I've been emailing Valentina since August 9th, and she has barely responded. At one point she took 16 days to respond, and that was only after I complained to Groupon. Update: not even an hour after posting this, Valentina sent me an email telling me to contact Groupon for a refund. Absolutely unreal unprofessionalism.

This is a great place. I came to experience the infrared sauna. Love it, it's walking distance (or…read more5 minute car ride) from me if I want to give myself some good not too tired steps. Valentina is sweet, kind, and wants to flex to your schedule when she is available. She also does organic facials etc. Please note, Valentina is the business owner. She is the main person there so she does it all. Patience is key when you want to see her as she truly wants to give you the services you are looking for. Here is an example, I initially scheduled electronically after I drove past to get an idea if there was a vibe for me or not (that's usually how I roll, if the vibe feels good I will proceed). The appt went through but then like 4 hours later Valentina called, politely asked if It was me, and apologized as she was out of town til Monday. Thereafter, I rescheduled twice but It wasn't frustrating. I was more frustrated at myself for waiting this long to get a sauna treatment as I work out and get tight so fast after the age of 50. The infra red sauna does wonders for your body overall as any other sauna treatments. I liked her, I was a simple client, and the place is lofty looking and lovely. Perfect hues of brown, lofty space on Kenzie. Go get a facial, or sauna etc and enjoy yourself. TTYL!

Take caution reading ahead because this review vill contain blunt statements. Do yourself a favor and peruse all the critical reviews before making a decision to go here for any type of service. This salon has been getting several low reviews for at least 15 years now. The atmosphere is negative. The staff of licensed stylists keep leaving. Plus, vorst of all, the unprofessional and degrading behavior by the owner towards the clients is sickening! Personal matters should NEVER be discussed vith a client that is not involved and just trying to get paid services done. The most outrageous thing is having the owner claim he vas promised and "wants" personal family items in my possession from my late mother that vas not previously discussed or put into an official legal document. I'll forever be going back for my facial and injection needs. I tried an advanced VI Peel with Audrey (@audrey_spaderma) and learned a lot because she was very educational and tended to my skin texture and pore needs. I got a lot of compliments post peel and thought I was just oily but when I touched my skin, it was like BABY CHEEKS and naturally glowing. My first ever hydrafacial was with Sarah (@sarah_spaderma) and I also went through a microneedling treatment plan and honestly, it fixed these acne scars I've had and also one on my nose that "only I can see" but it definitely smoothed out. I still remember when I told Sarah I love it when people go ham and CLEAR ME UP, and she responded "Oh, I go ham" and she extracted out my pores and my face always feels refreshed afterwards. I was introduced to Ronie (@ronie_spaderma) when I got interested in trying Botox, I ended up with Dysport and Ronie is the best. She's quick and efficient and knows exactly what I need without making me feel self conscious and feel the botox. She's also lowkey famous with local celebrity clients so check her out! I think the fact that this place focuses on reflexology helps significantly with the specificity of their massage. I've gotten the $60 variety massage for an hour special and the $45 for the same. The open floor plan inside feels good and safe but dividers and sheer curtains give you enough privacy. I appreciate it that both masseuses checked in on pressure as they went. On my first visit I had to explain an old injury. Instead of pretending that he understood me, he went and got the front desk clerk and I was able to quickly explain.
