You are greeted by up-beat and personable young ladies at the counter when you arrive (if you get carry out as I usually do), and get to take home some of the best Italian fare around. From their iconic pizza, to the fried ravioli, I have yet to find a disappointing dish. Even the plain old meat sauce spaghetti is a bit different with a sweetish spicy/peppery goodness that just warms the heart. I Ordered a side salad with one meal, and the clam-shell, when opened, had a grand mixture of healthy greens, garlic flavored croutons, onion slices, grape tomatoes, and it was all very fresh. read more

I came here for my chicken parm sub fix today (accch.... I've replaced tacos with Italian!). On the plus side, I did get my food a little faster at this location than the one in Georgetown and the girl behind the counter was nice and gave my daugher some free chocolate milk. However, compared to the chicken parm sandwich I had at the location in Georgetown, this one was a little lacking in the flavor. Like a reviewer below, I too was having trouble checking in. I was literally sitting in the place and it was telling me I was too far a way. I drove a half mile down the street and I was able to check in. Weird... read more

We are long-time Ledo pizza fans. This has to be the worst pizza we have ever gotten. Actually, the past several time has not been the best but being fans we still hung in there. I can not believe they allowed this to their customers. Now Ledo pizza is like a thin crust but this was half of that and only a little sauce on the edges. I know things happen but when we come to Ledos we expect a better quality of service and product. I feel like we got cheated ... ! read more

I have had Ledo's pizza in the past and was less than impressed. Recently tried the 14" cheese pizza. I had difficulty recognizing this as pizza - sorry... (Frozen pizza is much better, and I like a lot of different styles) The cheese was very yellow. I could not tell you what cheese this was. It appears the dough was rolled very flat and then heavily docked. Spiked holes all over the crust. I have friends that make special trips for this pizza because they think it's great. I don't know what I'm missing! read more

Called yesterday to order a pizza to go . Staff there are super nice and the pizza has good flavor but the crust is WAY TOO THIN . When you pick up a piece everything slides off , you need a knife and fork to eat it . Also , they didn't have any paper plates to give us so we literally had to pull out a piece and devour it before the cheese and topping were all over the place . The Millersville pizza crust is SO Much better and you can actually pick up a piece and eat it like a normal person. Oh , well . It still tasted really good ! read more

Popped in for a mid afternoon pizza and was totally surprised. I ordered a small pizza (should be 15 min tops), it took 1/2 hour. I should have guessed since it seemed that no one was in charge, and the blonde haired front desk girl was running into the kitchen every 2 minutes. Who was doing the cooking? The patron before me got a large pizza that was overcooked, (hint) and after apologizing to him, the blonde haired girl offered to cook another. He declined the offer (don't know why he would want to eat a overcooked pizza). My order finally came out, I went back to my truck to eat, and found out that the cheese was black in color, and the crust was as hard as cardboard. Way beyond overcooked. I took it back and told the young lady that it was not edible. I did not ask for a refund, she ordered to cook another, I did not have time to discuss or wait. They got a free $11 (pepsi included) from me today. Nice job Eddies/Ledo. If you go in and it seems that no one is in charge, don't buy any FOOD. There is a reason that the place was empty. After today's experience, I know that I will NEVER return to this location. It's a shame, because I have been a Ledo's patron for 50 years, beginning at the old College Park location. How could she offer me that pizza knowing that it was totally discussing? The Franchises have now lost my trust, and I will be looking for signs of mismanagement IF I patronize another. All it takes is one bad experience, and today was it for me. Caveat emptor "let the buyer beware". read more

Always consistent pizza that my family loves (cheese for the kids and pepperoni for the adults); plus professional and friendly service.

Horrible customer service. But, I guess if you are craving Ledos, and it's the closest one around, what can you do? I placed my order at 6:15pm. Headed to Ledos, and got there at about 6:45pm. I was told 30-35mins, so, was thinking I'd wait a few minutes. Paid, the employees talked some and I started my wait........after about 15mins, figured I'd wait outside, since about 10 people came and left with their orders. Went back in, and waited.......Told it would be a few more minutes. Now, it's about 7:20pm......pizza is done. So, seems I placed my order and they didnt send it to the kitchen. Forgot about that until I showed up and paid. Was I informed? No. I mean, at that point I would have gotten a refund and headed to Dominos or Harris Teeter for pizza. I don't even mind that they forgot, things happen. They are busy. Could they let me know what happened? Nah, cover it up, like kids do. I really shouldn't expect more from kids working the counter with obviously no customer service care or experience. Good luck. read more

I have been a regular customer of Ledo's in Crofton MD for some years now. I typically stop there every Friday afternoon to pick up pizza and calzone. Recently I notice the quality of the pizza has changed. The crust is too thick and lacks the taste it used to have. I am wondering if there are new people working there that don't really know how to make a good pizza? But I have been most disappointed lately and am thinking of going somewhere else. I do not prefer a thick crust that is dried out. I hope someone from there sees this review and checks into the pizza quality. I will likely go to Anthony's Pizza in Bowie, MD or Dimeas Pizza in Crofton which have more of a NY style pizza for the area. read more

We love the Ledo's in Crofton. Though it's usually busy, there's almost never a wait. Every waiter we've had has been timely and attentive. Food is always delicious, too. You really can't go wrong with this location. Parking is not great, but there's ample parking in the back. read more

Its the best pizza... a little greasy if you order pepporoni topping. Pizza takes 20 minutes for pick up or eat in. The place feels very generaic. read more

Horrible experience and our order was wrong and it wasn't even that hard, we ordered a 14' cheese and 14' Sausage and Onion and a Ledo salad one our salad was made wrong and we had to tell the server it was wrong we saw our server literally 3 times order, bring drinks and the check we had to ask for napkins and plates. For a 50 meal I expect better than this! read more

The service reviews are accurate. I read them before coming to this location to dine in and should have just went with my instinct. We arrived around 8ish, before sitting down I asked the cashier was it ok to dine in; she said yes. We sat down and the place was empty, (I have a newborn with me), not even seconds later the waitress comes over "are you ready to order because our kitchen is about to close?". Thankfully, I ordered quick since this was Ledos and I came for pizza. I also ordered chicken wings and specifically said "fried hard". The wings were not fried hard, they were mushy and just, no. Another batch of wings, again, mushy with the skin still soft. The waitress placed the check on our table before we were halfway through the pizza by saying "whenever you're ready", first time ok, didn't bother me only slightly because clearly we just started eating. The waitress asked three more times "whenever you are ready". Let's talk about RUSHED! Worst part, another couple came in while we were eating. We intentionally listen to their waitress seeing if she would rush them; nope. Moral of the story: don't come to this place after 7pm because it's evident these young waitresses having no customer service training and need to schedule a different shift if they don't want to be there till closing. Also don't order wings unless you like undercooked loose skin and mushy wings. read more

Terrible customer service for the carry out. All very rude. Not just on one occasion. It seems to be acceptable to the owner.

Ledo's Pizza has a good pie that's for sure. However, after eating it a couple times, there is no way that I can have it anymore. 1. It tears up the digestive system. 2. The service is just as bad as #1. We decided to have a work lunch there and we had called ahead with our order so they could start making it and it would be ready by the time we got there. Well for starters, make sure you clarify if you need to order with the restaurant side because apparently they have two different systems for orders to go and eat-in. Seriously? Who made that business decision? Next after getting that all cleared up, our waitress just lazily walked over took our drink orders and we proceeded to wait quite a bit before they arrived. We just watched her sit down at a table and proceed to be chummy with another employee while we were clearly in need of some assistance with drinks and other things like silverware. Most of the people I work with are big guys so they like to drink and down some food. We could've used some extra napkins. There is really no way I'm coming back unless I'm dragged for someone's birthday or something like that. read more

No issues. Food is always fresh and hot. Worst time to go is in a Friday though. You may wait 45min but isn't that every restaurant on a Friday night! My fave items: south street cheese steak, pepperoni pizza, old bay wings, and mozzarella sticks. They cook the pizza to perfection. read more

First time getting food from here(pick up) and everything was so good. The pizza ( cannonball ) was so good the meatballs tasted fresh and homemade. The crust was really thin. We got the 8 inch and split it. Pizza was cut in to tiny squares but one person could devour an 8 inch alone. I also got the six piece sweet baby rays bbq wings and they were really good I was really happy with my order and the quality of food read more

I am a fan of Ledo's although this location has rude, inconsiderate staff who understand nothing about customer service. Restaurant deserves no stars. Without going into a long story the bottom line is some of my order was sent back to the kitchen because it was not correct. They insisted that the item still be paid for and continued to say that it couldn't be taken off the bill. They became loud and aggressive where as the police had to come diffuse the situation. Problem solved- item was taken off bill. Situation will absolutely be reported to corporate. Never have I experienced such nonsense! Save your self the trouble and don't visit this location! read more

Haven't been to this location in a looong time. So, we ordered wings for appetizers, half honey bbq and the other half was chilli lime. I thought it was alright, even the rest of our order was borderline OK- shrimp alfredo pasta (shrimp was deep fried and they used red sauce), large supreme deluxe pizza and cheesesteak sandwich with a side salad. What was so disappointing was when my daughter's order came. Her mac & cheese looked just like the Kraft mac & cheese. Seriously? If I knew I should have just fed her the same thing at home and not have paid $5 for a kid's meal. If Ledo's should serve some store bought stuff at least they could have opted for Annie's mac&cheese. Just because it's a kid's meal they think adults would not know any better. read more

I ordered a pizza at 1:30pm to be ready at 5:30pm, and when I went to pick it up, it is as if the pizza had been sitting out since I ordered it 4 hours before! It was ice cold. I called the store and spoke with Tiffany, who was completely rude and unprofessional, never apologized for the situation, and instead tried to tell me I was wrong. They offered to remake the pizza but it wasn't worth it. Don't go to this location, instead try the Edgewater, Bowie, or Annapolis locations. read more

Ordered Ledo pizza for the first time (to go) while I waited on my ride. Uber was taking a while and it was raining, so I sat down to take a few bites and the server nastily told me that I could not eat inside because I ordered my food "to go", and they thought I might leave the trash on the table. Huh? Why would they predict me leaving trash on the table when there's a trashcan close by? Discriminate much? The establishment was empty. I was the ONLY patron sitting down at the time. Very rude customer service, dumb rules for paying customers...and the pizza was way too greasy. I don't recommend this Ledo at all. read more

We usually order takeout from this pizza joint and have been for years. They have the pizza ready for you in a reasonable amount of time and the restaurant is large enough to accommodate a larger group. The pizza is rectangular in shape and cut into square pieces. The pizza is a bit thinner than a dominoes or a papa johns, but not thin crust either. The pizza sauce is perhaps a little sweeter than most sauces and more reminiscent of a marinara sauce. Although it can be a little greasy, I like the pepperoni. The topping selection is probably a bit more diverse here than most places (offering both precooked bacon and just bacon, for example). It's been said many times before, but I think it still holds true: pizza is like sex, when it's good it's really good...but when it's bad, it's still pretty good. You're going to walk away satisfied, but perhaps not impressed. read more

3.5 stars I first tried Ledo's when I first moved to MD years ago. It was the deluxe version and I loved it. For some reason I hadn't had it in a few years but decided to add it back into my pizza rotation because I haven't found any brick oven pizza nearby that I really like. A few months ago, we went in on a Friday night and it was a madhouse! The environment was not conducive to winding down after a long work week. I didn't order the deluxe and it just wasn't the same as I remembered. We also ordered garlic bread for the table and it was not good, just plain bread (barely toasted) with too-sweet sauce. A couple of weeks ago I went back and ordered a deluxe for carry out and that was the Ledo's I remembered. For some reason, I only like the deluxe. Maybe all the toppings drown out the sauce, but it works for me. Weird, I know. As long as I stick to carry out and the deluxe, Ledo's will remain in my rotation. read more

Went here since my family raves about how great it is. The place itself was nothing to rave about, a big room with tables. The waitresses were very pleasant, especially since there were not a lot of people here. I ordered the pepperoni and sausage personal pizza. The pizza was really good, fresh and HOT! Lol burned my tongue but it was completely worth the minor pain. The sauce was really good actually didn't give me heartburn afterwards lol. Would definitely return! read more

My favorite pizza, I only go here for my pizza fix, love the large Hawaiian, I reheat in a skillet with a cover 5 min on low for a quick crispy breakfast treat, Pineapple is good for arthritis pain, and this is the lowest calories! read more

So, I went into Ledo cheering them on. I don't eat chain pizza. I love hand-tossed crusts, fresh toppings and chatting with entrepreneurs and their employees. Family pizza parlors. With Ledo, I like the spirit of the establishment, evidenced by its promotion of the house pizza sauce and by the "What competition?" slogan on the backs of the servers' t-shirts. My server, Rianna, was incredibly attentive and pleasant. She answered my questions capably and accurately. The letdown came with the food. I can't place anything particularly special or good about the sauce. It was functional, at best. I couldn't figure out why I'd want to buy a jar to take home to use in my own cooking. Ultimately, it was my own cooking that helped me deduce the real tragedy with my square pizza: the time it'd spent in a freezer. The toppings moved around too easily on the crust, and the taste was of a just-microwaved grocery store pizza. A freshly made pizza crust neither tastes nor jettisons toppings that way. The owner should keep their business model's winning ingredients but lose the freezer burn. read more

I was so disappointed in my experience with this restaurant. Granted, my friend and I went in late...it was about 8:30 pm. We ordered the Hawaiian pizza, which seemed to take forever to get to our table. Once we got the pizza, we noticed that some of the wax paper was sticking to the crust....server's explanation? "Sorry, we had to reheat it." If I had not been starving I would've refused it...it got worse as we were working our way towards the center. I should've said, "Sorry, we didn't order reheated pizza" and left. read more

I've had many Ledo Pizza Experiences, and this place is fair at best. Both Pizza and Service on Carry Out orders are pretty good, but dining in is terrible. Looks like the owners just hire high school kids, and no one teaches them about customer service. The Fulton and College Park Ledo Pizza locations are much better at both making the famous Ledo's Pizza, and serving customers. I avoid dining in at Eddie's Place for the most part. read more

This is also listed as "Eddie's Place" in Yelp. And, it's the best pizza around. It's pricey as far as pizza goes, but you can't beat it. Low-pressure, super casual, nice servers and lots of smiles. There are always families there and groups with kids because it's just a cool place to bring them. There is no bar, but they serve beer, so it's fam friendly. Love it. I like their Pizza, however, the restaurant needs to be fixed-up. The issue are minor such as unbalanced tables and carpet that is ripped and actually sticking up around some tables. This is not good for a business and a portion of the money should go to fix such issues. read more
