My siblings and I have been scouring the web for bike to get our Father. We found one we liked on Craigslist which happened to be being sold here at Motorado inLakewood, Colorado. So I called them up to see if I could get some info on the bike. I live in California and wanted the purchase the bike there since that is were my dad lived. Zach called me back the very next business day. I missed his call and was connected with Chance. Both these guys are just ridiculously helpful. They BOTH went above and beyond to answer the slur of ridiculous questions I had about the bikes I had in question and help guide me to choose the perfect bike for my dad. They send me pictures and videos and gave me every little detail knowing that I could not be there myself. I spent nearly 3 days being extremely difficult and both of them were patient, helpful and went above and beyond to exceeded my expectations. I was able to secure the bike sight unseen with out any unreconcilable commitment. They arranged to have my other family members go and pick it up, and even checked in with me on a daily basis for an entire week to make sure things were in order so that the sale would go smoothly. Let me tell you, Buy a bike from a dealer out of state and not being able to there is not easy! But this was seriously the smoothest transaction I have ever had. They made sure we got all the extras we needed and all. I can guarantee you I will never have a better experience. Chance Wolford, You're the man. I could never thank you enough. Zach Horwitz thank you for the additional assistance. I look forward to meeting you both someday and thanking you in person.

Asked about helmets, armor, boots, etc. and everyone there was cool to talk to. Answered my questions and pointed me in a good direction. Bought the wrong size helmet, they let me get the next size up no questions no hassle. Their gear is very reasonably priced. I went in for boots and armor the other day, expecting the combo to cost me over $500. Ended up paying $360 for name brand boots, and a set of full upper body armor. The location is 45 minutes away from home, but I'll always go there when a new want / need comes up. Thanks gentlemen.

I took my MT07 to Vickery Motorsports for a recall. Months later when I went to do my own oil…read morechange, the drain plug was stripped and the filter was so overtightened it caved in trying to remove it. They agreed to fix the drain plug, cool. Got the bike back -- now it's leaking oil. Took it to an independent shop for a look. What he found (pic attached): the helicoil they installed is visibly crooked, and there were still metal shavings sitting in the oil pan. Filter was overtightened again. Called Vickery to discuss. Their response was essentially "that was our best guy, he double checks everything" with no explanation for the shavings or the crooked repair. No offer to cover the cost of having another shop redo their work. Just said they wished I'd brought it back again (why would I?). Will never let them touch anything I own ever again and would recommend you do the same. Plenty of other great shops around.

From the moment we walked in, we received a very warm welcome and outstanding customer service. The owner took the time to answer our questions and helped us navigate the different bikes and equipment. Despite this, the shop door rolled up at the exact time of my arrival and I was efficiently directed where to park. I went in, dropped off my keys, and the front desk checked that they'd be able to fit me in. I understood, due to the volume of vehicles. When he returned, he confirmed it was ok to drop off, but mentioned they may not be able to get to my service that day. Not a problem, I wasn't in any hurry, and again- could see how full up they were. Imagine my surprise when I got a call saying I was ready prior to the end of that same day! I made sure to hurry in and grab my vehicle to clear up space for their shop. The service offered at this place is appreciated. I'll be back.

From showing me how to do the simplest things on my car, to helping me find parts and rig up fixes, and hosting awesome races, I cannot find anything to complain about. If I could give 6 stars I would. This place is an absolute gem. Please never go away! When you enter, you will be in the hobby shop which is a fully stocked and well sorted RC car hobby shop. They have yet to not have the part I need and have plenty in stock for many brands of RC cars. In the back is the indoor clay 1/10th offroad RC track. It has a great and ever changing layout. Behind the track is a large pit area where racers set up and work on their cars. The amount of help I have gotten from the other racers cannot be measured. When not asking for help, help is offered anyway. Everyone works together to make sure everyone has what they need and has a great time. It really is a great community here. Outside is a small rock crawling course as well as a large turf track. I have yet to run on it but have watched videos and it looks like a blast. I look forward to running outdoors in the summer.
