We recently had the front wheel bearings replaced on our 2018 Nissan Kicks SR. However, when the car was returned, several warning lights appeared that hadn't been on before: ABS, traction control, collision sensor, low tire pressure, and check engine. He suspected an ABS sensor issue and even replaced one, but the lights remained. After trying to troubleshoot further, he ultimately recommended taking the car to Nissan since he wasn't certain what was causing the errors. While this was concerning, especially because the lights weren't present prior to the repair, I genuinely appreciated the effort he put into trying to resolve it. He communicated clearly, worked quickly, and was respectful throughout the process. Unfortunately, the issue just couldn't be fully resolved here, which is the only reason I'm giving a 3-star review. Overall, he seems like a good and honest mechanic, and I don't think most people will be disappointed--I just happened to run into an unlucky situation this time.

Sean came out to do warranty work on my Bigfoot auto leveling jacks. During inspection of my RV he…read moresaid the AC had issues, my antenna needed replaced. He told me he ordered everything and was working directly with my warranty company on the payment for the items. Needless to say, he tinkered with the jacks and said they were repaired and he would be back to complete everything once the parts came in. He never returned and when I called my warranty company they said they paid him directly and I don't get a copy. I asked the warranty company why they don't check with the customer prior to paying out to verify that the work was completed and working properly. They said Sear told them everything was completed so they paid him. My jacks still don't work properly, the AC is killing the generator when getting ready to load. He came out and made up bogus repairs and never fixed my original request " Bigfoot leveling jacks" and made a fraudulent claim to my Warranty insurance. He ghosted me to this day. My original request was in 2021 and he still won't pick up my calls. The only thing that keeps me sane is I believe in KARMA and it has Sean's name all over it.

Not long after he left the supposedly new pump would not shut off. I had to turn the power on and off to shut off the pump. After coming home and ordering a new pump and replacing it myself, I looked at the pump he put in and it was 6 years old. So he basically found an old pump laying around in his garage or wherever and Installed it. BEWARE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY. SEAN HE WILL RIP YOU OFF IN A SECOND. This was at Rincon.

I had quality pictures of design I wanted. Everything they returned was faulty and shoddy. They used substandard material, used material, backyard junk wood ! Asked for hi quality porta potty cabinet. Heavy duty 2-way locking sliders, drawer in open cabinet, cargo door to outside where the 2-way slider would allow access to the porta potty. All installed with drywall screws, not stainless steel as industry standard for wet bath or areas prone to rust. I want my money back! Purchased top of the line Formica countertop and bench, when installed the right corner was not seated to the face frame, they drilled a mounting screw into and through the top of new Formica, I pulled out the refrigerator repaired the visible gap in the counter top, discovered out of 6 pocket holes only 2 screws were replaced - one through the countertop, one visible in gap between face frame. Not to mention the refrigerator moulding was installed backwards ! I want my money back ! Sink plumbing reinstalled in new counter top... every thing leaked, water gushing out of loose inlet and drain hose. Removed hose clamps, cleaned up hose ends re clamped - no leaks now. I want my money back. Social RV installed a USED, BEAT UP cargo door into an old a/c opening, used and wrong color ! Used inconsistent sealant that I had to clean up as it was smudged everywhere. Now need to paint to match. I want my money back Social RV, Eric, insisted "soft floor" just needs reinforcement under the belly of trailer. Teardrop came home went uneven bump in flooring. When table placed in galley wobbled like in a bad restaurant. Must take somewhere to have removed. I want my money back ! Skin on entry door needed repair, from a previous bad job. Came back warped and out of alignment. Don't ever call these guys.... Poor, poor workmanship ! They returned the trailer to my property IN THE DARK on a Sunday night, never rang doorbell. Next day came for final check, before I even saw all the mistakes ! Now 1 month later sub contractor, Artcraft Woodworking, called to say they never paid him for his work. When they went to pick up completed work, countertop, bench and a birch cabinet door they jumped out of their truck, picked up finished material, jumped back into their truck and sped off WITHOUT PAYING ! I paid $625 for estimated costs to social RV and the final cost of woodwork was $614. I ended up paying the sub myself for his good work. Do NOT call this company ! They are cheaters and liars, scammers. Did I say I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!
