I usually don't leave bad reviews to businesses but this needs to be done. This place is horrible!!! The very first time I came in 2 years ago, I had a bad experience but didn't leave a bad review. I let it go and I came back to get my nails done. This time around, I am sure not coming back. I came in to my appointment at 6pm to get pedicure and manicure done after a long day of doing yard work. The two ladies (same ladies 2 years ago) that did my nails are so RUDE!!! They talked in Vietnamese and I can tell they are talking shit about me. They were talking shit about my look, my nails and my purse. This place makes you feel bad for getting your nails done. I come in to nails salon to pamper and make myself feel better but this place did the opposite. One of the technician talked to me if I'm okay and I told her that I'm not. She tries to apologize and give me a coupon but I did not accept it. I told her that I hope this doesn't happen again to other customer. I left the salon miserable and in tears because of how I was treated. Hopefully the owner will talk to the employees to not talk crap about your customer. I do not recommend this place!!! read more

I've been to Ledo twice now, and both times was very impressed. The first time, I went with my mother for pedicures, and her technician buffed (or should I say sanded) down her big toe nails, which were very thick and yellowed. I have never seen her toes look so nice, I feel that they really went above and beyond with that one. The last time I went, I got a pedicure and a shellac manicure. Three weeks later, both are still perfect. I expected the manicure to last two weeks tops, as I have a hard time keeping even gel nail polish on my nails. My nails have never felt stronger or been this long - the only downside is the growout is starting to be pretty noticeable. I guess it's time to go back! read more

I've stopped coming here. Each time one of the ladies had something negative to say about my nails. I like my nails short and she would make me feel ugly because they weren't long like hers. I came in one day to get a gel manicure and after looking at my nails she announced very loudly that I have no cuticles so I would only need polish. She gave me a very quick, uneven, and sloppy polish. It was a busier day but she still shouldn't have rushed it. I didn't get the file, oil, lotion, or hand massage. They're nice people, however I've been here three times and each time they've cut me. I brought a friend once and they cut her twice. The fact that they're always making me bleed makes me question how often they're doing it to others and the cleanliness of their tools. I have been coming to Ledo for a few months now and there is nowhere I else I will go. The staff is so friendly and always remember me. The pedicure chairs are very comfortable with great massage choices. I never have to wait and if I need to I can bring my daughter with me and they will paint her nails and dote on her, she loves it just as much. Also their waxing services are impeccable, I have recommended a few friends here and now it is the only place they go to as well. Prices are good and affordable, the shop is very clean. I love this place! The owner is so sweet and remembers everything about you. They are well staffed; I have never had to wait when I have dropped in. It has a really good (personnel) vibe, not like the indentured servant feel of some big nail places. They are super clean and have the most awesome massage chairs at their 4 pedicure stations. I've been here twice in a month and I'm loving it. I got a pedicure and a manicure with gel polish. The pedicure lasted almost 3 weeks and so did the gel polish. The gals are super sweet, Jenni was my technician both times. It's never busy on Friday evenings when I go. The massage chairs are awesome. The prices are very reasonable. My only complaint, really, is that they always insist I get sparkles/glitter on my gel polish as a finish. Both gals have sparkles on their nails so I guess they think bling bling is the bomb. I left before getting my pedicure because the place was dirty. The bathroom was especially disgusting.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Worst experience ever. They filed my free edge after curing on shellac, used a file on my nail bed (a big no no) after having shellac done properly at my previous salon I couldn't believe all the mistakes they were making. I have been in Edmonds for about a month now and decided to give this place a try based on location and other reviews. It definitely lives up to its' repuation. I had a manicure with the shellac nail polish and it looks wonderful. Natalie did my nails and she did a great job and is very nice. I got a shellac manicure here and it was great! I arrived with only short notice and they had no problem getting me in. The salon is small, clean and was decorated with Christmas music playing! The prices were very reasonable and my shellac lasted a full 2 weeks, even a little longer! She took her time with my nails and I never felt rushed. I wish this was closer to home for me, but I will still make the trek out to see them! read more

Got my shoes stolen by 2 young girls. Staff did not say anything as the girl took her boots and wore my shoes out the door. Luckily, just flip flops with a flower on it- cute shoes. However, staff did not seem upset that my shoes were stolen and had nothing to wear out to the parking lot or drive home. Still charged me for pedicure and manicure. Not crowded so I have no idea why the staff said nothing to the girls. Not a safe place to go anymore. Have gone to this salon for last 2 years. Will never go back ! read more

I used to love going to Ledo Nails until the owner pushed all of her employees away. My favorite employee quit because she said the owner rushed her through her clients. I will not go back because she is no longer there. I am so disappointed because she was my favorite nail technician and now she moved to a new salon that isn't as close and as convenient. I would not recommend it because I'm pretty sure there is now only one person working there, the owner. read more

This place is close to home and it had good reviews so I was pretty happy to try it out last weekend. The staff was friendly, and unlike most other nail places, I liked that they were open on a Sunday. But I have to give it three stars because of several things. First, the night that I had gotten the pedicure, I woke up at midnight with my big toe throbbing. I tossed and turned and finally got up to look at it and take some ibuprofen. As soon as I pressed on my toe, puss came out at the base of my nail! I washed it thoroughly and used hydrogen peroxide, and within a couple of days it was pain free and back to normal. I knew she'd been clipping and digging quite a bit as they often do, but I have never had a toe get infected like that. And then about two days later, the same thing happened on my left big toe! As if that's not enough to turn you off from a place, my polish started chipping by Thursday of this week--just 4 days after I'd gotten the pedicure. Pretty disappointing, unfortunately I don't plan on going back. read more
