My brother's front left tire fell off, the rim is messed up. We are stuck on the side of the highway. He called his insurance company and they sent someone. The guy didn't have the right tools, didn't want to go back to grab other tools. He wanted to tow the car and charge us and have someone else help us. It looks like he didn't want to help and keep telling us to tow and pay him. We told him we don't want it towed or have to pay because that's what our insurance is for. He said he would be back in 25 mins. It's been an hour and he never came back. We called him four times and he forward our calls. If he wasn't going to help, should have just been honest. We were stuck since 9pm and it is now 2am and still waiting. Never will recommend this company ever and don't pay them to tow. This is one shitty, untrustworthy company. Hands down the biggest clown show rip off artists ever!!! The man at the yard nearly attacked me when I asked for specific instructions on how and what I needed to provide in order to get my not stolen, but mistakenly reported stolen, car and u-haul trailer out of the impound lot after being falsely arrested by county sheriff. U-haul confirmed that the trailer wasn't stolen, sheriffs dropped all charges and panorama towing would not release the trailer to me. The trailer was filled with my personal property. Lee the dispatcher and Brandon the driver were great. I owe them big. These two people actually care about others. I am a nurse, so customer satisfaction is important to me, and they delivered. Called AAA at 10pm, told I would have Edmonds towing at 1115. Then it became 1230am. Then nobody came or even cared. Just left us hanging on the side of the road with a blown tire. So I took it upon myself to start calling around at 430am about ready to have a panic attack. Lee said they work with aaa but never received a call ALL NIGHT.. so she gives me their station # and I had to call aaa to have them send her the call. She had poor Brandon up and out of bedat 5am and he was there fast. He loaded my jeep jk up very safe and professional and is a good guy. Im sorry others have had bad experiences. BEWARE!!! I WISH I COULD LEAVE NEGATIVE STARS THESE PEOPLE ARE INCONSIDERATE THIEFS!! Not only are these people thief's but they're the most inconsiderate disrespectful and absolutely disgusting "company" I have ever dealt with! My trucks drivetrain fell off going through the grapevine so we had to immediately pull over from the fast lane to the left, we were in a very dangerous location and we were extremely scared so we started calling tow trucks to see who could get us help ASAP. Came across these people and didn't have time to look at any reviews so we called them up the phone operator KEN told me the price would be $750 asked me if my payment was going to be cash or card I said cash he said he'd send someone over asap. So far we were extremely grateful regardless of that total rip off of a price. They were the only ones who could come in 20 min so we were willing to OVERPAY to get out of there as soon as we could. The driver gets here and he was the only respectful person I dealt with from their "company", the problem begins here when he tells me he needed the cash up front which WAS NOT communicated to me over the phone! I own my own business as well and I'd never think about not properly communicating how payment is received and that was when the issues began! How a tow truck company could choose to be so negligent and unprofessional in that matter is completely beyond me well, I didn't have the complete cash on me and that's when Ken tells the driver he can only take me to the next exit (1 mile away) for the $170 I do have on me while "someone else brings me the rest of the $$"? I asked if I could give him my card over the phone then and he tells me "now it'll be $850 since we have to backtrack in order to take your card payment" what kind of gross scam is this to these people seriously? Even then I tried to kindly talk to ken and ask him to take me to the next exit but he said "you know what if you don't like it we'll just leave" at that point I was completely over it. They ended up leaving us stranded and honestly I cannot believe there's people like this out there on the grapevine knowing how dangerous conditions get and still choosing to scam potential clients and even going as far as leaving us!! An hour later we found a true gem who came to our rescue for half the price "edmonds towing" may god bless them. We placed our call at 10:30am. The veh was to be picked up at our house and taken to the local mechanic. The garage closes at 5pm, I wanted it to be received during the day, to a warm body. We called all day for an update and was told each time "he's on his way, he'll be there in 30 min. At 4:25 pm we were told he would be there soon. Ok. Well. Driver has to load and get back in the road. Obviously my car won't make it in time. Called Panorama. Obviously I was upset. Asked the dispatcher to call the mechanics to make sure they knew he was dropping a car after hours and make arrangements (were to drop...where to leave the keys).... dispatcher says you want me to call? Uh, yeah. Because I can't very well relay the info to your driver right?? ‍ I was a dispatcher for a tow company that towed for AAA. I know how this works. He lied to us all day then had a crappy attitude when I held him accountable and asked him to make a simple call. This is the worst tow company there is. They destroyed my tire because they don't know what they are doing, they lied about what the driver was doing when I asked what was taking him so long to get to my house with my vehicle (I had seen him on the side of the road and he said he was adjusting straps, he will be right there. An 3 hours later..still didn't show up, he admitted he took other calls while in the area but dispatch said he was caught behind an accident and stuck) they are giving me the run around about fixing my tire. And the owner seems to never work...I am out way more money then needed, I am out my car for a week, I am out of patience and kindness for these people. Grapevine woes: We call our insurance, and they assign Panorama to our claim. When he arrived (older gentleman with a handlebar mustache) was kind and pleasant. Loaded our car quickly and unloaded in the same manner. We were pleased with the service and we felt safe. I could not give 5 stars though. What was supposed to be a 1 hr pickup (so says our insurance carrier), turned into close to 4 hours. I dock 1 star because of lack of communication from their office. My fist few calls went unasnwered, and had to go through our carrier for any type of update. When you are scared, stranded, and waiting for hours, an hourly update makes a load of difference. read more

Had our first break down on the Grapevine so I called Panorama for the first time at 3:30 am to tow a tractor trailer about 50 miles, said they'll be there about 5 am to beat the traffic... they showed up after 7 am hooked up and of course hit LA traffic at that time. Took a few hours to go 50 miles because they were late then when all was said and done Panorama billed me about $2000 for there bad customer service! That price of course was the discounted price with 2 hours off @ $200/hr so I should feel good? To stay completely anonymous, This towing company Needs to be SHUT DOWN ASAP. I was taken advantage of for being a Female, SO, my car broke down on the 5Freeway and had called for a tow, I was towed and on the way to the lot I was asked by the driver if I would let him to touch my feet, I proceeded to say No, and ignored the fact he said anything he would continue to apologize for something I NEVER showed any interest in at all. Later at the lot they would try to make excuses for me to leave my car overnight at the Lot in order for them to make more money. First it was $656 for the tow, it later turned into I needed to pay "Police for approval" and said there was nothing I could do. Mind you it is the same person that towed my car acting to helping me. Ultimately I had no choice but to say that I would report him to police for for sexual harassment he immediately released my car. This whole situation made me so uncomfortable and felt taken advantage of I felt like I needed to go to local police to file report to business. Police have pictures of the driver and are now looking into it. They sent 2 trucks since I was towing a 32Ft travel trailer. While loading my truck on flatbed the younger of the two started messing with winch controls and released winch causing my truck to roll back from the top of the ramp onto my trailer causing serious damage to both my truck and trailer. Mercedes Roadside Service used them to tow my vehicle to the MB dealer in Valencia. My wife and child were alone on a trip to San Diego so they left the car with keys inside PER THEIR INSTRUCTIONS. The dealer never got the car. When I called Panorama, they confirmed they picked up the car but did not tow it to the dealer because "they ran out of hours". They never called me to give me to inform me of their change and as of 8:30am the next day, they STILL did not get the car to the dealer even though they knew the dealer needed the car first thing in the morning. NOT an honest company. My truck broke down on the grapevine 13 miles from Panorama, road service arrived 1 1/2 hours after they said it would. Called several times to see where road service truck was told service truck was held up on previous call, be there in 45 minutes, then 15 minutes etc.. Service truck finally showed up, hooked up to the computer but was unable to properly diagnose because they use generic software not an actual OEM product. They are very expensive. Charged for 3 hours @ $175/hr. Also charged fuel surcharge 2 @ $50 (keep in mind my truck was 13 miles from their location in Lebec, CA. What a rip off $625.00 total for nothing. I was stranded on the side of the road for 3 hours with my 5 year old son, then when the tow truck guy gets there apparently they did not know it was going to be a rear wheel drive so while I was on hold with my insurance to approve the new cost. Called in asked for a towing service quoted me $400 and my insurance was covering $100 of the towing cost which left me paying the overage charge of $300 which was fine I didn't mind. And it was scheduled for the following morning as my car was in my driveway and it didn't start was nothing urgent just needed it towed to a mechanic shop. The following morning when they had to come out I called to confirm pricing they told me I was to pay $780 overage charges!!! That was outrageous we had a deal of $300 the night before. I canceled and got my car towed for $200 total without my insurance ended up paying $200 flat out of pocket. These guys are thieves I wouldn't recommend at all even in a time of distress there are many others to choose from that provide excellent service! read more
