Lebanese Bakery is a pretty good size bakery. They sell some groceries and bottles of juice and drinks. They are pretty spacious and have many tables and seats. We can have a cup of coffee or tea and eat pastries there. We can have a light meal, baked goods for snacks, and cookies. They don't sell fancy pastries, but they still have varieties of middle eastern baked goods at good prices. I took Zatar, spinach Fatayer , and cheese Fatayer to home. Everything was good. I can just reheat them and they are as fresh as in the shop. This is a good place to take a break.

I'm always in search of good Lebanese eats. In such a culturally diverse city, it's surprisingly hard to find a good Lebanese establishment (you'll probably read that more than once if you add me on Yelp). This family owned bakery is tucked away on a side street around the Warden and Lawrence area. The moment you walk in, you're greeted by one of the owners who is such a sweet lady. There's a wide variety of desserts, baked goods, Manaeesh and Baklava. I decided to go for the Sujuk Pizza. Sujuk is a type of middle eastern sausage and it is delicious. It has cumin, garlic, salt and other spices. It took about 5-7 minutes from the moment I ordered. Out came a beautiful pizza. Tomato Sauce, Cheese are a given and topped with delicious Sujuk and banana peppers. It was love at first bite. The Sujuk wasn't dry and filled with flavor, every bite was great. The dough also had a great taste, usually most places forget about the dough but this was exceptional. Whenever I am in the area, that is my go-to snack! I was looking for something close to home and saw this place 0.3km. Read the yelp reviews and decided to try the sausage and egg flat bread/pizza. As soon as you walk in, you can smell deliciousness. I'm glad I read the yelp reviews first, otherwise the menu would've been a bit intimidating. The amazing aroma made me feel like I was in a different country. So I ordered the sausage egg pizza as planned and also grabbed baklava and almond squares for dessert. The pizza was kinda like a flat quiche, it was filling and satisfying. So don't expect a pizza, more like a flat quiche. Delicious! Dessert was perfect. Rose water and Honey sweetness :) I'm so glad this place is in my neighborhood and will be visiting more frequently!

So the bear itself in the affogato was a solid icy chunk of milk (coz we chose the milk flavour) that just frozen. We added the affogato on top of it and while it looked aesthetic, the dessert didn't make sense at all. We were unable to break the frozen chunk or be able to mix it with the coffee and the coffee mixed with that frozen chunk submerged tasted really bad. Paying $16 for that wasn't worth it at all. The bingsu was good though. We got the mango bingsu bowl and it came loaded with mangoes and a marshmallow and an oreo cookie to make it look pretty! I don't think I'd come back to try anything else here. Was a little disappointed.

Delicious desserts, waffles ice cream, smoothies, and more. We ordered: Medium Mango Smoothie - $7.95 Simple Pleasures Waffle - $15.50 The waffle was light and fluffy and the toppings of fruit and chocolate were a great combination. I requested to be lighter on the chocolate but there was still a LOT of chocolate on our waffle. The mango smoothie was refreshing and sweet. I started going to Holy Choco when they first opened and their service was really good from some of the owner. Super attentive and caring staff. Unfortunately, it's since gone downhill since they've hired new staff and we had a number of small problems when visiting this time (dirty tables, dirty cutlery, requested if our food could be put in to go containers because they didn't want to do dishes, unfriendly, etc.) I hope they improve upon these staffing issues soon. Their seating area is good for friends and groups to loiter. Also, if you plan on bringing a laptop, they have MANY OUTLETS!!

For items: we chose strawberry, banana, halal marshmallow, waffle bites, brownie bites, and Oreo with a round of cappuccino's ($5.50 each). The interior is nicely decorated with a cute angel photo op in the back, and window bar seats and couches to choose from. Great spot for 2-4 people. The only criticism I could have was it took a while to get our order. So, it's not one of those places you can be dipping into expecting to be done in 20mins! We stayed for nearly 3 hours and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.

I stopped by Kream after seeing all the hype on Instagram about the famous Korean "Dubai…read morechocolate." When I saw the price was $9.90 per chocolate, I was honestly a little surprised, bc it's sold under 7 per chocolate in Korea. But they were running a promotion until the 15th -- 5 for $30 -- which made it much more reasonable. I've never had the original version sold in Korea, so I can't compare it directly, but from what I've seen and heard, it seems pretty similar to what's trending there. Korean reviews are overwhelmingly positive, and people say it tastes just like the viral version. The texture is definitely chewy, just like the name suggests, and it's very sweet. Personally, it was a bit too sweet for my taste, but that's just my preference. That being said, I gave some as gifts and they absolutely loved it. So if you enjoy rich, sweet desserts -- or you're looking for something trendy and fun to share -- this would be a great choice. The shop itself is small and cozy, but very welcoming. The staff were friendly and made the experience pleasant. Overall, even though it's not exactly my personal favorite flavor-wise, I can understand the hype. It's a fun treat to try at least once, especially if you've been curious about the viral Korean Dubai chocolate trend. I'd recommend stopping by and taking advantage of the promo while it lasts!
