Edmond Towing is very friendly. I called them and about 25 minutes after arrived he repair my flat tire on a Mercedes c230. Cost me $430

Curtis helped me when my start /stop system left me unable to drive and get home. With no appointment and other vehicles he was working on, he jumped in and repaired the problem for me in no time at all. My check engine light was still on a few weeks later and he was able to reset the system for me. I am so happy to have such a GOOD& HONEST man close to my home who knows what he is Doing mechanicly. If you have AAA and you are assigned to this company demand to be reassigned. It is Sunday Feb 16th, 2025. We had to pull over wanting to check on an auto trailer. We pulled off on the 5 fwy heading south , at the top of the hill of the grapevine. As soon as we got assigned we called Edmonds to be more specific as to our location. The dispatcher informs us that he has no one to send. He would call us back in an hr with an ETA. I am 2 hrs away from home, exhausted and this was the last thing I wanted to hear. I called AAA back wanting another company. The AAA dispatcher called Edmonds to get more information and AAA was told they would be there to help within the hour. Never happened. We kept getting texts postponing the arrival time. We called Edmonds multiple times and they wouldnt pick up. When the dispatcher finally picked up he was laughing and said, "I can really give you an explanation as to why I didnt pick up. What do you want me to do, I am trying to locate a driver." This was two hours after our intial call. I was flabbergasted by the response. Luckily after multiple calls back to AAA to get help from another company, a good Samaritan stopped to help us. The stress of being stranded and add lack of empathy from the dispatcher was unreal. I am just grateful it wasnt bad weather or a big emergency. I didn't have an option with this one because my car broke down in the middle of the night and it got towed to the nearest mechanic. Initially things were great. I thought my car was gonna get fixed pretty quick but somehow it ended up there four months later I was able to retrieve it. I I ended up selling the car so I don't know if it had issues. The customer service was great initially, but I think everyone just got really busy that there wasn't really communication as to where my car was and what the status was and I know that they had a lot of personal things but as a business, I don't think that that should've been a reason that I wasn't contacted From the business for four months. I just had to keep calling. Which is an understanding as I am I don't think it's appropriate for running a business They fixed my car, but they did have issues that were out of their control so I was understanding in that part but when I got the car back, I don't know that everything was checked like my AC was not cold anymore and it may have easily just been a Freon problem, but I won't know. I sold it to a big car dealership that did their due diligence so All I know is when I left the car there. It was there for four months and when I got it back, my AC wasn't working, but he did give me a $500 discount. Which I don't know that that covered everything that I needed because I had to buy a whole car and I was lifting and pro cars in the meantime not realizing that my car was gonna be there for four months so that's my biggest issue otherwise the mechanics were as friendly as they possibly could and seem to be helpful read more

Called them at 0619 this morning. I have flat tire and I'm outside of Tejon Ranch in Lebec CA. I smoke with someone about needed a spare tire put on to which he replied would be $125. I agree gave the worker my address and he told me it would take 45 min for him to come to me. Fast forward to me currently doing the review. It is 0746 I'm still stranded on the side of the road. While there wasn't any major work done to my car since it was Sunday, I appreciated their expertise and their courtesy of changing an o ring for my coolant cap - free of charge. If AAA assigns you these clowns just call AAA and tell them to request an alternate tow company and simply cite these reviews. They lie consistently, just scroll through the reviews. I've been waiting for 5 hours and they've just been stringing me along each hour with "let me call you back in 5 minutes" "well have someone over in 1 hour, truthfully sir 1.5 maximum, honest". Deceptive company with inept workers. AAA needs to cut these clowns out of their business partnership. Horrible value, horrible service, full of lying dispatchers and supervisors. Instead of admitting that they can't handle their volume or service they just hold onto you with no respect for your time or you as an individual human. Lie after lie then you end the day feeling like a complete fool for trusting them. I'll be calling Edmond and AAA again tomorrow to complain but not convinced that anyone in the chain cares. Edit: now I recall the supervisor stating "wow 4 hours that's unacceptable" only to discover the rest of these reviews describing the same horrible service! Even that was a fake scripted gesture of empathy. You all really must be a miserable bunch of con men. Pathetic. Edit 2: Spent ~2 hrs speaking with AAA to file a formal complaint/case against this business. I encourage everyone do the same. They review each vendor twice a year to determine if they should renew their contracts with them. Use your opportunity to help others by filing a case. This business doesn't deserve to be a AAA partner, and AAA needs to step up their own vetting process. Both companies are at fault in my opinion. I didn't know I could have such a positive experience when my car was having issues. The auto shop employees and especially the receptionist, Jade, were wonderful and had great customer service. My perception was that they were honest, educative and thorough. My car was having trouble accelerating before the grape vine. Then even if we floored the accelerator the speed kept dropping and dipped below 60. We were so lucky this happened by the exit and we spotted their auto shop. It ended up being that we'd needed transmission fluid. They helped make the diagnosis, took care of the problem and test drove it for us. I am happy to say we haven't had an issue with the car the past few days. The cost was $350 for the entire service. They also changed my dirty oil and added air to my tires. Jade, the receptionist, has a calming demeanor that made us feel better about the situation. It can make you a little nervous to be in a place you're not familiar with and hoping things turn out okay. Jade helped ease that. It was also nice seeing other customers thank them with smiles and relief, noting that this place takes what can be a nervous moment into something better. Arrive. Take a breath. You will get help and try to look at the silver linings. You're safe and there will be a solution. My partner and I had snacks and just treated it like some form of picnic in their lobby. They saved my life. Point blank .. My car overheated & wouldn't drive, in Lebec, southbound on the Grapevine, in mid March, after weeks of heavy rain, so there was still snow on the road. AAA had hours & hours of a wait time so I Googled local tow yards etc & was quoted forever. & Edmonds came in less than an hour. The staff was beyond professional, extremely hospitable & knowledgeable & experienced to a T. They inspected my car & found the head gasket was blown. They towed me 75 miles late Sat evening & if I paid cash they'd knock off a couple bucks. Our triple AAA dispatch Edmond Towing to us due to we got a flat tire n we were on I5 South just exit Grapevine. The most scary position to be in praying no 18 wheeler or anyone hit us. We didn't have the tool in our truck to put down our spare. God was on our side always, surely have a guardian angel watching us. The tow truck driver had to put some tools together to put down our spare and he surely got our spare tire. Find out we really needed a wheel alignment and a new tire. They tried to extort me when AAA assigned them when they were supposed to provide a tow, they said they want money to do the tow at even though it's covered by AAA. They were originally assigned at 7:30pm but by 9 they had AAA use another company just for it to fall back on them and then to only get help from them finally hours later at around 5am, I don't believe they are 24/7 and think they probably extort other AAA customers when they are in need as well. I guess when they're the only company in the vicinity AAA doesn't care about customer service and lets its members of over 30 years just remain stranded for about 12-hours. read more

I was on the road and my car started acting up. When I pulled in I asked for help. I was told I would be charged $150 just to diagnose the issue, then if they did the work the $150 would be deducted from the bill. They didn't even approach the car to look. I ended up going to another mechanic who immediately diagnosed and repaired the car in 1/2 hour and charged $60. They may be good mechanics (I don't know) but I didn't feel like I was treated right. read more

Edmond's towing was fantastic today. I had a flat tire after camping with my daughter. They were going to send a tow truck, but I was able to get air in my tire. When I arrived at Edmond's tire I was greeted promptly. I was so flustered with my flat tire, but the office manager and the man who changed my tire were friendly and so helpful. As a Mom, traveling with my young daughter I was concerned for our safety, but these gentlemen were kind and professional. I did wait an hour because they were busy and I did receive an apology, but I was just happy that they were open on Veterans day weekend and on a Sunday. I needed to drive over a 100 miles home and they were able to put a plug in my flat tire. Very reasonable rate. The tow truck driver from Edmond's arrived at the towing location at the exact time AAA said they would be there, but drove to across the street behind the building. We walked over to the driver who said, 'Oh, I'm not here for you, that tow was canceled.' So because of that lie, we waited longer. Sure, you probably didn't want to tow us to our location, but don't lie to us and make us wait in the middle of no where because you have no integrity. I was provided an ETA once they got there they realized this was a 200 mile tow and the driver flat out told me he was there for another tow for down the street. AAA told me they got too busy and couldn't do a long haul but just bad business to accept the job and lie to a customer. read more

Chris was my tow truck driver! I've been towed a few times and it's also very stressful. As a single woman in todays world it is also nerve racking having to be completely reliant on a random person like that. I am so grateful Chris from Edmonds Towing was my driver! I was on the side of the road on the highway, with my entire life in my car moving 10 hours away . I had my cat and dog with me and they were terrified. Chris called me right away and communicated with me the whole time. He made sure that I was in the right location so to not waste our time and get me right away. He really gives a huge effort and does his best, you can really tell. He rushed over to my car, working fast while also helping me stay calm. Me and my dog and cat (as I was holding him) ran to the tow truck, they were freaking out, but he was super good with my animals. He picked up my 50 lb dog and put her inside. On the drive we were chatting and he made me laugh and made me feel super comfortable which is SO important during a high stress situation like that! An employee known locally for drug use they ended up firing couldnt even jump the car. Fried my entire ignition wiring. The next guy cracked my gas tank. The new manager (old one was caught embezzling money I heard) calls himself Miracle (like Miracle Whip) and told me he didn't care and they have lawyers on retainer for civil cases. Avoid Edmonds at all costs. Try Top of the Vine repair. If you have Edmonds, record everything on your phone. I even see employees of theirs giving 5 star reviews for themselves. That says it all. My car broke down and I needed a towing service at 3 am, my AAA sent this company, unfortunately they did not provide any update on arrival or accepted the call, got me waiting for 3 hrs and yet no service, then by the 4th hr company replay with an ETA of 1 hr more, my experience was so unhappy with this company. I would not recommend their services. keep in mind this was my experience hopefully you get a better one. read more

Racist Liars. The driver was rude and disrespectful. Refused to tow us because he stated my personal pickup truck was a commercial vehicle. Since it had vinyl stickers on it. Mind you I've been a aaa member for 20 years. Ive had this exact truck towed by aaa and different service providers throughout my memebership. Never ever have I had a situation like this while requesting a tow truck. He kept stating his job was on the line while we were stuck in the middle of nowhere. So we called to complain about him and the service we recieved and to obtain a new tow truck. While on the phone with aaa we do just that and are told another provided not edmonds will show up. The driver sat in front of us for another 5 mins just waiting in his truck. He then gets out comes to my driver door and ask to video and take pictures of my truck to make sure he doesn't loose his job. I told him no he persisted to walk around my truck to try and photograph it and us while sitting in it. Again i told him no and shook his hand. 2 hours later aaa calls back and says no we can't tow you or help with your request. We ask why they say because the driver stated he was attacked and assaulted. We told them that was not true and he was lying. Aaa refused to send another truck solely trusted the lying driver costing me about 400$ to get home. I'm warning everyone that has a biracial family to stay away. The driver was Hispanic who also mad sexual advances towards my wife before I exited my truck. She called on her aaa so I'm certain this is the reason he lied about being assaulted to save his job. I'll be escalating this to corporate beyond aaa customer service reps. We were literally left on the side of the rode while having road side assistance. Shame on aaa yet disgusting on edmonds towing part. Ohh last but not least, after aaa told us to basically find our own way home, they advised that we would be considered for reimbursement. Really??? I should be getting a tow right now. Not consider for reimbursement. That same driver comes back driving by taunting us laughing and pointing in the flatbed truck we were supposed to be towed home in. Horrible no integrity. read more

When I got an accident on the grapevine and I called the roadside service. A guy named Ronald for Edmond's towing. Was there in not even 10 minutes and loaded my car up? We took it back to the Toyota. They were accommodating went out of their way to help. I would highly recommend their toe service. I will definitely be using them again if I get another accident.
