It was a long journey because of the Covid situation, but we weathered through it and after my braces were removed, and I would like to add, Doctors Christie and Drane were so wonderful and patient with me. I felt so comfortable and it was actually fun seeing Dr. Christie Dr Drane and Kristen every few weeks. Then I meet Dr. Mark Forward and the transition started and now here I am with a new smile. Sometimes my braces needed adjustment when I saw him and he would adjust them and joke about helping his father during the summers with orthodontics. His staff and assistants made me feel so welcome, I felt so safe and I felt I belonged to the "family". After Dr. Forward finished my new smile, I immediately went to Dr Christie to show her. What a wonderful group of professional dentists and orthodontists. I couldn't ask for anything more. I arrived for a scheduled emergency visit to deal with an abscess, and spent a total of 4 minutes with the doctor in the room. "I'll be right back" was said about 7 times. He sliced the abscess, left the room for 30 minutes with soaking wet gauze in my mouth, with the excess dripping all over my clothing, then made zero attempt to clean, disinfect, or even have me rinse. They sent me on my way feeling like i was robbed.The entire experience crossed the border of 'sanitary' by a wide mile. Against my better judgement, I made the follow-up appointment to extract the tooth, and they refused service the day of the appointment. The lack of sanitation, professionalism, or anything close to attentiveness is disturbing. Stay away from this dirty dollar grab.

I would avoid this dentist and company as a whole like the plague…read more After reading about how this company tries to sell you things and get you to pay for services you don't actually need, I was very skeptical about making an appointment. I decided to try for myself and make an appointment anyway. Firstly, the lady at the front desk is not the friendliest. At my first appointment, they tried to get me to pay for a cancer screening of my mouth despite being in my early 20s and never having used any tobacco or smoked. I politely declined. I was then told I needed a procedure to have my wisdom teeth removed, despite not having any issues. They then used a handheld scanner to get a picture of the inside of my mouth. The person doing this was very rough and was jamming the device against my gums, which was very painful. I was then told I had a tooth that needed a crown. I went through with the procedure. During the procedure, I could tell the lady taking the mold of my tooth was struggling. They put my permanent crown on and then realized that it wasn't sized properly and needed to be redone. I came back a few weeks later and had it redone. A few months later, I started noticing a foul smell coming from the tooth as well as severe pain, which progressively got worse. I went to a different dentist for a second opinion, and they discovered that the permanent crown was again not sealed properly, which led to my tooth decaying even further to the point that I needed a root canal and a whole new crown, which insurance would not cover since that was the 3rd crown for the same tooth. Overall, they do horrible work, try to upsell you on things, and are not the friendliest. I would strongly suggest avoiding this place unless you want irreversible damage.
