They also had great customer service, I noticed several customers being called by name. I certainly see the appeal of stopping by Forage on your way home from work when you just aren't in the mood to cook. On the flip side, I wasn't blown away by the food, and it isn't cheap. I suffered extreme heartburn every time I ate my chicken cacciatore. The chicken was dry, and I wasn't overwhelmed with flavour. BUT - I'm always game for a second chances. The food is delicious and if there are any errors (i.e. a missing meatball) the LOM team corrects it immediately. Their customer service is SO GOOD that one time I had made an error and selected the wrong delivery date. By the end of the delivery window I was panicking so I texted one of the team members that our food hadn't arrived. She politely pointed out to me that we had selected a Wednesday delivery date - not Sunday night. EP! It wasn't good news as we didn't have groceries really or plans for cooking going into the work week. LOM was amazing - they got us meals earlier than Wednesday and allowed us to alter our order even though we has already placed it. It is fabulous to be able to pick your protein size, starch size and veggie side. We complained that their sauces weren't gluten free and then the next menu (the menu changes every 2 weeks!), ALL sauces were gluten free...talk about responsive. Delicious, healthy food has never been so easy for us - I HIGHLY recommend LOM.
