Had a conversation with a friend about car leasing since I recently sold my car and he brought Lease Hero up. At his urging, I checked out their website and reached out to them. First of all, they're very responsive and in my interactions with them, I never felt like they were beating around the bush. It felt like they valued my time and wanted to help me find a car that I would genuinely be satisfied with. The guy who helped me out was very knowledgeable and kept a fairly direct line of communication between us, responding to all of my inquiries. I gave them my price range and it seemed like they spent time shopping around before presenting me with a good range of options that more or less met my preferences and constraints. When I picked a car, they were willing to go over details that I've never been informed of at dealerships before and reviewed all the terms and stipulations of the lease. The whole process was very smooth and I was spared the usual song & dance most people have to endure with dealerships. Lease Hero facilitated everything right up to the pickup of the pickup (a beautiful 2019 Tacoma), as all I had to do was show up to the Toyota dealership in my city to sign the paperwork and get the car (or truck, technically a truck). The main reason I wrote this review (of course) is how ridiculously low the monthly was on the Tacoma. I wondered if this was a unicorn deal but after talking to my guy, they have similarly priced deals across several manufacturers and models. I don't know how they do it or if they have special arrangements with dealerships in the area, but their pricing is so competitive that even good deals on Leasehackr don't always measure up (I browse Leasehackr occasionally for leisure as weird as that sounds). To sum it up, these guys are very easy to deal with and can find you a car pretty easily.
