She demands to pay the bulk amount without providing the proper details but threatens to cancel the surgery appointment. Though my insurance company clearly mentioned that deductible has met and only 20% coinsurance has to be paid, she is such ruthless and collected full amount. She is least concerned towards the patients and again it's a challenge to get my money back.

Metered parking on the street. There is a cup filled with coins in the office that you can use for parking. I never have a problem finding parking here. This is what a dentist office should be like...a one dentist office who is personable...who wants to get to know his patients and actually cares about his patients. The first thing he did was check soft tissue for possible melanoma. Not all dentists do this and its important! I knew this was the place to be at that point! He didn't take excessive xrays, which is a total bonus! Ultimately, I had to have my front tooth bonded here and it looks excellent. You're not just a number in this office!

I was a walk-in patient, came in at about 900am and was out in like 40mins, with my extraction done and on my way home. Don't let the older building or lack of a "wine area" like some ritzy places fool you; They are amazing with you and your teeth work and thats the whole point. Well let's see, back in December 20, 2024 I took my son to the Brookhaven Dentistry location for…read moretooth pain spent a total of $1700 out of pocket after the dental insurance paid only $385 unbelievable but he needed work done, they ended up putting a crown on a tooth which cost $800 that was part of the $1700 I paid, shortly after the crown came off so he went back they only recemented it back on, today is May 23, 2025 and this crown has one again fallen off, I'm going tomorrow to their office to demand a refund for the cost of the crown which was $800 no recementing, I'm over it for the price I paid I want my son to have a functional crown which is not what he got, if I don't get that refund then I'll contact the Dental board to complain.
