I just ordered a meal online from California for my sister in law that lives in Calgary. She just got a knee replacement and thought I can order her some yummy food from this place, but be aware their online usability kinda sucks. The billing address was marked as the same as shipping address and it was a total mistake. I don't know how the order went through without confirming the shipping address?! I tried calling multiple times, emails, etc. NO WORD FROM THEM AT ALL! Really disappointed, wasted $100 on this site and these meals are suppose to go out this wednesday for my sister in law recovering from a surgery. They are super hard to reach and would love my money back! read more

WOW! If you are looking for HEALTHY, tasty and UNBELIEVABLE customer service - stop here and order from LOM. What can I say? The food is delicious and if there are any errors (i.e. a missing meatball) the LOM team corrects it immediately. Their customer service is SO GOOD that one time I had made an error and selected the wrong delivery date. By the end of the delivery window I was panicking so I texted one of the team members that our food hadn't arrived. She politely pointed out to me that we had selected a Wednesday delivery date - not Sunday night. EP! It wasn't good news as we didn't have groceries really or plans for cooking going into the work week. LOM was amazing - they got us meals earlier than Wednesday and allowed us to alter our order even though we has already placed it. It is fabulous to be able to pick your protein size, starch size and veggie side. We complained that their sauces weren't gluten free and then the next menu (the menu changes every 2 weeks!), ALL sauces were gluten free...talk about responsive. Delicious, healthy food has never been so easy for us - I HIGHLY recommend LOM. read more

Ordered from Lean On Meals for the 1st time and I gotta say, Im impressed. The food is really, really good. Way better than the prepared meals I sometimes buy at the grocery store. Beef Tenderloin was perfectly tender with Rotini and Broccholi Lemon Salmon done to perfection with GreenBeans and Rotini Beef Brisket was fork tender and delicious with CoconutRice and MixedVegetables ProtienDonuts and Protien Peanut Butter Cups were out of this world good I will certainly be ordering from them again. Lean on Meals has always had incredible service in the 2-3 years I have been ordering food from them. They are extremely responsive, and I can text/call/email and get an immediate response at any time. Their quality of food has always been great, and I love that they switch up the meals often. The owner has always been extremely responsive, genuinely interested in his customers and always open to feedback. I would recommend them to anyone.
