It is small and often very packed, and they play remakes of 2000's music. Also I would give the service 0 stars. I've had enough bad experiences here with service to not come back even though I love the food. It takes over an hour to get a refill if you even do. They have gotten our orders wrong multiple times, and even once refused to replace the wrong item or take it off the bill. The manager and the waiter both argued with us instead of just correcting the food. As someone who has worked in the food industry this is not how it works. This place aims to be a fancy dining experience with luxury meals, but you can not have luxury food with inefficient and rude service. I doubt you will read this as you evidently don't care what's your customers think, but you are losing customers due to poor service. Word spreads quickly in Cleveland and with bad service you will not last. It would be a shame for the food quality to go to wait because of lack of management and service.
