentist. read more

Have been seeing Dr. Muller and his staff for several years and continue to be totally satisfied with their service. The cleanings and exams are thorough and they always listen and respond to any concerns I have. Like many, I have a fear of dentists so genuinely appreciate the empathetic treatment I receive here. Having said that, I keep up with my end of the bargain by listening to, and following, their advice. As a result my teeth have not needed anything other than cleanings and x-rays during the years I've gone here.
