    Uncooked!

Your amateur backyard barbecue wanna be! I paid $300 for a cooked Cebu Lechon instead I was given a raw and almost burnt skin it's like chewing rocks which were suppose to be crunchy. Buddy learn about temperature at least 200F for the thicker parts of the hog! I felt really embarrassed in front of my family serving this for Christmas!

Thankfully, there was plenty of street parking right around. We walked in and saw the good selection of food available on the steam table. We both ordered a 2-item plate; mine had the lechon kawali (deep fried pork) and the longanisa (breakfast sausage), while she chose the sisig (chopped up pork cooked with onion and jalapeños) and fried bangus (milkfish). Our plates also came with steamed rice and soup. Since this is a cafeteria style place, our food was ready to eat (though our server offered to heat up the bangus a little in the kitchen). The lechon was very good, not too fatty but still had plenty of crispy skin to go along with the meat. The longanisa was also tasty, very sweet and not spicy. My devoured the bangus, dipping it in spicy vinegar. Since we were in a bit of a hurry, we took some of our food home for breakfast the day. This is a very solid place for a quick meal. There isn't much seating inside, and there were many orders placed to-go while we were having lunch. Will definitely return the next time we're in the area.

I got the 2 item combo which comes with rice and soup for $18, not a bad deal. I got the dinakdakan which is like the creamy cousin of sisig. It was creamy, a little tangy, and had great texture due to some of the crispy pork. That was really good. My other entree was the dinuguan. That was good and the pieces of pork were big with some chew to them. I think the cut of pork included the skin. The soup sinigang but it was just the broth, no toppings, for me at least. Parking is a little limited in the parking lot so I parked on the street. I would try the halo halo next time I'm here. Service was friendly. Overall, it's a small cozy spot with ~15 different entrees to pick from. Go check them out!

We ordered the chicken inasal, which had great flavor and was cooked well. It tasted good, juicy, and seasoned nicely. The only thing missing was that signature smoky flavor. When you think of inasal, you expect that charcoal, grilled smokiness that hits you right away. It just needed that slight smoky touch to really elevate it. The pork sinigang was decent, but it was missing that bold, sour punch that sinigang is known for. Maybe it's a different regional style, but to us it felt more like nilaga with a dash of lemon. Still comforting, but we were hoping for that classic sour tamarind flavor. Now the standout -- the lechon kawali was spot on. Crispy, juicy, and moist. The crunch on the outside with tender pork inside was exactly what you want. Definitely a must-order. One of the best surprises was their free unlimited bone broth soup. It's delicious, rich, and comforting. Honestly, that alone makes the experience even better. Overall: Solid Filipino food, great prices, and a welcoming vibe. A few tweaks here and there, but definitely worth coming back to try more dishes.

Usually we have to drive out to Concord or Union City for Filipino food, so we had high hopes for this place. They have a pretty extensive menu beyond just silog plates. You can choose a 1-3 meat combo that comes with rice and an egg. We ordered the 2-meat combo with pork tocino and longanisa, plus a tocino burrito. There's limited indoor seating (I think only about two tables) and additional outdoor seating with umbrellas. If you're dining in, just grab a table and they'll come take your order. For takeout, you order at the register. The presentation when the food came out was nice, and the service was friendly, which we appreciated. The longanisa was actually pretty good, and the tocino was decent. Unfortunately, the biggest letdown was the rice -- which is kind of the heart of a silog meal. We ordered garlic fried rice, but it was extremely bland and lacked flavor completely. Honestly, plain homemade steamed rice has more flavor. Since the rice makes up such a big part of the dishes, it affected the entire meal, including the tocino burrito, which ended up being disappointing too. Really wanted to love this place, but overall it just didn't hit the mark flavor-wise for us.

Without a doubt , Tina 's service , menu and communication was all on point ! Such a very kind lady who was very willing to suggest an appropriate menu , describe the dishes chosen and none of them were a disappointment ! They were all generous portions and as per filipino custom , enough for guests to take home some of their favorites . The guests loved every dish and standout dishes were the Mango salad , the Pork Sisig , the beef Kaldereta , and the Veggie lumpias . The desserts as well deserve compliments ... the Turon , Cassava cake and Biko coconut sticky rice . Booking was super easy, and communication was great -- quick responses, clear updates, and very helpful suggestions about portion sizes (which made planning so much easier). The owner was friendly and accommodating, even offering to make dishes that weren't listed on the menu. The food itself was amazing. We ordered a variety of Filipino dishes, and everyone kept asking who made the food because it was so good. You can really tell it's cooked with care and authentic flavor. She even delivered the food herself, which shows how much pride she takes in her work. They have a great selection of Filipino favorites but also offers other cuisines, so there's something for everyone. I'd definitely recommend them for any gathering -- we'll be ordering again for sure!

The produce section was not as extensive as those at other Asian markets, but it was still adequate. However, the store carried many unique candies and snacks that I have not seen elsewhere. Notably, sakura flavored products were especially common during my visit. There were two large sections dedicated to premade meals, including rice bowls, hand rolls, onigiri, and sushi. The rolls seemed overly heavy on the rice, with relatively little fish filling. The prices also felt somewhat high for the portion sizes. However, the store offers a 20 percent discount on sushi and bento boxes daily after 6 PM. I ordered the nigiri combination, which included salmon, tuna, and scallop. The scallop was plump, and the tuna was sliced thickly. The salmon was slightly thin but still rich and fatty. Overall, the fish quality was good. The sushi rice was above average, with a distinct vinegar flavor despite being refrigerated. The total cost for the eight pieces was close to restaurant pricing, though the convenience factor partly justified it. I would rate this market a 3.5 out of 5 but rounded up for the good sushi rice. I would recommend shopping elsewhere for produce, but this is a good place for snacks and premade meals, especially after 6 PM.
