The first time was about 8 years ago, when he helped me put an end to a long dental nightmare. My troubles began with some botched cosmetic dentistry by my regular dentist, which lead to infection in my jawbone that would ultimately require the removal of 4 front teeth, bone grafting, 2 dental implants and placement of a bridge where my 4 teeth had been. I had consultations with 3 of the top periodontists in the area prior to having all this work done. I selected Dr. Kazemi because he has such great credentials and I found him to be a very caring professional. He showed genuine concern for my situation, and his calm and caring demeanor put me at ease. I experienced no pain during this extensive work and great follow up care too from him and the office staff to make sure my recovery was going well. I recently need another tooth extraction, bone grafting, and implant. I chose Dr. Kazemi again even though he was not an "in network" periodontist and I knew I was going to get very little, if any, reimbursement from my dental insurance provider. His jokes aren't bad either. He saw me immediately when I arrived at his office, after asking me if I was having any pain at the moment. Reassured me it was nothing serious, and 3 extractions were not needed. Did a bonding on one tooth, which worked great, but other teeth nearby were hurting before and after the filling. He remedied that next two visits; deciding it was a bite issue, rather than a sensitivity problem. I would recommend him to any one in a heartbeat. Today we went for cleanings and the hygienist (really wish I remembered her name) was so sweet and patient with my youngest. She literally sang her a song during her cleaning. At the end of the appointment my little one was happy and so proud of herself. What a relief! Dr. Kwon always does a thorough check at the end and gives helps suggestions for at-home care. It's frightening to me that a dentist n owner of a practice would flat out lie. Disgraceful. And btw no one can force a Mamogram just as no one can force dental X-rays. I had a full set in 2022. I am currently being treated for an injury n receive X-rays every 3 weeks. It's my right to decline dental X-rays until I am no longer exposed to constant radiation.
