It was a very stressful situation and they completely put me and my family at ease. We were on our way to Disneyland for my son's birthday and he is a big car kid, they gave him a tour of the garage and he got to meet the mechanics. That might've been the biggest highlight of his birthday trip. I highly recommend this shop, they made us feel like family.

One million stars!…read more Donna and her team at top of the vine are the kind of people you want to meet when you are in trouble. They love to help all us motorists who start to go up the grade and something goes wrong with your car, which is exactly what happened to us. Our car started shaking and we pulled to the side and called AAA. We got towed to Top of the Vine and were greeted so warmly by Donna. It was close to their closing time on Saturday but they took a Quick Look and ordered parts to start work on it Monday. So Unfortunately we weren't able to get back on the road but my family came and picked us up. Donna even gave us a ride down the street with our luggage to the flying J to sit and wait in their inside waiting area. Donna kept saying how much she values helping people and trying to get people back on the road quickly especially around the holidays. And she was sorry she couldn't get us going that night, we kept saying it was ok we just appreciated her help and kindness. We picked up our car Tuesday and they had a discount if you had AAA so our bill wasn't as bad as we thought. I can't recommend this place enough or speak more highly about Donna and her team. They were a shining light during our crappy situation and we appreciate them so so much!

HUGEEE shoutout to Wade, our savior…read more If you're stuck on the side of the highway and reading this, call Lebec! Also, check your tire for a nail. If the nail is positioned on the flat/bottom side of the tire (and NOT the side), then you can get it patched instead of looking for a replacement, this will open up your options for service. We were stuck on the side of the 5 with a flat on Thursday a couple hours before sundown. AAA is useless (they don't bring tires, do tire changes, patches, only tow your car where you tell them), and all the tire repair places around the "area" (which was the middle of nowhere) were closed either due to their business hours or covid, except for Lebec Road Service! We were desperate to get home to NorCal for an important family event the following day and needed immediate roadside service. Everywhere we called from Santa Clarita to Bakersfield, nobody carried a tire in the same size as our Tesla Model 3. Lebec Road Service had a used Tesla Model 3 tire THANKFULLY!! they were fast to answer calls, had great communication, and checked their tire stock fairly quickly. They had dispatched their repairman out to save us. It was 1 hour of anxious waiting in the car between our call to Lebec til Wade pulled up in a giant truck behind us, but definitely WORTH THE WAIT. After some inspection, Wade thought patching up our current tire was better for us than replacing it. He did the work on the side of the highway in the dark, it took 1 hour. Wade is very knowledgeable and has lots of experience, it also gave us a sense of comfort that he himself had a Model 3, so he knew exactly how the car worked. Thanks again Wade for all your help!!

However, the column moved loosely, and the car would not go into gear. Upon my description over the phone, Lebec knew exactly what was wrong, and said he would be right there approx (30-45mins faster, and cheaper then tow). I had called some other mechanics who said they were too busy, didn't want to go, or told me they would help me in the morning. Lebec roadside managed to patch us up well enough to get us back to work on the road. We will see another mechanic for the needed part in the morning as He told us to. The Lebec Road service mechanic was professional, honest, and knowledgeable, all the things you want in a mobile mechanic. Thank you Lebec Roadside!
