Extremely frustrated with this business. I purchased a Groupon and was instructed to email Valentina to make an appointment. I've been emailing Valentina since August 9th, and she has barely responded. At one point she took 16 days to respond, and that was only after I complained to Groupon. I've now been awaiting a response since August 28th, the proposed appointment day has since went and I've never gotten a response. Update: not even an hour after posting this, Valentina sent me an email telling me to contact Groupon for a refund. Absolutely unreal unprofessionalism. read more

This is a great place. I came to experience the infrared sauna. Love it, it's walking distance (or 5 minute car ride) from me if I want to give myself some good not too tired steps. Valentina is sweet, kind, and wants to flex to your schedule when she is available. She also does organic facials etc. Please note, Valentina is the business owner. She is the main person there so she does it all. Patience is key when you want to see her as she truly wants to give you the services you are looking for. Here is an example, I initially scheduled electronically after I drove past to get an idea if there was a vibe for me or not (that's usually how I roll, if the vibe feels good I will proceed). The appt went through but then like 4 hours later Valentina called, politely asked if It was me, and apologized as she was out of town til Monday. Thereafter, I rescheduled twice but It wasn't frustrating. I was more frustrated at myself for waiting this long to get a sauna treatment as I work out and get tight so fast after the age of 50. The infra red sauna does wonders for your body overall as any other sauna treatments. I liked her, I was a simple client, and the place is lofty looking and lovely. Perfect hues of brown, lofty space on Kenzie. Go get a facial, or sauna etc and enjoy yourself. TTYL! read more

Valentina was great! I got a Groupon for my Mom and Aunt for Mother's Day and they both received top-notch signature facials at Revival. They were very impressed with the facilities and how wonderful their experiences were. They enjoyed it so much that they are going to be making future appointments with her! Highly Recommend! read more

Beautiful, peaceful space with such lovely hosts! Valentina is responsive and communicative and so friendly and warm. Kyle hosted a meditation for us that was so personalized (for our anniversary) and moving I know I'll never forget it. The infrared sauna is something I'd never tried before and did enjoy, but it is a challenge. It starts "warm", and then slowly creeps up with no steam or visible indication of the temperature rising aside from the gallons of sweat that eventually rain out of every pore. Make sure to take your water into the sauna with you so you can stay hydrated! read more

I've been dying to treat my hubs to a facial and was wowed by the yelp reviews, so I booked the hubs a Gentleman's Facial using ClassPass. Knowing that sometimes the availability on ClassPass doesn't match that of the spa, I verified the availability of the time slot on their end. Shocker, they canceled the appointment, even though it still shows as available and bookable on their site. Why offer ClassPass if you're not willing to honor the appointment? Unfortunately, the booking window on spas closes early, so I'm left scrambling to find something that works and replaces the points I spent on this before they expire. read more

I previously had a mini facial done here and found the services and quality of products to be good and so eventually, I wanted to book a full on facial. However, getting this scheduled and having some questions answered prior to booking online was a very poor experience.   I understand this is a one person run business but if you are not going to be able to answer the phones and you prompt people to leave a voicemail then guess what, as a business owner, you have accountability to call the people that leave a voicemail back. I left two voicemails about a week apart so it is not like I expected a call back that same day but two weeks went by and none of my calls were answered nor returned despite leaving two messages.  To me, this lack of courtesy and not returning a phone call is just poor customer service and I will look elsewhere for my skin care needs. read more

I made a long overdue appointment with Tina for a facial and some sauna time. This has always been my go to place for facials since the products she used are vegan and organic so no harsh chemicals - Tina is amazing, knowledgeable and always leaves my face feeling refreshed and taken care of. Her availability is more so by appointment only now so it's not hard at all to get in as long as you give her a time and date that works for both of you! read more

Valentina was wonderful. Clean, quiet, and relaxing. This was my first facial, and I've already scheduled my second at Revival Wellness!

I went there simply because they returned my call out of blue a few weeks after I left a message. It is around my house and they have a sauna so I went. I lived their dry sauna. The facility is very clean and simple. Just my kind of place. After 30 minutes of dry sauna, I noticed no one else was in the house so I asked if i could have a facial and I got it. The lady who did facial on me and her mother own the place. She was very nice and very good. She said she is very passionate about her work and I could tell. They have nice variety of line of cosmetics which ingredients are derived from natural and botanical materials. It is a hidden gem so I want to keep this place that way but at the same time, I want others to discover this place. I went back again today (it's been a while, I know) and I reconfirm how wonderful Valentina is. read more

This is literally the first time I stayed in a sauna for an entire 45 minutes! I'm usually uncomfortably hot or have trouble breathing - like it's too humid or something. But not at Revival Wellness Spa! I'm not sure if this is due to the sauna being "infrared" or not, who cares, I peacefully sweated. Very relaxing enjoyable experience. Great price, beautiful spa, peaceful, lots of body/skin products. The owner was present and very friendly - even sent me a healthy veggie recipe since I mentioned a raw food detox I was on. read more

Been coming here for the past year and every time has been a treat! The inside of the building is rustic and gives a relaxing feel. All of the products used are natural and organic while all the treatments are geared towards more of a holistic approach and can be individualized to the client. One of the last times I came in, I had called her in a panic because my face had severely broken out (the worst it's probably ever been). When I came in, she took a look at my face and knew exactly what treatments to give me and even suggested some products that I could use to help calm my skin down in the days following. Right after the treatment was done, I could tell that my face had already looked better and within the next four days the inflammation had gone down almost completely. I would highly recommend scheduling an appointment with Valentina! You won't be disappointed! read more

I recently visited Revival Wellness Spa for my first visit and had a wonderful experience. I am going through a very difficult time in my life and am focusing on taking care of myself. Valentina and her mom welcomed me and made feel like I was at home. As I looked around, my first reaction was: what a beautiful and clean place! I enjoyed spending time in the infrared sauna and my facial was fantastic. This place is a hidden gem in our neighborhood and I encourage you to stop by for a visit. You will not be disappointed! read more

Valentina is amazing! I stumbled across her salon a few years ago when I was seeking out sauna sessions. The sauna at Revival is great, but Tina has completely transformed my skin over the past 9 months of seeing her for regular facials. I have NEVER had clear skin before and now I can't stop looking at myself on Zoom calls! She is knowledgeable and experienced but also has an amazing intuitive touch to really understand what you and your skin need. I would recommend her services to anyone and everyone. read more

I have had a few facials now by Valentina and have enjoyed every experience. The esthetician is knowledgeable, relaxing and talented. My teenage girls also love this place! They cater to all ages. The facility is just beautiful as well. You feel at home but with all the spa amenities. I highly recommend trying out any one of the services they offer. I have also bought some facial products for home and have enjoyed them all. They are all natural and are a great value. The fragrances are wonderful!! Michele N read more

I followed Serena here from another spa for spray tans because she is that good! I have been getting spray tans year round, every week, for years. And I am fair skinned so I am pretty picky about my spray tans looking natural. Serena is a perfectionist and I've never once been unhappy with my results. She does a great job going darker or lighter as the seasons (or my mood) changes- and it always looks flawless. I can't recommend her enough. The ambiance at Revival is very relaxing and welcoming, and it was super easy to find street parking right in front of the entrance. Do yourself a favor and see Serena for your next spray tan! read more

I came here for my first facial and it was amazing. I quit smoking a few months ago so my skin was a mess. Valentina was so kind and all about my experience she even plucked a few rogue chin hairs now thats service! I loved it so much I pre booked my next appointment. If you're looking for an amazing experience with organice skin care products give them a try! I will definitely be going back. read more

Wonderful and highly recommend! Okay let's start with the aesthetics of Revival Wellness Spa. This place embodies tranquility and the decor is just perfection. I believe they also host yoga and breathing/meditation sessions here. I have not tried a session but the space would be great for it. I started going to Revival in the spring of 2020 because they have a infrared sauna. I am love a good sauna session and even more an infrared one. The sauna is wonderful and the room that it is set up in is amazing. I was immediately sold on the sauna and have been here several times just for the sauna. Now on to the facials... To set the stage, I would say I am a fairly advanced amateur when it comes to skincare. With that being said, I have found that I am very picky when it comes to facials. I have had more than several over the past couple of years and have not found one place to call home. My first facial with Valentina was in the midst of a very stressful period in my life and my face was showing that stress. The results of that facial was amazing but I had so much stress related acne it was too much to tackle in one facial. My second facial, I had just a bit of stress related acne but in a better place to judge the results of the facial. I was amazed by the results and now have decided Valentina will be my go to for facials. I wish I took before and after pictures to share. To be honest, I did not expect the results I received. Maybe I was too cynical based on prior experiences. I highly recommend Revival Wellness Spa. read more
